Sahar I absolutely love you and the way you see skz. You see them as actual humans, which I feel is so important but so overlooked sometimes in the fandom. Tree Escapades (Rayleigh x gn!child!reader x Shakky )

A/N Here we go! I was heavily inspired by @novelbear and used quite a bit of their parent prompts to be able to do this one, of course instead of parents it’s our favorite grandparents : ), also check out my thinking sketch for this, I strive to have everything organized and proffesional

Reader is replaced by Dokusha here, which stands for reader in Japanese

“Hahaha! Catch me if you can, Grandpa!” the small child screams joyously, running away from Rayleigh

Rayleigh couldn’t help but chuckle as the child ran away from him, his legs quickly moving as he ran behind the little kid.

“Oh, I don’t think I’ll have any problem doing that little rascal. You’ll get nowhere!”

They only receive a loud laugh in response as they dart away from view

“Dokucha!” he calls, falling after them

“You can’t run off like that, my love, you could get hurt,” he calls out, looking around for the child

"Dokusha, where are you? I know you’re around here; where are you?” he continues to scan the area, his eyes narrowed as he spoke, the expression on his face shifting from amusement to worry as he spots the child slowly climbing up one of the nearby trees

“Woah! Okay! Maybe let’s not do that!” he says, quickening his pace to stand below the tree

They stick their tongue out at him

“Grandpa can’t catch me now!”

Rayleigh couldn’t help but crack up at Dokusha’s attitude; the little child had clearly gotten the spunky personality of his captain.

He rolls his eyes as he activates and envelops his arm with busoshoku Haki and gives the tree a swift hit, causing the child to stumble on their climb

In a last-ditch effort to keep themselves on the tree, they take hold of one of the fruitful branches, only gaining to get a hold of a fruit before the branch caves in under their weight, and they fall straight into the awaiting hands of their grandfather

“Haha…oops?”

Rayleigh chortled as he cradled the child close to his chest, running his hands along their head and checking the child for any injuries

“Haha, you're in enough trouble, Dokusha. What were you thinking?” Rayleigh was trying to seem stern, but he couldn’t stop himself from smiling as he looked at them

They giggle in their grand-fathers arm, glancing at their own arm and the fruit they had pulled down with them and inching it towards their mouth

Rayleigh quickly snatched the hand and fruit from Dokusha's grasp

“Ah-Ah, don’t eat that; you don’t know if these fruits are safe to eat.”

“Boohoo

Rayleigh playfully pinches the child’s nose

“Don’t you boohoo me, little rascal!” they said, throwing the child over his shoulders

They squeal as he does, banging their tiny fists on his back, a string of laughs escaping them as they did

Rayleigh laughed as he felt them pounding on his back as he carried them around

“I’ll have you know, Dokusha.. you're a little troublemaker. But a cute one, though I don’t think Shakky will be very happy with you once she hears of this.”

“No! Don’t tell Grandma!” they whine

“Hmm… maybe, maybe not. If you’re good and promise not to do it, then I won’t tell her, but if you misbehave, I’ll be forced to tell her that my darling Dokusha is a little devil.” a he stops to ‘think’ putting the hand that was not holding the child over his shoulder on his chin pretending to think hard

“ On the other hand, I don’t see any reason not to. You did something stupid and potentially dangerous. Maybe some time-out will change that.”

“Nooo”

“Yep, I have made up my mind. Should have thought twice thinking you could outrun your dear grandpa,” he says, entering the bar, Shakky standing behind the counter, the usual cigarette in her hand

“Looks like you two were having fun.”

“We sure were! Aren’t they just the cutest thing, and they have something to tell you as well, don’t they?”

Rayleigh said, pulling them from his shoulders and placing them on his hip, ignoring how they shook their head

“Don’t tell grandma!”

Rayleigh gave the child a slight squeeze on the side before he sighed and rolled his eyes*

“We have had this conversation. You are not going to get off the hook so easily,” Rayleigh said, crossing his arms and looking at Shakky, who was smiling

“Looks like our little rascal has been having a little too much fun,” Shakky said, taking a drag of her cigarette

“And I would very much like to know what it is that my little grandbabe has been up to.”

