Goodness me, I’ve been around kink longer than that particular person has been alive! If someone reads the tags and proceeds to beyond that point they’ve given consent to see what’s in there and it’s then on their shoulders. It’s the same premise as consenting to entering any dungeon or play space, you are consenting to see what’s happening in there within the rules. You don’t turn up and complain there’s someone getting caned and yell it’s traumatising everyone else there, they knew it was happening! You’re not re-traumatising anyone FFS. Keep doing you darling, I love your stuff and guess what, sometime I do skip posts if I’m not in the right mood or frame of mind because it is MY responsibility to do so. You are chaining me down and forcing me to read anything… although that’s a cool idea 😂🖤

they're complaining about being re-traumatised, when them scrolling, blocking, or simply not interacting would've prevented that. it's not my responsibility if you choose to read something you know you're not ready for, your media consumption is your responsibility, you have to take accountability and admit you're wrong when you trigger yourself.

i'm noticing a pattern nowadays: people can't admit when they're wrong. it's my biggest pet peeve. imagine being so oblivious, so oblivious where you think anything not written for you and your kinks is diabolical and wrong. imagine how they walk around, oblivious to the fact they've triggered themselves and decided to shift the blame onto the writer... nowadays, people don't want to admit they're wrong (and i'm not just talking about that one obsessive person that can't keep my name out of their mouth, it's more than them), or when people respond to posts hinting at me, saying shit like, “oh, i saw this and i was so triggered!”... funnily enough, you wouldn't have been triggered if you simply, scrolled, or even blocked.

i try my best to put a warning on everything (occasionally i do miss something, but i'm open to being told to fix it) something i'm NOT alright with, is people calling me disgusting, or comparing people who support me to the IOF, (israeli forces)... one is supporting a creator that's getting hate for people not being able to control their triggers, the other is taking part in a genocide. there are no similarities, you're just being an asshole if you say that?! 😭

i don’t even remember how to use the app/site well enough to find when the last time i posted a fic was (like, where did the time stamps go?!)

i bet this won’t come as much of a surprise to anyone who’s been following me for a while because i clearly went MIA for a few years. just wanted to pop back in and clarify a few things and let yall know i am alive and well 🫶🏻

i have, unfortunately, moved on from my ff writing era of my life. i’ve seen all your messages of support and reactions to my writing and constantly see the reposts and recs made in my email inbox, and i cherish each and every one of them and do miss yall very often. i am currently now working and traveling full time, and am just past the era in which i used to absolutely love bts/kpop. i’m actually now an avid ao3 dramione reader 😂 and have devoted a lot of my time to getting physically/emotionally healthier, furthering my career, and just pouring love into myself and everyone around me 🤌🏻

DO YOU EVEN LIKE BTS ANYMORE

i still do love/listen to bts, but i’ve also been feeling like i’ve outgrown them a bit and no longer actively read bts fics myself 🥹 but to sometimes come back to my own blog and my homepage to see that other writers are still here and dedicated makes me feel so giddy and happy for them. watching bts grow from their boy in luv era when i first became a fan to the degree they’re at now and even when i stopped actively writing (probably when they started breaking into the US/english lyrics, or covid era) was such a big life landmark for me, and i will always cherish them in my heart for that. i will also always cherish this blog, that kept me actively writing, throughout uni, and actively creating content anonymously, for helping me through some hard times emotionally, physically, and mentally.

i don’t think i’ll be updating any of my wips: any writer out there who feels inclined to continue the stories, i give you full permission (pls don’t plagiarize!) and would hope that you drop a quick msg in my inbox when you post so i can read them (better than tags!) 🥰 would also be happy to share where i intended a lot of my fics to go plot-wise. i also deem it would be a disservice to a lot of you for me to release unfinished drafts, but im happy to share that as well to anyone who wants to pick it up, or just are curious where the plots went (lmk if ur into that?)

THE BIG FIND 2023: Day 8

The Big Find is a 10-day long Drarry fic-finding marathon to celebrate the blog’s anniversary. Below is the Day 8 compilation of lost fics, both old and new, that we’ve been unable to find. Our aim is to get as much attention to these lost fics as possible, to help people finally find their missing fics! Anyone can participate by reblogging, reading through each list, providing additional fic details, and informing us the title, author, or link of a fic, and their respective number in the comment section. Happy finding!

8.1 Draco really liked Harry but Harry kinda liked Ron I guess. Draco guessed it by saying “You love him (Ron), don’t you?” to Harry and he said yes (I’m sorry if it’s not right). It’s TopDraco and BottomHarry. Harry only called when he wanted sex with Draco. Draco kinda got fed up so he asked why is he like that. Draco decided whatever between them has to stop but Harry disagreed. Angst, a lot of angst and written in Draco’s POV and still on going last time I checked on AO3.

8.2 This fic is not about church I think, and I could not find it on ao3 by the ‘church’ tag definitely, however, I remember that Harry is surprised that Draco went to church and he’s told that it was a pureblood thing - to go to church on Sunday, etc - and Neville told him that he went to the same church with Malfoy when they were children and that is how they knew each other. It is on ao3, though I am not fully sure, probably it is a tumblr fic

8.3 I’m not sure if it was posted on AO3 or just on Tumblr. It was before drarrymicrofic prompts started so I’d guess somewhere from 2015-2019 (2016 or 2017 is best guess), but probably under 1k words (2k would be the max). Fic has MCD and drug use. Written from Harry’s POV (likely 3rd person) with minimal dialogue. After the war, Draco and Harry are both struggling to adjust, turn to drugs, and end up spending time together at clubs/hooking up to escape their thoughts. The drug that they’re into could be fairy dust or something magical, but I’m not too sure. Somehow, Harry starts to get better, starts feeling hopeful about life, is ready to fight his addiction, and is excited about his future that might even include Draco since he’s grown fond. Harry goes to a club one night, ready to talk to Draco about getting better, and makes eye contact with him on the dance floor. Draco falls to the ground and ends up dying of an overdose. There’s a line at the end about Harry seeing the light leaving Draco’s eyes as he hit the floor that always stuck with me because the fic is about falling into a dark place, starting to see the light, and having the light abruptly turned off.

8.4 fic that i read on ao3 around 2021, that i can’t seem to find for the life of me. Its a post hogwarts fic where draco and harry are married and their kids are James, Albus, Scorpius, and Lily. The plot is Lucius comes to live with them after Narcissa dies and he hasn’t really met the kids before but they were close with Narcissa, and it’s from the perspective of the kids per chapter.

8.5 Harry is like a magical painter/designer and paints a room for Teddy/Scorpius? All I really remember are that the paintings moved and included mythical creatures. I also I feel like it had bottom harry in it, but who knows. I believe it was on ao3 but was possibly on FF. I read it mostly likely 3-5 years ago but could be longer. I think it was multi-chaptered and definitely longer than a one shot. I think Harry had painted rooms for Rose and Hugo previously as well as a playroom for teddy and maybe even rooms for Luna and Rolf’s kids? And Draco’s kid really liked the paintings all his friends had and asked his dad to get him one. Mystical creatures in the paintings included dragons, unicorns, flying snitches, etc.

8.6 I can’t remember much about the extension or if it had a second part, but it’s not totally drarry. It’s a fic I read on AO3, Albus’ POV. The Potters have a room (maybe?) at home and there you could play a fantasy. Albus discovers that Harry had an affair with Draco when they were young.

