With Reiki Master Niina Strobel from @soulspiritspa (Soul & Spirit Spa) after completing the Reiki Level 1 Course at her beautiful house that has a lovely dog. . Today is the day when I finish the 21 Days Cleansing Process. I feel that I become a calmer person with a healthy mind inside. . Reiki on my drinking water refreshes my body. I don't need coffee or any colorful drinks anymore. Just water and herb drinks or Jamu without sugar are enough for me. I feel healthier and have more energy now. . Reiki also shows me how to "put the glass down instead of holding it". I have more confidence to let go of things, feelings and people who don't deserve my space and my heart. My life is simple now. . Reiki helps me to release all the blockages, injuries and pains in my own mind and body, and in my yoga clients' mind and body. Reiki really gives the chance for the people to really feel the meaning of healthy and free life. . Reiki gives the chances for my hands to share kindness to some animals. The love of Reiki is universal. . Reiki makes me aware that some great energy work closely with me. I am more aware now that the Universal God exists. How wonderful my life is today. . Have you ever wanted something so bad, that it hurts your heart? Have you felt sick looking at others happiness? Have you ever felt like given up?

The answer to all of these is I have and I do, on a daily basis. The struggles you face when all you want is your own happiness, your own family, the missing piece of everything that could potentially complete the person who you already are.

For months I have told myself, my fiancè, along with our family that I was content with just a puppy and that I didn’t want to have baby just yet. Truth be told I was hiding the pain of watching others be able to hold, cherish, love their small bundle of joy.

Is it to much to ask for my own little bundle of joy? Is it to much for my own happiness? Is it to much to have my own little family?

For once, I just wish I could have my own happiness, my own little family, my own bundle of joy. But, until then I shall be happy with what life had blessed me with thus far.
