other things about the flag: conflicting and opposite colors connect to our conflicting identity. black and white for bad apple by nomico. colors picked from cybergoth pictures. the middle top picture is 8485, one of our favourite artists. pink, blue and purple relates to our gender and sexuality. the fact that the colors blend together yet are conflicting, relates to the fact that we switch so often, with a lot of us having overt personalities. the bottom middle picture is of two characters from chobits, but its the same person, representing our individual identities, but we are still one. (also chii is an introject in our system)! The colors in our system flag are also like a galaxy put together, relating back to being star seers. The name of our system is from the love nikki dress up queen suit, the star seer. And its the fact that we're diviners specializing in astrology (mostly). This is for fun, please make your own! <3

I'm thinking about this post where everyone in the notes painfully has symptoms of a dissociative disorder and I just want to @ all of them fbxbcbcbcn

So, if you do experience any of these symptoms please research into DID and OSDD or dissociative disorders in general. There's good videos on youtube about it.

If you have childhood trauma but barely remember any of it. Any childhood C-PTSD, etc.

If you have noticed yourself feeling numb or apathetic, as if you have no emotions

If you do things or feel the urge to do things outside of your control

You don't remember big chunks of your childhood or difficult spaces in your life

If you've "lost time", like ending up one place or "woken up" in different clothes or easily losing things you remember putting down at a certain place

You struggle to control your emotions, sometimes they're really strong then later you've stopped feeling the same and you don't remember when you stopped

You experience feeling not like yourself, look in the mirror and don't recognize yourself, things don't feel real around you (depersonalization/derealization)

You have a million different opinions and you experience conflicting thoughts. Bonus if you feel constant regret.

You have many different personas, names and/or aesthetics

There's plenty more symptoms, such as experiencing catatonia/paralysis or jolting/blinking/tics randomly. Going back on what you said before, having different accents for literally no reason, etc.

but here's some stuff. Please look into dissociative disorders (and no, it's not disassociative), and remember that it's not MPD and saying so is pretty offensive.

Good luck and stay safe. Especially if you're still in a traumatic/abusive space. Your safety is more important than an official diagnosis. But if you are safe, and do have a therapist, please talk to them about it!