8.7 Harry wants to bring Sirius back from the veil, and Draco is an Unspeakable so Harry goes to him for help, and they eventually succeed (and fall for each other), but Sirius comes back as a baby that they end up raising together alongside Teddy?

8.8 i remember it was about snape and petunia helping harry run away/being on the run and sort of adopting him? i dont remember if snape/petunia was actually romantic in it tho. it was on ao3 and i remember hearing ab it from the author in the notes of another drarry fic (i thought perhaps it was by shanastoryteller but i cant find anything about it so either not them or perhaps it was deleted) it would probably be a wip and i remember wanting to start it last year when there was like 2 chapters out.

8.9 looking for a drarry fanfic from way back, like 2002. I remember the one with the scene where there was a party under the house and they had spin the bottle but there was a line that connected between their lips and don’t go away until they kiss. All I can remember about it was the intro of draco showing up at Harry’s place because his dad was going to kill him. There was the party with the games improved by the twins. Some significant rings were exchanged that had jewels in them that could tell if they were still alive. Also they used to climb into a portrait above their beds and it took them to a secret room so they couldn’t be killed in their sleep. Aka private room for gay sex.

8.10 fic I read a long time ago. It was on AO3 I think. Basically Harry and Draco has this long standing arrangement where they would set up trap/escape rooms to challenge each other. I believe they set it up at Gringotts. They don’t actually know who each other are, they just go by an alias. Harry sets up a room using some kind of instant darkness powder, one of the Weasley wheezes and finally defeats Draco. I believe Harry is an Auror while Draco is an unspeakable. This was a case fic too, and they were somehow put together on an international intrigue case. To resolve one of their issues Harry brought out the instant darkness powder and that was how Draco finally recognize him as the other challenger.

8.11 been trying to find this fic i read so long ago. i’ve been searching for soo long. it’s one where harry and ginny go to a masked ball thing where everyone just plays out their fantasies and harry meets this guy who he does it with. and the guy happens to be draco. also ginny gets double penetrated

8.12 looking for a non-magic au fic where Harry is a thief and he spends a long time scouting out this rich house (with Draco and his family living there) he wants to steal from. One day, he climbs up the side pillar when he thinks the house is empty to enter through a balcony. He sees that Draco’s actually there (they don’t know each other) - he’s beautiful but he hasn’t left his room or touched someone in years. Harry keeps revisiting despite himself and gets Draco to open up to him. They date.

8.13 I can’t remember if it’s an 8th year fic or a rewrite of sorts. But Draco is at hogwarts and befriends the golden trio + luna + Ginny and for some reason I have this memory that in the midst of it all they decide they want to become animagi? And that at some point they come to the conclusion that they’re avatars (for lack of a better word, I guess heirs) for the original founders of hogwarts.

8.14 The magical world is getting itself known to the muggle world, which causes problems and then when a representatives meeting between both sides was held, Harry was surprised to find Draco representing the muggle side after getting exiled from the magical world. I forgot if Draco lost his magic or not. I remember it being a very long one-shot. And I think its quite an old fanfic around 2012-2017s.

Omg 🫥. I do.... sometimes. I really, really love comments, and I need to be better about responding to them! It's a mixture of social anxiety and savoring them that leads me to not responding, and then I wonder if it's too late to respond, and then they stack up, and then I'm anxious over how many there are and I just.... never repsond. i try to repsond to at least some of the, but I'm very anxious about how many unresponded comments I have. (My inbox currently sits at 1136, and I've cleared it out before.)

6. What's the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

Dusk. However, i have 2 more in the works that (assuming I ever finish them) may be worse.

7. What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

Most of my fics have a happy ending, so I'm not sure what the MOST happy ending was. Maybe Save the Groom? I can't imagine STG James being any happier than he is in that epilogue.

8. Do you get hate on fics?

Occasionally. It's rarely hate but I do occasionally get dissatisfaction, like "i don't like the way you ended this" or "I read the side along you wrote and I'm no longer interested in the main story" which is weird to get.

9. Do you write smut. If so, what kind?

Lol, yes, and.... all kinds? Honestly, what does that mean. I've written MM, MF, and FF. Also Multi (though mostly MMM+). I've also written both vanilla and kink?

10. Do you write crossovers? What's the craziest one you've written?

NOPE. Not something that really interests me, tbh.

11. Have you ever had a fic stolen?

Not that I'm aware of, but I wouldn't be surprised.

I've had a couple of people ask, but no one who has delivered on it. or at least no one who tagged me the way I asked them to if they did it.

Yes, a few! I'm actually very fond of cowriting. Quietlemonhush and I have been working on cowriting more, and I adore working with him.

I'm not ready to call anything that's posted now and a WIP abandoned (though I know I occasionally get comments calling things abandoned). I think it's probably unlikely that I ever write my Voldy Wins AU at this point because I've been sitting on it for 2 years at this point, but it was never posted.

Worldbuilding and tension building, I think.

Sticking to a plan. 🤣

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic?

I've done it before, and I'm not a huge fan, tbh. I probably won't do it again unless I have a cowriter who is fluent. It's a pain if you don't know the language, and there's no way to really build the dialogue as you would in a language you know.

In all seriousness, there's a couple I feel that end on a higher note. Forsaken, Silver and Gold both come to mind. I have a few one shots floating around that lighter in humor as well.

That's a hard no, seeing as I'm ace. Sorry folks.

Not on Ao3 no, but back on FF I have. Woke up one morning to a flood of emails from concerned readers flagging a fic that matched one of mine word for word in some areas. Issue was resolved quite quickly though. Bless my readers who kept an eye out for that.

12. Have you ever had a fic translated?

I had some older Robin Hood fic that were translated into Finnish actually! That was a pretty cool experience. So long ago now I don't remember where it was posted (FF I think, and one other site), but it was big thing at that time, esp since I was still in high school.

13. Have you ever co-written a fic before?

Several times yes! It can be quite a bit of fun, esp when working to match styles of the other writer(s).

14. What’s your all-time favorite ship?

Once again – Ace, so I'm not too invested in such a thing. That being said, for RDR2, other than canon ships, I do see the appeal of Sadie/Arthur as well as Charles/Arthur, though I write (nor read) either really.

15. What’s a WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will?

We're not going to talk about my four unfinished fics, because I'm going to finish them eventually.

16. What are your writing strengths?

I've been told I tend to capture the likeness of certain characters, including dialogue and inner thoughts. I feel like I keep good pacing over longer stories, and that I have the ability to paint vivid scenes to help readers immerse themselves in the story.

17. What are your writing weaknesses?

I have the inability to write a short fic. Anytime I tell myself 'Oh yeah, that'll only be x words/chapters, it nearly triples in length. Looking at you, Silver and Gold, (aka minibang fic)

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic?

I've done this before with some Spanish when characters were in appropriate situations, where they weren't supposed to know/understand what was being said. I think I've done it once with German, but I could be wrong. I feel it add flavor when done a sparse amount, and not have it be too overbearing for the reader to muddle through.

19. First fandom you wrote for?

Lord of the Rings was the first fandom I wrote and actually posted for, though Jedi Apprentice from Star Wars was what got the fanfic train rolling. I rewrote an ending to something that really annoyed me and I felt like I could write it better so I did. That was in the pre-internet era though, so it never made it online. (FF didn't even exist yet!)