“Dokusha was up to no good as usual; I caught them when they decided to climb a tree, and when I stopped her from eating a fruit, they started bawling like a baby, saying, ‘Nooo, don’t tell grandma!’ They’re quite the little rascal, aren’t they?”

“I didn't bawl like a baby!” they protest

“Hmm, really? Could of fooled me,” Rayleigh replied as he looked at the child.

“Dokusha…” begins Shakky

They wince as they hear the stern tone in their grandmother's voice

“Dokusha, we talked about you climbing trees. You can not keep climbing trees; you will hurt yourself,” Shakky says, her tone very stern as she frowns at the little child

“We have also talked about you running off on your own, especially playing your little games without telling us you are playing said games,” she scolds

“Sorry”

“And that is the last time I hear of you misbehaving; we have had this discussion far too many times for you to be still acting out,” she says firmly but with a slight twinge of a smile,

“Are we understood?”

“Yes, Grandma.”

“Oh, and no treats for you.”

“No!”

“Now go wash your hands; dinner is almost ready,” she said as she watched the child glower

Rayleigh chuckled as he put them down, and they stood their ground, pouting with their arms crossed

“Hm? Do I hear a week without treats?”Rayleigh said, cupping his ear

Shakky, catching on, nods her head

“I think I hear it too.”

Rayleigh laughs as the child quickly rushes over to the sink and wash their hands; Shakky can’t help but chuckle along

“I'm washing!”

“Well, aren't they well-behaved?”

Rayleigh nods, still laughing slightly

If only I could write my school essays as easy as I write these…

It was unnatural for Belphogor to have sleepless nights. His mind has been racing nonstop, one thing replaying over and over.

A few days ago while Belphie and you were having your hour nap break while studying, you happened to wake up before he did.

Over time he gradually grew more comfortable with being in his demon for around you. Of course he asked you if it was ok at first as to not scare you or bring back bad memories but you’ve assured him you’re more than comfortable with him being in that form whenever he’d like to. So he had the tendency to let his demon form come out when you sleept next to each other since he claimed it was most comfortable not because he wanted to wrap his tail around you to make sure you stay close to him not at all.

You just so happened to wake up a bit before he did and couldn’t help but admire the round horns that sat on top of his head. The curve and texture were fascinating always fascinated you every time you’d look them.

His face was just about a foot from yours. His cheeks were puffed out due to being pressed against the pillow, his long eyelashes sat upon his cheekbones and his soft breathing put you at ease. You couldn’t help the smile that made its way onto your lips. You’ve both been through a lot and built up a strong relationship as time went on so you were happy to be close enough to be comfortable to sleep around and close with eachother like so.

You couldn’t help let curiosity get the best of you. You hesitate for a second as you bring your hands up to his face, brushing his bangs away then slowly reaching for his horns. You’ve always been curious as to how they felt.

Your touch is feather light as you touch the bottom that’s connected to his scalp, the scaly like texture felt oddly soft on your fingertips. You couldn’t help but wonder if that’s what the whole thing felt like, so you let your hand wander higher. Lightly touching around until you reached the very curve of the horn.

“Is the end sharp?” You wonder as you reach and softly press your finger against it only to feel a hand clasp around your wrist making you yelp.

You look down at Belphie with wide eyes and meet his who’s were just as wide, pupils dilated.

“Y/n? What’re you doing?” He asks, slightly out of breath. His face feels hot. He should’ve warned you before.

“I’m sorry belphie! I shouldn’t have I touch you! I didn’t mean to make you uncomfortable or hurt you! Are you ok?” You ask, feeling guilty for touching him without permission. You should know not to, you don’t like it when others do it to you.

He sees your worried expression and feels bad for scaring you suddenly. He just hadn’t expected you to touch his horns, especially since it’s one of the most sensitive parts of him. You didn’t hurt him in any way, but how his blood was pumping and he wants you to touch them more. It made him burn all over. In all honesty he didn’t want to stop you but he was afraid he’d make an embarrassing sound if he didn’t stop you now.

