Candida cleanse! Almost 24 hours in. The first two days are just veggie broth, bentonite clay, colloidal silver And apple cider vinegar drink. Then I move onto 4 days of just steamed green veggies. I was afraid to start, but now that I'm in, I'm happy. I haven't been feeling my best lately, and I grew tired of complaining about it. Now I feel proactive and empowered. This mantra composed by Sri Aurobindo was in honor of the Divine Mother-the feminine principle of the universe. I've been working with and teaching this mantra quite a lot recently, as these are qualities of our soul that are worth remembering: Bliss, Consciousness and Truth. The Melody came to me in the shower on Sunday and I've spent the last two days singing the mantra. Singing is a beautiful way to activate the power of sacred words since there is so much emotion in singing. This weekend I had the opportunity to help my friend Chris streamline his room in the residential care center where he lives. He was s sweet to give me his living room furniture. Shinrin Yoku. It's Japanese for forest bathing or soaking in the forest atmosphere. It is a form of healing. It's why I took this trip up to Redwood National Forest. I knew the forest would heal me.