20. Favorite fic you’ve written?

I'm fairly partial to Learning Hurts. It has a mix of what I enjoy (Hurt, comfort, reassurance, growth) and I love the play of the title. Several characters end up learning something over the course of the story, and as implied, those lessons all come with a bit of hurting.

do you have any tips for starting a blog on here?

hi bean <33 do you mean a writing blog? here are some things i recommend:

make sure everything on your page is easily accessible (make masterlists for your writings and a pinned post with information)

tag your works,, this is the only way to reach your audience when you first start out. keep tag etiquette in mind - tag trigger warnings n don't tag members that aren't in the fic,, it clogs up the tags and no one wants to scroll past 30 felix fics looking for a minho one in the 'minho smut' tag. avoid using non ff tags too (like 'stray kids' or 'skz') cuz not everyone wants to see fics in the general tags. you can use the tags i use for my posts if u want. only the first 20 tags show up in tumblrs search so you don't need to add more

doing requests is a good way to get interaction n traction on your page but it can also be a lot of pressure so it's up to you :))

use a read more break for posts longer than 500 words !! nothing is more annoying than having to scroll past a long wall of text. i block ppl who don't use a read more break ;-; u can use the read more insert while making a post on desktop (the grey wobbly icon on the right) or type :readmore: and hit enter in the app

some people reblog gifs n other posts to their writing blogs,, i'm not sure if it matters if you do or don't but i decided to only publish my writings and asks on mine cuz i know a lot of cc don't like fanfic n i don't want to show up in someone's notifs with a ff blog (esp not with my kind of content). if people look for me they can find me. i also thought it would make it easier for my readers to keep up with my blog n the things i post this way

only write things you enjoy to avoid burnout. and don't expect feedback on everything,, feedback on tumblr is not great ;-; these days most people only leave a like so don't expect hundreds of comments or reblogs

hey guys, it’s teddy. As you might or might not have noticed by now, @gothteddies got deleted in September by @ st*ff. I tried really hard to get it restored, and I do genuinely believe I hadn’t violated any of the guidelines for adult content on my account (evidenced by the fact that I successfully reappealed my blog being flagged twice before), but st*ff refused to communicate. I’m sure you all know the run-around they give everyone, the same copy paste answer about how your blog was found to be violating community guidelines no matter how many times you ask for more information or to point out where you were violating community guidelines.

Anyways, sparing the details, it doesn’t seem like I’ll be getting @gothteddies back. I’ve this back up blog for a little while, and I have a ton of my old posts backed up here. Unfortunately, I hadn’t backed up posts for a few months when I got deleted, so my archive only goes back til about April. So if you see any posts timestamped from after then, please tag me in them (but check in the notes if someone else has or if I’ve reblogged it here already first). This blog will mostly be running reruns of my old posts for the next week or two to try and pump all that content back out into the world.

In the meantime, I’d like you guys to know that as of right now, I’m not planning to be as active as I was before on here. Losing @gothteddies is more than something I can just start over. I lost all my content, all the back ups I had of my mutual’s content I had saved in my tagging system for them to use when they got deleted, I lost all the work I put into for my blog theme, for my FAQ, my about page, my tag explanations page with all its links, my mutuals, my community, my content filters, my history of interactions with people, all that work is gone. Some of it will be easier to rebuild than other parts. But I don’t have a particular desire to try and rebuild all of that, putting so much work in when tumblr can just pull the rug out from under me when I’m not even flagged and not bothering to even tell me why.

My plan right now is to start this blog, get all my back up content out there first (block the tag #archive spam if you don’t want to see all that clogging your dash), then to use this blog pretty sparingly. I’ll keep posting my original posts, but I’m not going to be a hub for nsfw content anymore. Ill still be reblogging cute stuff when I see it, especially my favorite mutuals, but I don’t plan to scroll my dash and find everything I love and pump my queue constantly and worry about anything on here at all. Posts will be more sparse, and hopefully I will too.

mainly star wars and marvel! though i don't write marvel as much anymore (the mcu really burned me too many times lol and just took away a lot of my inspiration/motivation to write for it). so mostly star wars nowadays, but occasionally i will sprinkle in a fic for a different fandom!

no 🙈. weirdly enough, i was a lot better about responding years ago on my ff. net account. but i don't really do it on ao3, honestly because i'm just a little lazy about it lol. but i promise i read every single one and know that if you've ever left a comment, i appreciate it so so much!!

6. What’s the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

probably broken things. it's a romanogers soulmate last words au which ended in a major character death. but you know. last words au, death. it made sense haha.

i've also written a couple canon-compliant character study type fics, including one for natasha romanoff, one for cassian andor/rogue one crew, some for leia organa (post-tfa), and well, none of those end very happily sooooo.

7. What’s the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

uhhhhhhh why was this so hard asdffglkhglj. i write a lot of agnst and hurt/comfort lol. but my fic, the weight of your love, is just pure kanera fluff. and these two kanera fics that i've posted on tumblr (but not on ao3 yet), are just silly and fun and fluffy.

8. Do you get hate on fics?

not really, thankfully. i mean, i've gotten some not-so-nice comments in the past (again, mainly on ff.net) but i've never gotten anything super aggressive or confrontational, so i'm grateful to be in nice corners of fandom!

9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind?

occasionally yes. typically i insert my smut scenes into longer fics though. (i do have a bunch of unpublished half-written smut fics that i haven't gotten the courage to finish and post yet, bc i'm not always the most confident in my smut writing but maybe one day!)

10. Do you write crossovers? What’s the craziest one you’ve written?

not really. i'm not even the best at coming up with AUs, much less crossovers lol. i think the closest i've gotten to a crossover is an agents of shield/mcu crossover, which shouldn't even BE a crossover, but considering that the mcu never acknowledged AoS, it kinda feels like it is. anyway, wrote a fic where daisy johnson and bucky barnes are bffs, and i'm quite fond of it!

11. Have you ever had a fic stolen?

yeah :/ i had somebody take one of my fics and (related to next question) translate it and put it on wattpad. i couldn't message the author and my attempts to contact wattpad got me nowhere so i kinda just let it go.

12. Have you ever had a fic translated?

looking at last question, technically yes. but other than that, not yet! i would be very honored if someone wanted to translate one of my fics though, and would have absolutely no problem with it! (so long as they asked and didn't steal it asdkfsjd)

13. Have you ever cowritten a fic before?

only bits and pieces of shared aus with friends for fun, but haven’t published anything.

14. What’s your all-time favorite ship?

kanera and romanogers, hands down. kanan and hera are more recent, but i fell in love with both their characters and them as a couple so fast, and i absolutely love writing for them. they're going to stick with me forever. and steve and natasha.... my loves. fell in love with them when i saw catws the first time and haven't looked back. they've stuck with me the longest, i think. and even though i don't write marvel as much anymore, i still think about them a lot, and there's a lot of stevenat wips i have that i still hope to finish one day.

15. What’s a WIP you want to finish, but doubt you ever will?

whew ummmmm. there's a couple of romanogers fics (specifically finishing our time in the dark and the follow-up to revelations which is an endgame fix-it) that i have told myself i will finish. and i want to! but it will really take a major push to get me back into the headspace to write for marvel again. genuinely, endgame drained so much of the love and inspiration i had so 😔 i hope i can prove myself wrong one day!

i also have ambitions to do a star wars sequels rewrite, but it feels so big lol, so idk if i'll ever actually get around to finishing it. but the bits i have written for it i have so much love for.