“It’s not that. I’m sorry,” He lets go of ur wrist, sitting up as he sat you up along with him. “I didn’t mean to startle you by suddenly grabbing you it’s just, my horns…….” He makes himself took away, the look on your face was driving him mad. “They’re sensitive.” He feels his face burn even more at your confused expression. You were so close to him, your smell was intoxicating making him want to be closer to you. Your parted lips looked more enticing than normal. He needs to calm down.

You furrow your brows but the longer he stared at you, you notice his flushed face and it hits you.

“Oh my! Belphie I didn’t know I swear! That wasn’t my intention I-it just I-!” You jump up, feeling your face start to burn too and he stands up not a second later.

“No need to worry, I know.” He holds his arms out, giving your am a squeeze before you start to freak out. “I better get to bed it’s late.” He lets out a small laugh, he couldn’t look you in the eye. You made him feel anything but uncomfortable, he actually wanted more of your touch but he didn’t want to push your boundaries.

“Already?” You ask, voice small feeling guilty. He stills for a second but he has to stop himself from saying otherwise. If he could he would want your hands all over him and have you all to himself but he knows he can’t make you do things he isn’t even sure you’d like to do, he needs to be careful with you.

“It’s late y/n, get some rest ok?” He smiles, hand falling ontop of your head as you try not to pout. You felt bad for waking him up like that, touching something so sensitive was something you’d never meant to do, at least not so suddenly when you didn’t know. You didn’t want him to think you were some creep.

“You too Belph, I’m sorry I ruined your nap.” You laugh, giving his hand a small squeeze as he pulls back turning to leave. You felt bad for waking him up and now you felt nervous as well thinking you somehow made him not want to be around you.

Now a few days later, it’s 12pm and Belphie’s tossing and turning for the hundredth time. He just can’t bring his mind to stop running. He wants to be in your room, on your bed. Wake up to you touching him again because your hands are so warm and gentle. He battles himself though, he knows you’re sleeping and doesn’t want to wake you, but you wouldn’t mind, right?

So without a second though he sits up fast, waiting no time as he grabs his pillow and tucks it under his arm heading straight for the one room in this house that he feels himself at. Your room.

He comes to a complete stop in front of your door and lifts his hand to knock, tapping his knuckles four times.

“I’ll be there in a second.” Your sleepy voice calls out and he smiles.

He hears your footsteps nearing the door and stands tall, squeezing the pillow in his hold somewhat tighter.

“Sorry I was sleepi-“

You open the door barley a foot wide, stepping out into the hallway before you’re gently moved back into your room in an instant. Your sleepiness now long gone at the sudden movement.

Now you were faced with Belphie’s back who was just casually locking your room door behind him.

“Belphie? Are you alright?” You question, he isn’t usually up this late. Was something wrong?

He turns around sending you a sheepish smile, taking a few steps closer to you.

“Cant sleep.” He laughs, giving you a fake pout. You reach your hand up to brush his bangs aside, checking for a fever.

It was rare for demons to catch a cold but you’ve seen them get sick, it’s nothing compared to catching a cold for a human, it’s much worst and lasts a bit longer than a regular flu.

“Are you feeling sick? Have you eaten? Drank enough water?” You ask, brows furrowed. Concern lacing your tone. Once again his blood rushes to his face.

These small things you do, the things you ask. You care so much just by doing these small gestures and it drives him mad. He’s not the embodiment of greed but he feels the greediest when it comes to you. He has to stop himself from bringing you closer, pulling you in, leaning in closer.

“No, it’s not. I,” his hand wraps around your wirst and he looks away. Your warm hands already making his racing mind ease a bit. “I just wanted to sleep here tonight, next to you.” He admits, the soft pink dusting his cheeks makes your face burn too, but you only smile up at him.

He isn’t the most shy when showing his affection he’ll say what’s on his mind even if he gets embarrassed but he has to, so no one else will tell you first. He needs you to know how he feels.

