if she dies in narnia as Queen Regent Ruslana, Duchess of Lantern Waste, Countess of the Western March, Knight of the Nobel Order of the Table and Ruslana the White Sun (holy moly that is a mouthful amirite), she would be mourned by all narnians and would have a memorial erected for her near the spot she was buried, perhaps something like a gazebo supported by pillars made to imitate ice that redirects sunlight into thousands of little rainbows, where narnians can sit and rest and reminisce about the Lady that was a beacon of light to all of them, and point out the lantern that started it all, barely a few steps away from the grave/memorial. If the Pevensies were there though, Edmund would practically live there from then on, followed by perhaps Eustace? if he's there too

if she dies in this world as Ruslana Yang, Subject 21, well she wouldn't have a grave, to be perfectly frank. Ruslana would be quickly disposed of and became a warning to all the other children: do not disobey, or meet the same fate as 201. The Pevensies wouldn't even know she died.

However, years later, Subject 3207, later known as Wren Bulan, would find a way to contact the descendants of one Susan Pevensie, who were looking for a person or grave named Ruslana Yang to pay their respects...

Hi it's just to let you know that the official romanization of Revaan's name is Raverne ! Also they have romanized Baul's name to Baur !

I do like Raverne though, I think it's got a nice fancy sound to it! (I had kinda suspected it was going to be an R instead of an L, so the fact that it's SO close to Laverne except for that is hilarious to me personally.) and Dragoneye Duke is honestly probably the best translation for his title, I wasn't envying the localizers that one. :') Baur instead of Baul I was NOT expecting, but in retrospect I think his name's supposed to be a reference to the Bauru crocodile, so that actually makes way more sense!

someone else also said Meleanor has become Maleanor, which is the REALLY weird one to me, because I was so surprised it was written as Mel instead of Mal in the first place?! oh god no I can't decide which one I like better. 😭 (I wonder if they might change it to Mal...they have made romanization changes before) (like I remember House of Distraction being corrected to House of Destruction in Playful Land) (I did check and she's still Mel for now, but I dunno, they might Mal her up and some point and save me from having to make a decision about which one to use) (HECK I CAN'T DECIDE)

I have a theory… that Hecate MIGHT be on the side of Chronos. Or at least on the side of the next turn-over of power. For fighting against the Titans, there is an odd quantity of titans in the crossroads crew, namely Selene (I know if we’re going to have a witch season with Hecate, we HAVE to also have the moon herself. And gameplay-wise, mechanically, she needed to be distinct from Artemis). (And Hecate isn’t a titan in the myths, so this is an oddly intentional change to her character!)* But Selene says something after like the third or fourth bottle of nectar gifted to her, something along the lines of, “Ah, this custom of gift-giving, maybe there is something worth saving from the Olympians.”

I’m sorry WAT 👀 I know we’re supposed to be focusing on the health of the Underworld, but Olympus is actively burning, what did you mean by that, ma’am???

And we still don’t know- I’m pretty sure?- HOW Chronos was re-materialized. He would have needed help from a chthonic god/being for sure, right? My theories on the Egyptian connection and Hecate equating to Isis and Chronos to Osiris aside…., Hecate laments that she couldn’t have stopped Chronos taking Melinoë’s family. She says SHE was the one tasked with protecting the underworld. If Chronos broke through and Hecate was the door… I’d at least like to go over the security footage again. Hecate carries so much guilt over what happened to Mel’s family, and SO insistent that I’m NOT your mother, and I wonder if there is a weightier reason behind it. She’s so triggered when Hades passes on his gratitude to her, like pls don’t. I don’t deserve your thanks, I failed you.

I don’t think the majority of the Crossroads crew would be in on it. Moros is obviously genuinely worried for his sisters after Chronos kidnaps them. Nemesis maybe, but I wonder if she would be so willing to go along with this plan if she truly believes Chronos deserves divine retribution for what he has done. And she never holds back from sharing her honest thoughts. But on my post about everything coming out of Odysseus’s mouth being a lie, someone mentioned that he could be in a lying-as-default mode in order to protect someone’s secret. 👀 And people have mentioned how fucked over by the gods Odysseus was in life. Is it a little odd he is so ready to lend his strengths to them now? He’s not like Heracles, he doesn’t HAVE TO be here, what does he gain from all this?

Of course, Chronos, like any villain, is always saying, why are you fighting me? I’m bringing a golden age. You think the world was better under the rule of the gods? And…. If it wasn’t for the baby eating thing…. I’d hear him out.