16. What are your writing strengths?

digging deep into character emotions and their headspaces. that's something i really like exploring. also i think i'm pretty good about including small details, particularly with using the different senses and using those to help set the scene, and whatnot. in short, description and emotion are my strong suits!

17. What are your writing weaknesses?

humor. i think i can be funny sometimes in my writing, but i definitely don't think i'm as good at humor as other people. and especially funny dialogue and banter, that's something i feel like i have to think about more. so still working on that!

i also don't know if this is a true weakness, but i literally don't know when to stop writing asdfljgldkj. i feel like lately it's so hard for me to write short fics (unless i do it in a mad burst in one sitting). but if i'm thinking a lot about a fic, chances are it's going to be 5k MINIMUM.

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic?

i'm not real comfortable with it, especially if i don't speak the language. if it's a very short phrase or a singular word, i will try to use a translator and other online investigating (and then nicely ask people to correct me in the comments if i'm wrong lol). but if i want to have the character speaking full sentences i will usually type it out in english and then use "they said in [insert language here]" as the tagline.

19. First fandom you wrote for?

if we're going wayyy back, technically the first fic i wrote was a bones fic when i was in middleschool lmao. i wrote it in a notebook, never published it online. but i first posted fics online in high school (as a freshman i think), and i think the first fics i published were for percy jackson and supernatural lol.

20. Favorite fic you’ve ever written?

probably revelations. looking at it now, there are certainly things i would change about this one, but i wrote it on and off for 3 years, so i was just really proud when i finally finished it. and there are still a lot of character moments i wrote into this one that i still love.

also you are my solid ground. plot does not really exist in this fic, but i had the best time writing the steve/nat/sam dynamic. literally dream trio.

(real talk, some of my fave fics are ones that i haven't finished yet/haven't published yet. i think my newest favorite fic is the kanan character study one i'm working on now. i still have a little bit to go, but i'm really close to finishing it, and i'm just so proud of it. there's so much about it that i love and i can't wait to share it (hopefully by the end of the year!)).

Just gotta say, thank you for being brave enough to call out the gross behaviour around Pedro - some of the extreme fans take it so far that it no longer becomes fun to look in his tag.

Between the excessive sexual posts about what people wanna do to him, the massively long smutty reader/Pedro fics that people refuse to put behind a cut (write whatever you want but if you're gonna tag it with every conceivable Pedro related tag, ffs put it behind a read more, I don't want to have to scroll for ages to bypass your shitty fantasy fulfilment) and people calling you a 'censor' or 'fandom police' if you dare to say "stop speculating on his sexuality" (or better still, the ones who say you must be a 'homophobic straight woman' who 'is just pissed off that he's gay and you wouldn't have a chance' - just stop). It's getting ridiculous and I genuinely wonder how long it will be before he stops actively engaging with fans entirely. I wouldn't blame him one bit if he did step back, some people cross so many lines.

For people who claim to love and admire him, they can't seem to manage one basic thing - respect. It's so good to see him getting so much attention and recognition these days, I'm so happy for him, but it's bringing so many toxic fans out of the woodwork that it's ruining it for everyone else. I got no problem trying to bring some reason into this fandom. Some things need to be said, and it's not hard to respect boundaries and be a decent person.

There are many incredible and wonderful people in this fandom but my god, between the minors going feral over him & writing more explicit things than the adults, the explicit rpfs that are hella triggering and creepy, and the women stalking him and calling him d*ddy at very public functions, it's a shit show. Don't even get me started on the women who thanked the coup that brought the Pascals to the US or the ones who flat out fetishize him (i.e. calling him papi, "i want him to talk dirty to me in spanish" etc.). And Pedro did stop interacting with fans in 2021 when similar things happened (*cough* the horrid chilean monster cock event *cough*) and I see it's been happening now a bit as well. I'd honestly be relieved if he deleted instagram too. Things have gotten way out hand.

Trust someone in marketing to care more about the presentation of something than the content. And, as a scientist, I do resent the way Nina just acts as though scientists don't know how to dress. Just because I get to wear street clothes to the lab (look, you don't want synthetic fabrics around chemicals. You just don't. Cotton all the way, folks! Or linen or wool, depending) doesn't mean I don't know how to dress up and look stunning when I want to. Or, at least, my partners have used stunning to describe me, but I suppose they may just be biased. REGARDLESS, Nina's being a bit catty here, and that definitely makes me feel like she deserves what she gets. But the control isn't ... it isn't a style I enjoy in my kink stories, so on a lot of levels this is just a miss for me. If you like someone being overwhelmed with ... well, ok, in this universe it's science but no, that isn’t how any of this works, so it's magic. You might just enjoy this. 3/10 spirals.

Given who Adventure Girl makes me think of, it's WEEIRD to see her juxtaposed with Venus Ascendant, given who Venus makes me think of. (Look, her age says Supergirl, but her origin says Ms. Marvel. And I'm a Carol Danvers fan.) But holding that aside, because it isn't really important, gosh this is a Good Story. The Girdle of Minerva works so well, and watching Adventure Girl grapple with the same sorts of "but good girls don't!" that I too had to unlearn is ... cathartic? Kind of? It doesn't hit my hot buttons exactly - too much magic, which if y'all have been following my reviews won't come as a surprise - but it's still really good. 7/10 spirals

How can I even *start* to review this one? This isn't just my favourite Jukebox story - my favourite story on the EMCSA *other* than one my spouse wrote for and dedicated to me! - but it was FORMATIVE to my hypnokink, to my sense of what I might possibly *find* in a relationship. I didn't know what healthy, happy romantic relationships looked like when I was as young as I was when I read this story, back when it was first posted. Not *really.* My parents were always so very private about their relationship, and I knew enough to know that media wasn't ... it just wasn't. Add in the "I'm not really interested in sex itself" with the strong hypnokink, and I was so adrift. Sure, there were, like, 2 book series I read that had Healthy Relationships, but they didn't have any of the kink nuance, so that didn't help.But this story. This story has so many moments that I read and my brain went "that. I want *THAT.*" The mix of romance and fun kinky things in this story became my measuring stick for relationships I was in, and if I realized that a partner wasn't living up to that? That they weren't showing me the respect Lynn shows Michael? I was done. And I needed that, more than once, unfortunately. But it also helped me internalize that I *could* have that kind of relationship. And now I do - 4 times over! I've mentioned before on my blog how a line from this story became a guiding benchmark for me, the idea of "everything we do comes from love." Whether love of community, love of a friend, or romantic love, that central tenant has helped me know when to stop doing something I was no longer doing for the right reasons, and to grow into an adult who knows when to - and how to! - say no.That's a LOT to put into a story, I realize, and it isn't just this story that did it. But it was absolutely a catalyst for so much of that. I would not be who I am today if it weren't for this story. I probably wouldn't have even felt like I belonged in this community without this story, and a few others (one by Jukebox, and a couple by Wiseguy).So all that said, let's get into the actual text of the story, shall we?

