It’s one thing to criticize a story for being weak, trash, or poorly plotted, or to say that you think the acting was subpar, those are all valid criticisms but “there’s a bunch of minorities because they want to sell it to them/us” ignores that, at this point, all media is expected to inherently gear itself to be sold to a certain audience and its neat that the audience being us no longer dooms the media to obscurity