After going to 5 productions of Punchdrunk/Emursive shows in the span of 14 months I finally got a 1:1! I remember going my first time being so scared of getting one thinking they would run up out of nowhere and grab me (yes I have anxiety)

But the last few times I've gone I've been trying to get one. I'll never forget the time I was following Sexy Witch; she looked me dead in the eyes and proceeded to sprint up 3 flights of stairs to her 1:1 room. I ran with her only to get cut off by someone at the last minute. Thats just how the show can be sometimes, I still love her.

Slight Spoiler Warning for L$T, I'll keep it breif and vague, no character names!

Moving onto my 2nd viewing of Life and Trust just a few days ago, I was following one of the many characters of the show and suddenly he asks for my hand! I eagerly take it and he sits me down and hands me some photos to look through. This was infront of a few people so I was very nervous. After writing down something I couldnt see in his journel he asks for the pictures back, puts everything away and leaves.

Now you'd think this is where my story ends but it gets better! I end up losing him but after a little frantic searching I found him. After a bit more following, some very wonderful scenes and beautiful choreography, he asks for my hand again.

I am shocked as I'm wearing a very distinct shirt so I know he knows he's choosing me again. Honored I take his hand once more and after some gentle guidance he leads me up the ledge he's on and takes me to a private 1:1 area. He performed an amazing monologue and leaves me with a parting gift before he guides me back to the public space again. We are alone and he says a few more things to me before he breaks away to contine his loop. I was and am in awe. Unfortunately I did not get to see the end of his loop as I lost him again, that's alright though, it was basically time for me to find another character to follow anyways :)

This is a very long winded way of saying thank you for making me feel special, thank you for being so gentle and making sure I was safe. Im so glad you were my first 1:1 it was at the level of intensity I was hoping for. I know you probably treat everyone that way and I'm glad you do because I can't wait to come back for more, I feel really confident about 1:1s now.

And yes this has sealed the deal for me. I love this show and I am absolutely itching to get back, darn my expensive hobbies!

Forgot to mention awhile ago I started Big O-ITS GOOD-and this is something that hasn’t been touched on yet but is that the robot is sentient, which got me thinking about why this aspect is appealing to me in mecha context pasts “already preferring robots with sentience to begin with”.

There is something both intriguing and horrifying about the idea this giant man made machine your piloting that cannot speak at all is still technically aware. It doesn’t have a free will per-say as it needs you, its pilot, to operate it, to make it move and fight, but it still has its own thoughts and feelings. And whether or not this sentience means anything to humanity-if it freaks out other people, if it means anything for the general scale of evolution and the future as technology continues to grow-you still have the duty to pilot this robot because there’s no other way to eliminate the enemies, and only you can do it. Even if you didn’t choose to, the robot needs you as much as you need it.

with mary's hospital room being bathed in silence, barton really started to wish that he'd brought something along to preoccupy himself. doing crosswords was about as mind-numbing as could be in his opinion. yet, barton had completed at least two of them during the time that he sat adjacent to the other's bed. maybe he could've brought along a book? but of course, that was about the last thing that was on his mind when she got hurt under his watch.

barton just remembered coincidentally enough telling mary to 'be careful' before disaster struck. he'd noticed that the old house they were in wasn't in the best state, after all. (it had boards in it that looked like they'd been rotting for a while). but she still wanted to try to retrieve what was on the other side of its attic. then he'd heard something loudly crash to the ground, which wasn't a good sign at all. so barton had gone to check it out; only to see that something was mary falling through the boards, to the floor below the attic.

and as one might expect, the injuries she'd sustained from it ended up landing her in the hospital. that was the first, as well as the last time, that barton would ever allow someone to walk across something even a little rickety — a sigh slipping through his lips while he finally looked up from his crosswords. barton did feel partially responsible for what had happened, so when mary spoke, he immediately replied to her.

❝ hmm... well, didn't the doctor say that one of your bones broke in multiple places? so, i'd consider yourself lucky that you're here instead of at home because you'd be in a hell of a lot of pain. ❞ he let out a slightly awkward chuckle, then, and looked at the IV that was feeding meds to her as they spoke. barton guessed that it was probably full of morphine, ❝ though i suppose i kind of get it. hospital food is definitely not the best, and it's boring being in one. ❞

he set down the book of puzzles on her nightstand before standing up, ❝ would getting you some real food help? like, a burger or something? because i know i could use one. ❞ this was basically barton's way of saying 'sorry you're feeling miserable' without actually saying it; that is, if the slightly apologetic smile he sent her way had anything to do with it.