While we start with sexual stuff immediately, it's also instantly clearly part of the conditioning/brainwashing process, so that's all good by my standards. There's such obvious love and connection between Michael and Lynn, and she so gently and tenderly reinforcing her control as she moves through the chakras. And then, when we get to the heart chakra, and Michael stops being passive because he loves Lynn so much, and has such a need to communicate that to her... it melts my heart. The way she drops out of pet names and just uses his name in that moment, the mantra... so much good here. And then the moment where we see Michael is so aware of how much Lynn loves him in return is so tender... to me, that's the true climax of this story, the sharing in love that has been well tended and grown by *both* of them. It's just tender and sweet and lovely and I am so very fond of both Michael and Lynn, here and in every story we see with them. 9001/10 spirals.

There's a really interesting suggestion in here, and it's one I definitely plan to use for (short-term) shenanigans with a partner at some point. The idea of them being consumed by curiosity, focusing entirely on a fixation object as it sucks their thoughts away? Oh yes, I'm using that. The rest of this story? It's good enough, but doesn't quite get me invested the way other stories have and do. Some of that is the contrast to Closer to the Heart, of course; I remember 12 years ago, reading this one the week after Closer to the Heart and wishing that this had been closer to that - and I still do. But this one stands well on its own, if I make myself stop comparing it to Closer to the Heart. Seeing how Cat's mind changes in response to the control is *delightful,* and it's well thought out. It's just a bit impersonal for me, is all. 8/10 spirals.

Hmm, another one of those stories that never quite feels erotic - surreal horror, maybe? Still really good for what it is, just a bit ... not quite fitting amongst the rest of the stories on the archive. But it's well written, we really, TRULY get a sense of what Monica was running from and why she's scared, and it fits so very well. Though I have to wonder how nobody's noticed this before now. Surely enough folk gathered by those who serve would have people who miss them! 7/10 spirals

I feel bad for Addison here; he's mostly an innocent bystander in this one. Wouldn't it have made more sense to just tell him to forget the secrets involved and only have to worry about one person - a seemingly not well-liked one! - disappearing? Ah well, leaving my opinions on what makes sense aside, this is a bit ... clinical? which is the point, of course, but it makes it hard for me to see it as erotic, personally. But the method works, and I enjoy the (entirely too brief) description of the experience Addison has. If you like more detatched/clinical control, you'll likely enjoy this one? 6/10 spirals

This ends the only way it possibly could, and I don't think that's inherently a bad thing? Because the *how* we end up where it ends up is a bigger draw than the "where is this going?" sentiment would be. It's fun to watch how Alicia slowly brainwashes herself with Holly's voice, though I can't help but shake my head at her not realising she was doing that. Ah well, hopefully it will work out for the best and they can be a happy trio; I've seen well how two subby gals can be in love and reinforcing their submission to a shared dominant partner; it can be *super* cute. Though that does involve more consenting submsision, but what can you do, I suppose? I do have to wonder just how much actual rest Holly was getting, but it seemed to work for her? 8/10 spirals

I feel like the last part of this sort of skews away from what would be - to me! - a much more interesting story. But it ends up more or less exactly where I expected it to - after 139 stories, I think I'm getting a sense of where Jukebox is going with these pretty quickly from the tone. The first two thirds of the story is good - the approach of a telepath who's trying not to give into her powers is fun! But the cruel ending to it, caused by another telepath, is less my vibe. 6/10 spirals.

Honestly, do people not understand the idea of too good to be true? I suppose there would be fewer good stories if they did, and after all it can be hard to resist temptation. And to be fair, Isabelle did speak truly, for all she left significant details out. It's a fun story, and the sense of how Sylvia is overwhelmed and conditioned and brainwashed is wonderful. Having said that, I don't actually like the light and sound machines - unless I'm already SUPER fractionated, they just give me a wicked headache (I should know, I experimented with them once upon a time, thanks to Wiseguy) - so I do wince a little at the idea of waking from sleep right into one. But that's a me thing - plenty of folk really like light and sound machines, and I know from friends' testimonies that they can be amazingly hypnotic for a lot of folk! So that just makes all of this feel more real, and more personal. It's just all around a good story that hits a lot of things I like. 9/10 spirals.

For the next week, you avoid Sunwoo like the plague. Once you realized that your distraction attempt did absolutely nothing to squash your apparent growing feelings for the man, you could've cried. Ever since your revelation, you've been thinking about him non-stop and nearly driving yourself crazy. It's like he carved out a little space in your brain and made himself at home. His scent is permanently etched into your nose, and those stupid pouty lips are engraved in your mind.

You were terrified to see him the next morning after you pleasured yourself to thoughts of him. He had opened his mouth to say something to you, but you were out the door before he could get more than a couple of syllables out. The thought that he could've heard you and was going to tease you made you want to disappear quicker than ice cream on a scorching hot day. However, to say you didn't touch yourself again would be a bold-faced lie. You just made sure you were quieter than the first time.

You have no idea what you're going to do about your situation. You can't keep running and hiding from him forever. He'll eventually call you out on it, but also… you just didn't want to anymore. A huge part of you wants to get caught. You want to come clean and tell him your thoughts and feelings, but you already know he doesn't feel the same. He's a flirt, and he's already told one person that he doesn't want a relationship right now.

A sigh of frustration is ripped out of you as you approach the apartment. You eye the building like it's going to give you some clue about what to expect when you walk into your home. Will Sunwoo be there? Is he going to attempt to talk to you for the 20th time? Will he ask you why you've been so skittish lately?

You attempt to collect yourself as you reach your apartment door and unlock it. Everything is fine. Everything is cool. If Sunwoo is home, maybe it's time you finally face the music. Maybe the two of you can sit down and talk…figure out if there's something between you or not.

Releasing the breath you didn't realize you were holding, you push open the door, only to be greeted with one of the last sights you wanted to see.

Forcing yourself to relax, you keep the blank expression on your face as you shut the apartment door, but it does nothing to stop the pain you feel in your chest.

Disappointment fills you, but you should've expected this. You knew about his complicated relationship with Minjee. You also knew he wasn't interested in you as more than a friend. Every sign pointed to it going this way. Yet you allowed yourself to hope for a different outcome, anyways.

Sunwoo's face brightens when he sees you. A twinkle enters his eyes, and his lips stretch over his teeth in a wide smile, wiping away the previous dull look that rested there. However, you refuse to let that smile do anything for you. It feels like any forward progress you made disappeared the second Minjee showed back up.

"Hey! You're finally home!" Sunwoo quickly attempts to pull you into a conversation. His eager tone should please you, but you can't get past the image of them being together. You mumble a "yeah", not willing to offer him much more. That doesn't mean he gives up, though.

"Come hang out with us!" He tries again. 

Minjee's glare warms up your skin, and you know in her head, she's throwing insult after insult at you. She's probably getting ready to curse the gods if you agree to join whatever it is they're doing. Luckily for her, you have absolutely zero desire to hang out with the two of them.

"No, thanks," you quickly decline. What you miss is Sunwoo's expression falling from his face. You miss the way he so obviously wants you to join them and maybe even save him from the girl latched onto his arm.

You force your feet to move past them, hastily dropping your bag by your bedroom door and going straight to the kitchen. You begin to rifle through the cupboards in search of snacks but keep coming up empty. You realize your eyes aren't really seeing anything, or maybe it's just that your brain isn't computing anything at the moment. It's too busy doing somersaults inside your skull.

