Slowly working through Arrow, Barry is too pure for this world and the flash-arrow crossovers set in starling are so fucking funny because team flash is like "We've got this gang!! We're family!! Goodness, light, smiles!! Group hug!!" And Oliver is like "you fucking idiots. Eddie didn't mind Barry. He just never got to meet the guy, and then he was in a coma for most of the year. Eddie had learned several things about him thanks to Iris and Joe who liked to talk about him, and several coworkers who would often ask Joe about his status.

When Barry woke up, Eddie felt like he already knew him so well, and after meeting him it wasn't that hard to fall in love with him.