“Ok, let’s go to bed. I know your sleepy. We’ll both be grumpy without proper rest.” You laugh and waste no time. Turning and pulling him along with you as you do so.

You turn back to him to tell him to climb in first and see him already in his demon form, beautiful horns and long tail on display.

He steps forward, pulling you with him as he sits himself on the edge of your bed. Bringing you in between his legs, holding you in front of him as he leans his head to on your shoulder, sigh of relief escaping his lips.

“Bephie I know I’ve asked this probably too many times but is everything alright? You know you can talk to me right?” You whisper, hands wrapping around him im seconds. His long arms snake around your waist pulling you closer.

“This,” he feels his eyes getting heavy already. “Your touch is what I’ve missed. The other day you just caught me by surprise when you touched my horns but truth is I didn’t want you to stop, it just feels nice.” He admits, placing a small kiss on your collar bone making you let out a small surprised gasp. You fe him smile against your skin.

“Thank goodness, I was afraid you got uncomfortable.” You bring your hands up, running your fingers through his hair hearing him sigh.

“Your horns are just so beautiful Belp, sorry I didn’t ask you before but I’ll make sure I ask before I do touch them next time.” You assure him and he gives your waist a small squeeze.

“You don’t need to ask.” He pulls away, sleepy smile gracing his features.

“If you want to touch them, please do. There’s no need to feel shy.” His hands grab yours, bringing them down to his lips as he places a light kiss, then placing them back ontop of his head near his horns.

“You have me, all of me. I’ve missed your touch and honestly I don’t think I can go without it now, it’s all your fault.” He slowly stands and his hands find their way back to your waist.

“Wait, what do you mean my faul-“

His sleepy smile turns into a mischievous one as he brings you close your chest to his. Not a second later you feel your feet sweep off the ground as he falls back onto your bed making you let out a small scream. He wastes no time getting the covers over you both getting ready to finally sleep. Your thrown into a fit of laughter at his actions, hand coming over your eyes to wipe your watery eyes. You feel the bed dip right next to you, warmth flooding your side.

“Hey,” you hear him chuckle, his hand moving your arm away for your face. You open your eyes and see him smiling down at you as he leaned on one arm, making sure you were both under the covers. “It’s no fair.” He moves his hand from you arm and up to your face, brushing your hair away.

“Sorry Belph, you just caught me by surprise you big baby.” You giggle, lifting your hand to pinch his cheek. He stays quiet, sleepy eyes taking in your sleepy state and he can’t get enough. His body moves before he does, he leans forward placing a kiss on your forehead and one on your nose making your giggles subside. Now your face was burning, pink dusting both your cheekbones and ears. He gives you one last shit eating grin as he takes in your reaction, your red face making him proud. He then shifts down a bit, gently laying his head on your chest, careful not to poke you in or hurt you in any way. You say nothing else, though you don’t need to. Insead your hands lay gently on his head as you slowly grace your fingers along the shape of his horns. He doesn’t need you to say anything else, that action alone gave him all the answers he needs. Not even five minute pass and Belphie’s soft snores are heard. His racing mind no longer keeping him up as he was with the one person who truly helps him sleep better.

✩ Leo would. Not be the best influence when it comes to having a healthy sleep schedule, I'm sorry.

✩ He looks like the type where if inspiration REALLY struck him he wouldn't even be able to tell if days had passed.

✩ So if you tell him that you're having trouble sleeping, I fear the situation would look something like this:

"Oh? (Y/N), you can't sleep? Then how about you help me think up some lyrics! I've got plenty of good songs around here but I haven't gotten around to writing some lyrics!"

Leo says with his trademark pep and cheer, his eyes sparkling at the prospect of his precious S/O helping him out with his music.

You could never say no to that face, how could you? Nothing makes you happier than seeing your boyfriend in his element after all, and maybe if you help him, it'll tire you out and you can actually get some shut eye.

"Thanks so much! You're the best! I love youuu~!" Leo cheered when you gave him that slight nod of approval. Quickly rummaging around his desk for some sheet music.

