#i have a scenario in my head where the bodyguard disperse to find porsche and as vegas is heading out back to main foyer area #he bumps into pete and pete just looks at him with disgust and knows vegas is Upto Some Shit and porsche disappearing is bc of him #and vegas who's already Mad does not need pete to be looking at him like that so he spits out a 'what the fuck are you staring at?'#and pete just cuts to the chase and asks vegas 'where the fuck is he i know you're upto some shit.' and vegas just smirks and says 'who?'#whilst he steps closer to him until he's trapped pete up against a wall and leans into his ear and says 'who pete?'#and pete spits back in vegas' face how 'i know you've got your eyes on him. don't think i haven't been watching your every move.'#and at first it feels like a bucket of ice water has been thrown on vegas but then he composes himself and says #'why? are you jealous?' at which pete just scoffs. and then vegas tries again and says 'or do you like what you see? the thrill of it?#eyeing me just to see what i do next?'#and pete doesnt respond. just bites the inside of his cheek. bc there is a thrill to it #but he is not gonna give vegas the satisfaction. and yet all vegas has to do is look at pete as he clenches his jaw and he gets his answer #and then vegas just rakes his eyes all over pete's body and says 'you've never looked so good'.#and pete isnt gonna get distracted by the fact that vegas of all people is telling him this. so he asks again 'where is he?'#and vegas just tuts and steps even closer and presses their bodies together and says 'fuck him. i'm talking about us.#stop being so fucking good all the time pete. doesnt it get tiring?'#and pete's trying to stay focused on the task at hand here and he knows exactly what vegas is doing as vegas carries on saying #'don't you wanna be bad sometimes pete? what if i let you be that with me? no one has to know.'#and the invitation sounds so tempting. the prospect of it. that he should be with kinn doing his job but instead he's fucking his cousin #and just being the centre of attention for once. being vegas' centre of attention .... it makes pete's toes curl.#and vegas glances down at pete's mouth that's fallen slightly open. and its so pretty. so pretty that he has to touch it. and as he does #pete opens his mouth wider and vegas runs his thumb along pete's entire bottom lip. and he can feel pete breathing hard.#'you want this.' vegas says. 'look how you open up your mouth for me so pretty to have more.'#and now vegas is calling him pretty too and pete's resolve is breaking brick by brick until he moans when vegas wraps his hand around his #throat and vegas says 'i wanna taint you so bad that you'd have to wear this to cover the bruises on your neck. and the next time i see you #i'd do it all over again.' and pete asks in a barely there voice 'next time?' and vegas smirks and leans into pete's ear and says #'if its what you want. because i do. i wanna see you be bad for me. just for me. i want you to come to me only. for me only.'#and then vegas bites down on the skin there making pete clutch onto vegas' blazer and as divine as vegas looks pete wants to rip it off.#and just as he's about to do something about it vegas steps back leaving pete's arm mid air. and pete hates that. and vegas sees it all #over his face and says 'what do you say pete? you either leave with me right now or you can go back and be the good little boy they think #you are.' and vegas holds out his hand. and no one's ever treated pete like this before. so he takes it. and lets vegas take him.

The thing about the hospital scene being cute from certain versions of The Nigerian Job is like, that's the scene that made me fall in love with the show! I was honestly a little on the fence about it until that scene! It's so good! And there's people out there who have never even seen it!

#The moment Hardison banged Eliot's head on the cop car roof was the moment i knew i had to keep watching!#but also their whole mini con to get out of the hospital in the first place was great #that's not to say i wouldn't have fallen in love with the show without that scene. i definitely would have!#it just might not have been as instantaneous #that scene has been very near and dear to my heart ever since I saw it!#leverage #the Nigerian job

I don’t know if I’m just imagining things but I feel like Olli and Aleksi are actually so close 🥺 for example I feel like they post so many pics together and I know they post with others too and it’s not a big deal but e.g. Olli has posted 5 pics with someone else this year and 3 of them are with Aleksi.. so it must mean something right?? 🥺 and I feel like they spend a lot of time together yk even ”outside the band” when they’re having a day off and they still do music (the remix) etc. together 😭

i looooove the horrifying elements of the doctor and river's relationship, like not only did her whole childhood revolve around him, but they essentially trapped each other in their timelines. the doctor gave her her identity as river (and while she found independence within it, still sort of fucked (names are so important)) and river fucking DIED on his ass!! and while time can be rewritten, i feel like the doctor has a certain amount of respect for time that has already been written, that with the fact that she died for him and he apparently trusts her and maybe even loves her in the future........ they literally trapped each other

