So, it’s been a bit since I’ve introduced myself on here, and with all the new follows lately, I figured I should let y’all know who I am. I’m Abi. I live in Austin, Tx. I’m a queer nonbinary person (they/them). I’m a contemplative Christian and lead with type 8 on the Enneagram. I am a yoga therapist intern and an Enneagram teacher soon to be certified in The Narrative Enneagram. This is a picture of me doing what I love: teaching yogis how to use the enneagram and ennea-enthusiast how to use yoga, it’s really the best. I’m partnered to a gorgeous woman who just so happens to be an incredibly gifted tarot reader (@oakmoontarot) and we have two smart, sassy, lovable daughters. I also have a dog named #ziggythepittie and she’s my animal familiar. She hold’s a piece of my soul I didn’t know existed until she came into my life. On this insta you’ll see pictures of me, Enneagram stuff, Ziggy, my partner and daughters, and probably a lot of nature. I’m currently in Menlo Park, California training with Helen Palmer and Marion Gilbert around the Enneagram and Spiritual Awareness. The trees here are so good. I’m finishing up the last day of the Enneagram Intensive 2.0 here in Menlo Park and getting ready for Deepening Spiritual Awareness starting tomorrow. This training is a lot, and it’s intense, but I am so grateful I am here. It’s hard to put into words all that I’m learning, but there is definitely a big shift in me. #oakmoonchallenge Day 6. What would deeper belief invite into my life? Queen of Wands. At first blush this card is just funny. It was the card @oakmoontarot drew for me about this training and what the training would represent. So, my faith, even as shallow as it was/is, did invite this into my life. But deeper than that, I feel this as a call to move toward receptivity and embrace my magic. So many people describe the Queen of Wands as the Witch of the Tarot, which I like. I had to sit down today to get a handle on basically all areas of my life, but mostly to wrap my mind around all the donations that have been coming in. Computers and phones break my brain, so I literally have to write it down with pen and paper to make sense of it. Even then, it’s a little hard to make sense of. In just under two weeks you’ve helped me raise over $2,500! I only need $917 more dollars to have my training and travel expenses covered. $917!!!! The only thing I can think to do is say thank you. This whole process has been a huge growing and faith building experience for me. I’ve had to really rub up against all the voices in my head telling me I’m not enough or I don’t deserve this. It’s been HARD, y’all, so hard. But y’all have helped me through it and I am so deeply grateful. Even after that $917, there are so many things I could use your help with.
