I gave the Enderstones to The Emperor btw if anyone was curious as to my end game choices. This Tav didn't take a single tadpole the ENTIRE GAME so suddenly choosing to become an ilithid at the end seemed OOC for her (also Karlach was almost sobbing asking me to let her do it instead because she didn't want that to happen to me but that's neither here not there.)

And I didn't get a screenshot of it because I was LOCKED. IN.regarding the story and drama. But The Emperor smiling and saying "Thank you" had me like "YES THIS WAS THE RIGHT CHOICE AAAAAH"

Also it took me way too long in the game to be able to notice how his expression changes when he smiles but I got there in the end lol

Edit: also not getting an achievement for not taking a single tadpole seems like a bit of an oversight :/

I know the fandom collectively just, thinks Azriel is the kinkiest person out there and that his shadows would be involved in any smut scene, with soft BDSM vibes (because honestly, binding someone's wrists is not that kinky guys but that's a different conversation) but . . . have we ever thought that given what role Azriel has been forced into by those shadows, by Rhysand's father, and by Rhysand himself, Azriel might prefer softness? Something simple and elegant and connection rather than just filthy sex? Canon is that he's taken plenty of lovers, women he doesn't care about any farther than a night of pleasure. Would it not make sense that for the woman he ends up loving, he prefers a more grounding, sensual connection based in raw emotion rather than mindless, brutal fucking? Idk. I personally like him with Gwyn, but both Gwyn and Elain are described as very soft women. I don't think it's some "oopsie" that he's in this triangle between two very soft women. I also think it's part of the SJM problem of taking men with terribly tragic pasts and just thinking lots of sex will magically heal them.
