Do you ever read something and fall into a black hole of wanting more of exactly what you just read? Me too. I am going to collect and share a fic list for some of the more niche and/or specific subsets of kinks, themes, tropes, etc. This time around it is Alpha/Alpha fics. To qualify, both Rey and Ben need to be Alphas in the Omegaverse. For me personally, I am most intrigued by this concept especially if it means Alpha!Ben dominates Alpha!Rey. Extra spicy.

Wow. This fic is actually the inspiration behind this list. It’s hot, sexy and addictive. Highly recommended.

Everyone in the back office, thank God. Not the customers. She hopes. “I deal in couture,” he says. “I deal in design. I deal in elegance. Women want to feel elegant on their wedding day, not like a goddamn Vegas showgirl—” “Oh, oh, that’s rich, you, telling me what it is that women want?” Rey scoffs, almost laughs—she’s the only one brave or stupid enough to try this with him. “Wonderful. I am prepared to receive your insight, oh wise one.”

The Naughty List

THE RULES:

1) Provide a brief description of your novel before beginning. NO MORE THAN 5 SENTENCES.

Takes place in the Phoenecin Galaxy. Space travel, aliens, war, corruption, and terrible life decisions are all part of life here. Follows Amarys as she travels the galaxy to prevent its destruction.

2) If your cast is fewer than 15 characters, you can’t use the same name more than twice. If your cast is larger than 15 characters, you can’t use the same name more than once.

THE QUESTIONS:

#1 Which character is SO into the holidays, they nearly cause a street-wide power outage from all their Christmas lights?

Natira. She’s the youngest daughter of the Empress, and she would buy all the Christmas lights. She might feel a little guilty due to the power outage but its all fun and games to her. She would appreciate the beauty that the lights would give her castle.  

#2 Which character attends the office new year’s party with ONE date…and goes home with someone else?

Roland. He’s so promiscuous and arrogant that he would definitely do this. If he finds someone more interesting, he would move on to them. Everyone seems to be in love with him, both girls and guys.

#3 Which character is more than happy to steal Hanukkah gelt from poor, unsuspecting children? [Note: Hanukkah gelt = chocolate coins]

Grurizax. He takes delight in others suffering and that includes children. He is intimidating, mean and takes what he wants no matter who he has to step on.  

#4 Fill in the blanks: I saw ____[character]____ doing a whole lot more than ____[verb]____-ing Santa Claus. They were full on ____[action]____. 

I saw Eli doing a whole lot more than punching Santa Claus. They were full on fighting.

 #5 One of your characters decides to pregame before church and passes out in the middle of the Christmas service. Which character is it?

Quentin. Has a passion for booze. Always has some and it wouldn’t be the first time he passed out because of it.

#6 Which character hasn’t been seen since winter began because they refuse to deal with the snow?

Aldys, older sister of Amarys. She despises the cold. She probably headed to a desert planet to get away from the cold.  

#7 Which character completely forgot about the holidays and ends up regifting to everyone?

Azden. He forgets all holidays. Couldn’t care less for all the sentimental gifts people gave him.

#8 Which character has such crappy luck, they only discover their potato allergy after pigging out on latkes?

Weylyn. He has really bad luck. Everything falls apart in his life whenever he has achieved something he wants. Once he got accepted into the Royal Guard, his life fell apart with a family tragedy.

#9 The Krampus has arrived to punish your very bad characters. Which character is kinda into it?

Moriela. She would be quite into it. Inflicting and receiving pain are all part of her qualities.

#10 One of your characters should be on the naughty list, but has convinced Santa to clear their name. Which character is it, and what was their means of persuasion?

Lornira. She should be on the naughty list. She has convinced him through a knife to the throat or maybe just plain torture.