#and they could've been SO bitter to each other about it. enemies to lovers docriver au in my head my beloved #and its enemies to lovers IN THE WRONG WAY. even more lost time 🌟🌟#long winded way of saying we shouldve been young river be an asshole to him #much like the way he was to her #but instead of fear and distrust its just. resentment for taking up so much of her life #LIKE a good man goes to war.......... No shade but I think it's interesting when people say "oh if Anakin had been dating XYZ character instead of Padmé, he wouldn't have Fallen!" Like? Baby boy was being groomed by a Sith lord for over a decade, Padmé isn't the issue here lol. Palpatine would've used whichever relationship he was in against him in his effort to get him to Fall.

It does kill me a little bit that the character who claims not to read picked a 100% human name, but the character who owns a bookshop and works in customer service didn't.

One day I'm going to finish my FFXVI mega essay, but for now I think my thoughts on the game can be summarized like this:

When making FFXVI, the developers sure knew what they wanted to do, and by god were they going to do it.

Were they also going to do other things that would make those first thing better? Were they going to do other things that make a good game overall? Ehhhhh...they were going to do what they wanted to do, and invest all their time and effort into that, so surely that would be enough! Surely!

#i saw someone call FFXVI the most disappointing 8/10 game they'd ever played #and i agree 100%#it started off SO STRONG #and then. and then!!!#ffxvi #my overall rating is in fact an 8 out of 10. maybe 8.5. definitely not a 9 #i enjoyed many parts of it but by god were the lows low #some of the highs were very high too! i don't regret buying or playing the game! i'm glad i did #but yeah most disappointing 8/10 i ever played is an apt description #my opinion might be slightly impacted by my uh. mental state at the time #2023 was not a good year for me. for several months ffxvi was the only thing i had to look forward to in life #and that's really sad but that was just the place i was in. life was absolutely miserable #i played the demo and was over the moon. good things were coming! it was way better than i anticipated!#then i played the game and while i enjoyed a lot of it a lot was just tedious in a bad way #so many repeated plotlines and so much whacking you over the head with the points they wanted to make #like come on guys i am not an idiot do you really need to tell me this exact thing 18 different times #and have me go out of my way to get. reward which is just a slightly different flavor of that same thing 18 times #that's what i mean by them doing a few things very well. by god were they going to do them. and only them #graphics? beautiful. i had to stop at several points bc i was stunned by the quality.#but after you've seen a few forests and some fallen ruins it gets boring when that's it. the world was just so small and empty #yes i do support the rise up against your oppressor plotlines because that is a good thing to do but that was like. 90% of the story #(including sidequests) and it just kind of got old. why did i just spend 3 hours straight doing sidequests that gave me nothing new #made some of the sidequests feel pointless. especially because the rewards in this game sucked #uh oh i'm getting too negative so i'll end it here #ffxvi was a good game but it is not one of my faves. glad i played it but idk when i'll play it again.#erurandomness

sam's the kind of guy to have his head secured to his neck by a mysterious ribbon which he never takes off and won't ever talk about. to be honest.

#spn #very into the idea of a casefic #where they go on a hunt to retrieve a cursed ribbon that's fallen into the wrong hands and is causing havoc #but then in some freak accident right after they find it-- sam's head gets severed. maybe not all but /most/ of the way off #and in a moment of panicked desperation dean wraps the ribbon around the gaping mangled wound and pulls it tight #and just like that sam is fine! perfectly fine. he gets up covered in his own blood and is like. dean what the hell is around my neck #anyway then they have to figure out how to deal with sam's head being attached to his body via a cursed object that they know nothing about #all the while sam gets to walk around wearing a soft dark ribbon that accentuates his neck so nicely :)#txt

#I"ve been reading SO MUCH recently #it's delightful #I'd fallen away from it for awhile #I've read about threee of the murderbot diaries rose daughter percy jackson the little white horse lockwood and co ella enchanted cinder #re-reading the new thrawn trilogy and how to steal a dragon's sword #howl's moving castle castle in the sky the hunger games books the first three books of the queen's thief series the goblin emperor #the hero and the crown the out of time series persuasion #this stretches 'recently' into a decent number of months but still that's more in less than a year than the past two or three years combine #ah it's good to be back #I'm trying a lot of audiobooks too this time around #mostly out of necessity at least at first (it was all the libraries had of some of the books I wanted)#but it has distinct advantages #I can do art at the same time #or minecraft #and the voice acting is often really good #helps add a dimension to the characters that I couldn't have come up with just out of my own head #delightful