✩ And so the two of you had a very productive, yet tiring night. As you wrote the lyrics for the 3rd song that evening, the realization that overworking is probably not the proper solution to lack of sleep dawned upon you.

✩ Leo would probably be happily writing his nth song that night when he sees you just staring blankly at some papers.

✩ He'd feel guilty, seeing you look so tired and out of it, while he happily writes yet another masterpiece. He had the best intentions, really. If you couldn't sleep, then why not just help him out since you're already up? It'll be a great bonding experience!

✩ Even though his mind is still bursting full of inspiration, he'd tuck away whatever it was he was writing, choosing to go over to you and give you a little nudge.

"Let's go to bed, (Y/N)! We made a lot of progress already, don't you think!" He faked a yawn, knowing full well he could still continue writing for a few more hours.

When you replied with a tired, "Sure~". He grabbed you by the hand and led you to his bed, making you lay down on it as he places the covers over you.

He silently looks for some earphones, plugging them into his phone and your ears. Before you could ask him what he was doing, you started to hear a very peaceful melody from the piano app on his phone.

"Sorry, I was being selfish wasn't I?" He muttered under his breath, thinking that you wouldn't hear him over the soft sounds of the piano.

"Good Night, Leo. I lov-" You cut yourself off when you suddenly dozed off, the most peaceful and serene look on your face that Leo has seen in weeks. You didn't get to finish what you were saying, but he had a good idea of what it was.

He quietly leans over to your sleeping face, placing a small kiss on your cheek. "I love you too, (Y/N)." He whispers, the sounds of the piano leading you into a very happy and peaceful dream.

Arashi Narukami

✩ You would NOT need to tell her that you haven't been sleeping well. She can tell. Like she would take one look at you and realize you have NOT been sleeping right at all.

✩ Arashi would probably try and piece together why you seemed that tired in the first place before thinking of what to do.

✩ When she realizes that you just generally haven't been able to sleep well lately, she decides to take matters into her own hands.

"You know, (Y/N), you seem kind of restless lately? That kind of thing is no good for your skin you know!" Arashi playfully scolds, though good skin IS important, she'd rather see her S/O well rested and healthy more than anything. "Luckily for you, I know exactly what to do!"

She practically drags you to her room, before making you sit down on a very comfy reclining chair. "Just sit still okay? Let me spoil you every now and then" She says with a wink, before she starts procuring some of her products that she uses for relaxation.

She starts by putting a mud mask on your face, it feels a bit heavy, but in the comforting way. She giggles a bit as she can practically see the comfort spread throughout your body. "These are a bit cliché, but these are necessary for the look!" She exclaims as she places some sliced cucumbers on top of your eyes, the cool and moist feeling on your heavy eyes making you deflate.

✩ After that, she starts giving you some firm but gentle massages, on your shoulders, neck, and legs. While she's hard at work doing that, she still finds the time to chat to you about her day and other fun things she's experienced recently.

✩ This was stress relief for her too, after all! Being able to take care of her adorable S/O is practically healing Arashi too! Sure you weren't replying much to her stories, but just having you listen was already plenty.

✩ She was complaining about a bad shoot she had recently when she heard some light snoring from you, slowly removing the cucumbers to see that you were totally passed out.

✩ Arashi stretches a bit, and compliments herself for a job well done, clearing the face mask from you before carrying you to her bed.

When Arashi laid you out on her bed she couldn't help but think about how beautiful you looked. "It's like you're my sleeping beauty!" She exclaimed, before wincing as she saw you make a sour face due to the noise.

Arashi laid down beside your sleeping form, gently caressing your hair, and admiring just how angelic you looked. "I'm no Prince Charming, so this shouldn't wake you up, right?" She whispers as she peppers your face with light kisses, laughing softly to herself before she eventually falls asleep too.

