Alicent and Aegon are so Virgin Mary and Jesus coded, in a sick and twisted way that it barely makes sense, but at the same time just... does.
a mother and her child born damned from the start, yet she loved him to her core, accepting her fate, accepting she would lose him and then herself.
she carried him, birthed him, raised him, loved him, devoted her very being to him... she lost him, grieved him, lost her mind in his absence. the gods her only respite, yet, when she needed them most, when she needed them to protect her son, her baby, her reason for being, where were they?

I went on a date with my girlfriend at a theme park, and in the middle of it I witnessed my cousin hitting his head while he went down a water slide. My mom was also there which was honestly embarrassing.

What horror trope are you?
the horror of the mother
complete control over you, your complete reliance on her. you are a helpless child, and she makes every decision for you, asserting to you that she knows what's best. hysterical, emotional, even in her love for you, especially in her hatred for you. the fruit of her loins has rotted, and you cannot escape her scorn. distance means nothing if you're doomed to become her.

preliminary thoughts on be my favorite (because i really do think this show deserves involved analysis not a few scribbled notes): but the complexity!!! a show that respects its viewers. there was no miscommunication trope, just people hurting other people because of decisions they made even after careful deliberation. but no amount of careful deliberation can change the impact your choices have on other people’s lives. kawi and pisaeng’s tough conversation at the end of this episode left me in tears because it recognizes exactly just that, how hard it is to be someone among others at all. no matter how many times he’s traveled back and forth between past and present, no matter how many calculated choices and variables fixed, kawi can’t find an optimal timeline where everyone will be happy. everyone has their own demons to confront, pearmai has to learn to deal with her mother as well as accept kawi and pisaeng getting together, kwan has to disentangle her complex relationship to not, not has to become an actual adult and not the manchild he currently is.
one step in the right direction doesn’t fix everyone else’s journey. kawi is not the main character of life.

Have Killer Fun At Summer Camp! ft. Garvita Srinivasan
It was already turning out to be a trash summer when Garvita's boyfriend Ethan had to leave for some camp he wouldn't tell her about. But now that she's being taken -- against her will, might she add -- to the child endangerment camp her annoying leech-slash-friend-in-law-slash-apparent-guide Mace, who isn't human but rather some weird product of goat and human abuse, calls Camp Half-Blood, Garvita was ready to kiss her teacher's boots if it meant that she could get out of this child soldier pipeline. Even if the lack of adequate child support wasn't enough to turn her completely off the place, the many dangers and obvious accidental homicide potential definitely did. But since she's here, she might as well learn a way to murder while she waits out the summer...

Ok I'm genuinely annoyed at the fact there has been no Halloween or Thanksgiving episode this season, like this show is literally known and iconic for their themed episodes and have always been some of the most high effort episodes. Bob Actually has LITERALLY won an award. This season has been pretty decent but its extremely frustrating especially for the biggest fans of this show to not have its themed episodes. I hope it makes up for it.

you know that post about how peeta mellark woud have got the iron throne in a season? i’m here to say that catherine morland would have slammed in star wars. the dashing rebel commander is accompanying the heroine with secret desire to assassinate her father? sooo true. she would have been on that. the man who has captured the heroic princess is in fact her long-separated father, a fact which no one knows because he wears a Terrifying Black Mask, and the reason she knows Nothing of this is that her fabulously wealthy mother perished tragically in childbirth???? catherine morland would have Known.

Okay trans Ethan is cool and all but like, what if,
Trans Ethan but he was the one who carried Rosemary...
And Chris is the bio father.
And Chris and Mia know this but no one else knows, not even Rosemary...
So while her dad is gone she's also always grown up with her father.

Good morning I am once again thinking about the silly things Roxy and Cassie could get up to in Meteors AU. Such as staying up all night to catch the tooth fairy and Cassie's dad explaining just in case that if Cassie is being bullied Roxy cannot just bite them. (Just in case because while he was sure she wouldn't before, living with her has made him wonder lmao)

ngl but i think if a kid wrote a letter to santa about wanting an abusive family member out of the house he’d slyly send the letter down some little magical mail chute and itd end up in hell where krampus would read it and then show up to that house on christmas eve to give that kid a nice new bike and a teddy bear under their tree before dragging their peice of shit dad down to the underworld for eternal torture.