Footsteps penetrate the brain fog in your mind, and you glance over as Minjee enters the kitchen. Attempting to not roll your eyes out of your head, you look back into the cupboard to see that your snacks are directly in front of your face. You grab the bag and shut the cupboard as Minjee comes to a stop in front of you.

You stare at her as she smugly looks you over, and you immediately feel all of your energy seep from your body. "Whatever it is, Minjee, I don't want to hear it."

"I know you like him."

Against your will, you freeze in place. You attempt to keep your face neutral, but the task is becoming increasingly harder. "What are you talking about?"

"Don't play dumb with me. It's not cute," she snobbishly says, her perfectly manicured brows scrunching in irritation. "I know you like Sunwoo."

She seems so confident in your feelings that you see no point in trying to deny them. That doesn't mean you're going to confirm anything for her either. Making a move to walk away, you turn and throw a "whatever" over your shoulder. 

A tight grip latches onto your arm, and you have to keep yourself from stumbling as she yanks you back around, forcing you to look at her. A sneer sits on her face, but it's nothing compared to the anger simmering inside of you. Just when you think you can no longer be surprised by her audacity, she goes and ups it a level.

"No, it's not whatever because he's mine," she grinds out. "So, stop acting innocent and thinking you're all special because you'll never have a chance with him."

"First of all," you start while grabbing her wrist and ripping her hand off of you. "Don't you ever touch me again. Secondly, he's not yours, so quit acting like you have a claim on him. You're nothing more than a fucktoy to him and everyone else."

Previous Chapter

The cycle you and Sunwoo fall into repeats itself. He brings a random girl over to have sex, the two of you binge-watch your TV show, Minjee comes over to have sex, and then you hang out with your friend group. It's like a neverending revolving door of girls and friends, and you have no idea how you ended up on this rollercoaster of a ride. A part of you feels like you're getting whiplash whenever you come home because you never know what to expect. Will Sunwoo be there by himself? Will Minjee be there? Some random girl? It's always a surprise for you.

Over the past couple of weeks, you've seen two different sides to Sunwoo. When he's with the other girls, he's indifferent, careless, and only focused on their bodies. He's, kind of, a dick. When he's with you, it's almost like he lets his guard down, like he lets his player image melt away. He's caring, considerate, and there's, almost, a childlike excitement to him. He lets himself not worry about how others are going to see him.

The entire thing makes you confused. You're trying to figure out who he's putting on a show for and why. Is he really this kind boy who feels the need to act a certain way in front of others? Or is he putting on a show for you because he's worried you'll kick him to the curb? You hope it's the former because you've come to thoroughly enjoy his presence when it's just the two of you.

Minjee has been the worst part of him staying with you. She randomly drops by whenever she feels like it - like they're actually dating - and she makes her hate for you clear. Before, you could stay out of her way and forget she even existed. Out of sight, out of mind. Now, it seems like you see her every time you turn around.

The snide comments she makes to you as you pass her in the kitchen are enough to get under your skin. The need she feels to comment on your appearance or your clothes is beyond you. It's almost like she thinks if she can say the right thing, she can get you to move out. Like she doesn't understand that it's your apartment, or she just doesn't care.

There have been multiple times where you've overheard her making comments to Sunwoo about him staying with you. She doesn't think it's normal that he's sleeping in the same apartment as some random girl. She’s even made several comments about him moving in with her instead like she's not some random girl herself. Sunwoo always brushes off the comments or changes the subject which makes you laugh. It's exactly what he gets for having a carousel of girls.

A part of you likes the idea of him moving in with her because then you would no longer have to see her. You could push the horrible memory and imagery of Minjee out of your mind. Another part of you, though - a part you'll never admit to - hates the thought of it because you've grown to like having Sunwoo around. It's nice to have someone home with you sometimes, even if he's not always alone.

The apartment door shuts with a slam, pulling you from your thoughts. You blink a few times as you stare down at the open textbook in front of you. The words are a little blurry for a moment until you focus your eyes. How long have you been sitting here thinking about Sunwoo and his harem of girls?

A laugh echoes throughout the apartment, and you roll your eyes when you recognize it as Minjee. Great. Another night of this shit… These are the nights where you're almost ready to pay Sunwoo to move in with her.

A part of you swears you could strangle Hyunjae for telling Minjee where you live. The man is lucky you haven't seen him since you found out it was him who gave her Sunwoo's new address. Also, why can't they ever go to her place? Why do they always have to come here?

Minjee's laugh continues. You hear Sunwoo trying to shush her, but he might as well be talking to a deaf hyena. It's almost like him trying to get her to be quiet spurs her on even more. Her laugh becomes slightly higher and more obnoxious, or maybe your impatience with her is just finally getting to you.

You grab your headphones that are conveniently placed next to you on your desk from the last time and plug them into your phone. You immediately pull up a random playlist and blast it into your ears because you know exactly what comes next. All they do is have sex, and you're tired of listening to it. They never talk or just hang out. She probably doesn't even know anything about Sunwoo. There's no substance to whatever it is they have. No matter how hard Minjee tries to force it.

Looking back down at your textbook, you try to focus your mind on studying, but in between the beats and melodies of the song you're listening to, something else reaches your ears.

"Oh, my god!"

You freeze in your chair as the words rattle around in your brain before quickly reaching up and attempting to adjust your headphones. In the meantime, more moaned words greet your ears.

"Fuck, Sunwoo, baby, you feel so good!"

You feel your body deflate as you try to move your headphones in a way that'll cancel out the sounds around you. Irritation burns within as you find yourself in yet another awkward situation. Usually, Minjee is annoyingly loud, but your headphones have always been able to drown out her irritating sounds. This time, however, it's almost like your headphones aren't even working anymore.

Pulling the headphones out of your ear, you attempt to hum along with the song that’s playing as you examine the small electronic pieces. Your first thought is that they somehow broke, but they look perfectly fine to you.

"Yes, Sunwoo! Right there!"

Minjee's screams - and yes, that's what they are - pierce your ears, and you aggressively shove your headphones back into your eardrums. You turn the music up a little louder, but the volume hurts your ears, and you have to debate if going deaf is worth not having to listen to Minjee being obnoxiously loud.

A part of you is almost afraid that your neighbors are going to call the police in fear that someone's being murdered in your apartment. You glance over at Sunwoo's wall and wonder if you should bang on it and tell them to be quiet. Then again, the extreme smug satisfaction that you imagine would be present on Minjee's face keeps you glued to your seat.

It's almost like she's being loud on purpose. Like she wants you to know what she and Sunwoo are doing and that she's the one sleeping with him, not you. Though, you wonder if she knows she's not the only one sleeping with him. Maybe she wouldn't be acting so pathetic right now if she did. Besides, you've never even shown interest in Sunwoo. You don't have feelings for him, so she can keep playing her games with herself.

The next afternoon, you meet up with Sophia in your usual spot in the quad. The warm sun has her leaning back against the table with her face tipped up to the sky. She looks like she's attempting to soak up as much Vitamin D as possible. You follow her pose and sit down in the seat next to her, eyes falling closed when the warmth hits your face. You could use a boost of sunshine yourself.

"Hello, my lovely friend."

I Still Love You...

Pairing: Byun Baekhyun x Female Reader

Summary: At the time, it seemed like the smartest decision when you and Baekhyun broke up. You deeply loved each other, but priorities and life were against you, and being together became too hard.