The Incident flashback was so good, u nailed the tension and the anxiety of the scene so well that I audibly yelled 'FUCK' when qiu's mom opened the door lol. Also I love the option to go on a long rant about how much MC loves qiu like thats a straight up marriage vow type stuff the MC said. ALSO THE REUNION SCENE???? QIU YOU HOT PIECE OF ASS YOU. Like, I was gonna say yes right away anyway honey but keep begging we love to see it 😌 also, also, the line:

fairy!! can I just say the conclusion for two of cups was absolutely perfect <3 rin’s satisfaction at the end was portrayed so well, and such a polar opposite to how sae felt after he slept w reader. as for the very last part…the reminder of sae made me want to sob omg. he so clearly couldn’t handle his emotions and hurt himself & reader in the process, yet at the same time it feels like he really did do rin a favor - maybe even out of love for his brother? idk the conversation with his mom made me think sae did all this (aside from selfishly taking reader’s virginity) because he knows deep down rin’s love is better for reader, so he could step away and let him take care of her. i like how you made the ending sort of open to interpretation - obv there’s a lot of issues that need to he addressed btwn rin and reader but i think it’s safe to assume he’ll never leave her, which is both sweet & somewhat troubling? lol sorry this was so long, I just really loved reading the series and tysm for writing it!! u are amazing ❣️

1. X Men movie series. Definitely, absolutely, undoubtedly, comfort movie. X Men. I remember watching the prequels with my brother as a kid when it's only the two of us at home. It's not just a comfort movie it's literally a fricking nostalgia for me. Then continued watching the whole timeline when I had my own computer.

2. STAR WARS MOVIES!!! Been a fan since I was a literal toddler and grew up with this. All sorts of nostalgia will come rushing to me and I will immediately feel hugged everytime I listen to the theme and just, see a familiar character. hey I don't know any lore cause I don't watch the cartoons but I watch enough to know what's going on🤷

3. Mean Girls. Yes, I watch Mean Girls on repeat everytime I eat lunch, it helps me eat cause I get distracted by all the drama going on, it's not nostalgic or anything cause I first watched it like two years ago but it is definitely a favourite and an absolute comfort movie.

4. Any Ghibli movies, I mean cmon, Ghibli!!! All my childhood anime movies are made from Ghibli. I love every single one of themm

5. Any Barbie movies (especially the Mariposa one, and the Princess Academy one and OMG THE MERMAID ONE!!) wait the mermaid one definitely needs its own like thing but I'm just putting it here. THE MERMAID BARBIE IS SO ICONIC I LOVE THAT MOVIE SO SO MUCH omg I have to rewatch

6. Twilight Series. Don't- actually. yes. I don't care anymore, I will not keep denying the fact that I LOVE this movie. It's part of my childhood and this movie really gave me alot of memories, I always watch the series whenever I'm sad or stressed about school..which is, all the time.

7. GOTG trilogy. Ugh, I mean I'm a Marvel fan in general (but I lean more to X Men), but Guardians Of The Galaxy will always be special to me. And the trilogy ended this year too and lemme tell you i CRIED. I remember begging my brother to lend me his USB so I can watch the first movie, and I did (took me a few weeks) and then BAM! Found comfort characters, all their songs became my comfort songs and immediately became a comfort movie, seriously the whole movie feels like home to me, god I love them.

8. Brokeback Mountain. I don't need to say anything about this, explains alot already.

9. Interstellar. Loved that movie to the CORE. watched it on the cinema and this movie made me fall in love with Nolan.

10. mmm I can't think of anything anymore but uhhh 2001: A Space Oddysey. Love it forever and always, the beginning of time and all that, loved the book it's one of my favourite books. And then the movie was just out of this world (literally) soundtrack? Top. Acting? Absolutely fantastic. Cinematography? yES. Perfection. I have an interest in the topic which is why I just feel so happy when I rewatch it..

it was one of my first scenarios with Dew and Anton and i loved the idea of someone being cloned without knowing about it, then finding out after months of the clone having replaced them, and then killing their clone… like i love the concept of that sooo much and it was really what made me super interested in the characters in the beginning!

ANYWAY IM VERY HAPPY PEOPLE LIKE THE RECENT CHAPTER AND THE TWIST!!!!! i was really really excited about that one :))) nothing will be the same after that hehe