Coming face-to-face with him half a year later, reveals how deep your feelings still are for him, and you're terrified that you'll never be able to move on from him... or that you'll even want to in the end.

Laughter fills the air as your group of friends tease each other. Focusing mostly on the elusive host of the quickly planned get-together you're attending, Yixing smiles good-naturedly as he willingly takes the jokes being thrown his way. An overwhelming sense of happiness floods you as you watch them all. This is how things should be. You and the people you love relaxing and enjoying life together. 

It's been way too long since this group of people has been together like this. Where you've all managed to get away from work and school, and Yixing was able to take time off and fly back to you guys. With Yixing being in a different country, it's hard to come across moments like this, so you cherish them and hold onto them for dear life.

There's just one integral piece of your community missing. If you have to guess, he's probably going to show up any second. Baekhyun never misses it when Yixing comes to town. No matter how busy he is.

Your heart flutters at the thought of seeing your ex again. Of seeing his bright smile grace his face as he laughs at something one of you says. You take a calming breath as you think about Baekhyun and remember that things are different now. That beautiful smile he always sent your way was no longer yours to receive. That reminder alone nearly breaks your heart all over again.

Yixing's laughter greets your ears again, and you pull yourself out of your thoughts to study his face. The pure joy you see on it helps you make a decision you didn't realize you were contemplating. Tonight, you'll push aside the feelings you still have for Baekhyun. You'll pretend that you're fine and unhurt just to keep those smiles on your friends' faces. To not cloud over their night with your angst. 

You'll ignore him as much as you can and try to forget about how you're still completely in love with him. How you're actually excited to see him. To see his eyes sparkle as he animatedly speaks to everyone.

After the breakup, you had tried to move on from Baekhyun. You pushed yourself to go on dates - to try to connect with other people - but it just didn't work. You found yourself comparing all of your dates to him and wishing it was him across from you instead of these random strangers. You wished it was Baekhyun sending you good night texts or showing up at your door with flowers, and you felt bad for those poor souls who tried to capture your attention. Unfortunately, your mind was stuck on one person.

A knocking sound on the front door fills the room, and your heart beats wildly in your chest. Yixing gets up from his seat to answer it, and you do your best not to turn around and watch. A chorus of greetings surrounds you as the door opens. Soon, everyone is yelling some variation of hello towards the newcomer. You turn your head toward the door, unable to stand it anymore, and your heart nearly stops as you take in Baekhyun in all his glory. A giant smile is present on his face when he sees Yixing and everyone else behind him.

Somehow, you find yourself anxiously sitting on some stranger’s couch all thanks to your best friend Dabin. The people around you are all very nice and seem lovely, but you've never been good at first meetings. You'd consider yourself an introvert when being introduced to new people, and it took a while to get out of your shell. The only reason you're here is because Dabin is finally meeting her boyfriend's friends, and she dragged you along for moral support.

A knock on the door slightly startles you, and you glance around the room wondering how many more people could possibly be showing up. There are already like 15 of you here. You turn to see who else has just arrived and when your eyes focus on one man, your breath is taken away. He's gorgeous… and the way he lively greets the host enchants you…

You swallow, trying to wet your dry throat as you silently watch him enter the home like he owns the place. Everyone shouts greetings or cheers as he approaches, clearly happy to see him. You feel a part of yourself shrinking as you take in his larger-than-life persona.

His eyes survey the room as he greets everyone, and when they fall on you, they light up with interest. He sends you a sweet smile that has your heart stuttering, and you know right then that this man is trouble.

"Y/N, this is our friend, Baekhyun."

Chanyeol’s voice still replays in your mind as you watch the same scenario unfold before your eyes. There's only one difference this time.

Baekhyun's not alone. His new girlfriend is with him.

Dabin had already warned you about her existence and the possibility that she'd be here tonight, so you were prepared for the most part. Dabin told you they've been together for a month and that it was still relatively new, but that didn't make it hurt any less. That did not mean that it didn't suck seeing them together. 

Forcing a light smile on your face, you allow yourself to meet Baekhyun's eyes. They brighten as they find you, much like they did the first time, but that luminesce quickly disappears after a moment. You can see he's holding himself back and making it clear that you're nothing but an old friend. Someone important, but not important enough.

He offers you a small smile in return before his hand reaches toward his girlfriend, and he finds her fingers. If you could crawl further into your body, you would, but you try not to let that show as your gaze falls to her.

She's stunning. A piece of art that looks perfect besides Baekhyun, and from everything Dabin has told you about her, it seems like her personality matches. Good. Baekhyun deserves someone that'll treat him magnificently. He deserves happiness.

The quiet murmurs behind you make you realize that everyone is watching this moment. Even if they're attempting to be subtle - which, you know if you turn around, they're anything but - it feels like the room is collectively holding its breath. They all knew this moment was coming, but none of them knew how to properly approach it, including Baekhyun, who looks just as hesitant as you feel.

His girlfriend steps toward you, breaking the tension in the room and pulling your attention to her. She holds her hand out to you and introduces herself, breaking Baekhyun out of his stupor, so he can finish the introduction. 

You lightly shake her hand, seeing no ill-will or malice in her gaze, and find yourself relaxing a bit. When you give her a genuine smile, you visibly see her shoulders relax. Obviously, she's extremely nervous to be meeting all of his friends like this. You knew exactly how that felt, so you didn't need to add any extra stress for her as the ex. You can put on a fake smile and pretend to be happy for their sake as well.

Previous Chapter

While you head home from your night class, an unexpected excitement fills you as you think about seeing Sunwoo. Ever since the two of you hung out that night, you've noticed Sunwoo trying to be more engaging with you. His attempts at building a friendship have made you realize that him becoming your roommate might not be so bad. It might bring you some new energy that you haven't realized you've been craving until now.

It surprises you that you can see yourself developing a friendship with him, and maybe makes you feel a bit shameful. Admittedly, you haven't really made an effort to be friends with Kevin and Eric's friend group, and maybe you should change that. You could be holding yourself back from a lot of great friendships.

With a growing smile on your face, you begin to make the trek up the sidewalk to your apartment. Thoughts of maybe starting that show you've been talking about with Sunwoo fill your head as you wonder if he's home. While you come to a stop in front of your apartment door to grab your keys, you try to figure out why you're excited to hang out with him and when this odd flip occurred.

Sliding the key into the lock, you twist the handle and push open the door. Your eyes scan the living room, and when they come to a stop on the couch, your excitement immediately dissipates. There, sitting on the cushy, black furniture with some random girl straddling his lap, is Sunwoo. The pair is in such a heated and deep makeout session, they don't even notice your presence.

Ripping your eyes away from them, you shut the apartment door. The couple jumps apart at the sound and looks over at you, but you can barely glance in their direction. The image of her hands buried in his hair and his hands grinding her body against him refuses to leave your head.

Somehow, in the last couple of weeks, you've forgotten Sunwoo's reputation. You've allowed yourself to forget that, in his heart, he's a fuckboy.

"Hey," Sunwoo says, slightly pushing the girl off his lap like they weren't just about to have sex on your couch. "Welcome home!"

With a slight nod, you say, "Sorry for ruining your fun."

"You didn't ruin anything," he tells you, flashing a small smile your way. His black curls lay messily against his forehead, and you want to smack him for being attractive at a time like this. "How was your class?"

Your eyes land on the girl pouting next to him. The messy hair that frames her face and her swollen red lips tell you they've been at it for a while, and when she catches your stare, she sends you a nasty look. With a small scoff at her behavior, you focus back on Sunwoo and, with a dull tone, say, "Same stuff, different day."

Sunwoo lightly nibbles on his bottom lip as he notices your tone - likely feeling awkward about the situation - but then the girl next to him wraps her hands around his arm to get his attention back on her.

"Sunwoo," she whines in a cutesy voice. "Let's go to your room for some privacy."

She shoots you a look as she says the last words, and you roll your eyes. You couldn't care less that she doesn't like you here. It's your freaking apartment.

Sunwoo looks over at her, and when you see her bite her lip and give him her best sultry eyes, you decide that's enough for you. You kick your shoes off by the door and begin to head to your room. Sunwoo looks like he wants to say something, but his girl is done with not getting his attention.

With a glance behind you, you see her get up to her feet and pull Sunwoo up from the couch. His eyes fall down to her as he stands up and a slow smile begins to grow on his face as she drags him towards his room. The awkwardness he felt about being caught is replaced by lust once again.

You hear the door shut behind them as you head into your room and follow suit. At least, you'll have two shut doors between you as they do whatever it is they're about to do. You swing your backpack towards the corner of your room and drop down onto your bed with a sigh. Okay. New plan. Tonight, we'll avoid doing homework by doing what we usually do - waste time on YouTube.

Putting on your pajamas and booting up your laptop, you get yourself settled amongst your cozy blankets and pillows for a quiet night when you hear it. The sounds that let you know your night is about to be anything but quiet.

Your eyes immediately go to the bedroom wall Sunwoo and you share. The wall you failed to take into account when you shut your bedroom door to block out the noise. Feminine moans reach your ears, and your entire body freezes for a moment.

When you do break out of your trance, you quickly open up YouTube and click on the first video you see. It doesn't even matter what it is. You just need a noise blocker immediately. Turning the volume up obnoxiously loud, it helps drown out the moans until the bed squeaks and the thumping of the bed hitting the wall greets your ears.

Jumping up from your bed, you race to your backpack and dig out your headphones. Pushing them near painfully deep in your ears, you go back to your laptop and jam them into the headphone jack, nearly deafening yourself in the process. The squeaks and moans get drowned out, but now that you're calming down, awkwardness seeps into your system.

You feel awkward that you're overhearing them have sex, and that leads you to feeling mad that they're making you feel awkward in your own damn apartment. This is exactly what you dreaded about Sunwoo living with you. The exact reason you didn't want the fuckboy around your space. Frustration slams into you as you realize you're stuck in your room with your headphones in for the rest of the night.

The next day, as you walk up to the café that you're having lunch with Sophia at, you're still grumbling to yourself about the events that unfolded last night. Your hands come up to rub your sore ears which just adds fuel to your griping. You couldn't believe you had to fall asleep with headphones in.

Sighing, you walk into the café and quickly spot Sophia in the front corner. She waves and smiles when she sees you, but the greeting slowly fades when she sees the annoyed look on your face. You sit down and try to wipe away your negativity. It's not Sophia's fault that you had to listen to Sunwoo have sex half the night. Well, it kind of is, but you're not going to take your frustration out on her.

Most Fuckable Final Fantasy 14 Man!

Hello, Mod Fisher here. This is the first post on this blog so as to explain what it is and what is (probably) happening!

First, this blog will host a poll for the most fuckable Final Fantasy 14 man!

"But it says Eorzea's most fuckable-" Yes because that sounds cooler than "Etheirys' most fuckable man" and also isn't a rip off of "Most-fuckable-ff-man". With that said it is any ff14 man, not just those on Eorzea.

"But what happens when a new patch rolls out?" Im glad you asked! we will host the poll AGAIN!

"you said you're mod Fisher. are there other mods?" the goal is to have other mods, yes! will this happen? who knows! If it does we're going to go by job names.

"So who all will be in this?" Any man in ff14 that is 18+. I am using the Final Fantasy Wiki to check ages. we will have as many characters as we can, but the MSQ cast takes priority. Priority will be as follows: MSQ-Job Quest-Raids-Dungeons.

If a Raid or Dungeon is needed to progress the MSQ it is considered MSQ* *At one point in time Crystal Tower was optional. This rule exists because it is no longer optional.

"Okay but i want [name] in here" Well if they show up in the MSQ, a Job Quest, a Raid, or a Dungeon they will be here! Possibly! We want a even number of men.

"how will you handle spoilers?" We will tag polls featuring a character not in ARR (A Realm Reborn) with "[expansion] spoilers" such as "endwalker spoilers". After that its free game, free for all.

I think that covers most of it. I'm gonna go get the men and will see you when the bracket is ready!

There’s only one person who obsesses over Oliver on my blog- and that’s you. Plus I can tell who is who by language and familiarity. I can’t be fooled that easily tbh (￣∇￣)

I tried refreshing tumblr but it doesn’t seem to work- I sent out emails to support staff and I’m waiting for their reply, I’ve even tried reuploading by deleting the whole fic and then trying again, first it was the links and then it was this. Not to mention I had other weird accounts and harassing messages (and sometimes really kind messages sent to me Ty for those) And other tumblr users are having issues are having issues as well? The only blog I interact with is Zari’s through my moots account (including other accs of my followers as well - but it’s mostly reblogging stuff) and I think she had issues with posting her things too… I will be on tumblr, yeah but I’ll probably be posting more of my things on ao3. On the positive side of things, I can get more solo fics out for characters… hcs is something I write when I get lazy or get guilt tripped into not posting enough. And with ao3 there’s more quality control? Like you get really good quality content on ao3, ofc other authors here are great as well- but the real stuff is on ao3. I don’t read ff here anyway and I’ve nearly stopped reading on ao3 as well, but not completely cause there are some amazing content creators there as well- but tumblr is also getting really annoying cause the algorithms been built in such a way where smut is given more pref than the actual writing (like I get it erotica- fun stuff is fun stuff) but at the same time my writings are more of 90% leaning more towards the plot and 10% leaning towards smut - cause my plot writing is heavy and the smut… well passable. (Haven’t gotten into more serious things so far) and that’s why I think I should move to ao3.

I’ll keep this account running ofc so that I can have better interaction with my anons, but posting wise- it’s getting really sloppy for me here. Not to mention I get followed by…. nude accounts here (literally got one rn on @isagiusagi - my side account). All the time. Ao3? I don’t think that’s gonna be a problem. Ik I sound over dramatic and everything but this is a plot I’ve been working on for 3 months and it’s 7.3k words. Smut part that I had to slog over and the cry over some of the dialogues. Not to mention that on ao3 the maturity labels are more easier to set. On tumblr, the moment I put a maturity label, my work won’t show up on the main tag until I take it off only for it to get flagged down again - yeah tumblr sucks cause of that. Followers and likes never really mattered to me (cause I’m posting for myself and wanna get an opinion out there too regarding characters) and it’s actually nice to see people interacting abt my work with me here and I’ll to keep that going in future as well. As of now, I’ll post more on ao3 since my fics are longer, with more content cause I just think my writing is built for that platform- not to mention the yandere content that going on there
