I Found $140 sneakers from Europe! & I am #obsessed COOL INFORMATION from Their Site! : Why Satorisan? A #SeabirdSaturday / #SeabirderSaturday that’s a little different…perusing the @pawsplett Charity Shop (as one does after just moving house), I decided to look into their books section (as a minimalist, something I RARELY do, especially in this age of most anything being available digitally). And boy, was I rewarded! How on earth I came across copies of popular ornithological books signed by THE Ralph W. Dyson Cyclone V10 Total Clean + Cordfree Stick Vaccuum: $25.99 $19.49

It’s been a while, hasn’t it? I am still occasionally going thrift adventures but due to work, I haven’t been going as much. Plus, you know. There’s a pandemic going on. Today was a rainy day and I was ready to just hunker down but something in me said, let’s go out. So I packed up Mama Thrift Treasures and myself up and started hitting up the usual places.

We have been good lately, we haven’t been buying much. We have resisted a lot of things.

I was looking at the kitchen items when I noticed the associate was putting out vacuum cleaners....My eyes locked on the Dyson. Is it the same one we have at home? YES. Another person was in the vicinity and I was worried he would snatch it up. Nope. He walked passed it. I immediately grabbed the vacuum cleaner and bee-lined to Mama Thrift Treasures...omg. It’s only $25.99? I was going to plug it in to see if it charged...but my finger was on the trigger and it started up. It works. Okay. Okay. I flipped it over...pulled the trigger again...the vacuum head works. OKAY.

I was ready to just bounce. I have found the best item, besides the Balenciaga Classic City I bought years ago. This find is for the books.

Now we have a vacuum cleaner for both floor. We are set.

Longaberger Baskets Purse: $1.99 $1.49

What a delightful find! My boyfriend is going to tease me when I sport this bag but it is such a cutie. At first I thought it was a miniature picnic basket for a miniature tea set. Then I noticed the actual slots and zippered pocket.

Summer dress and this purse? Yes, please! Summer dress and this purse to sit in your yard because of a pandemic? WHY NOT?!

I also love how the bag has the initials of the person that handwove it! Not to mention, it is dated too! So yes, this is an actual vintage piece! It’s weird to say an item from 1999 is vintage.

Gryffindor Adult Robe: $6.99

Guys. This weekend has been a trippp. I ran some errands today and stopped by a few Goodwill stores. Nothing special popped up. But I did see a nice Slytherine t-shirt at one store. I was tempted to purchase it but I didn’t feel I would fit in the Slytherine house. I feel I am more a Hufflepuff or Ravenclaff...but when I saw this robe at Goodwill.. I was like...okay. the sorting hat has revealed to me that I am a Gryffindor.

No joke, I think I will just wear this around the house when I am feeling down.

This baby retails for $114.95 at Universal Studios...and to the person that donated this..THANK YOU! I will cherish it! I can’t believe I found it at the thrift store. PLUS, it is an extra small! PERFECTION!

Coach Legacy Penny Pocket Purse: $50.05 $37.53

It was hard to pass this up the other day when I found it at Goodwill. I knew I should have probably passed on this but this bag was in such great condition that I just couldn’t not bring it home with me.

I knew I already had one at home but it turns out this is 3 years older!

This makes sense because the strap is not adjustable like the newer one. 

This also just shows that I have a soft spot for the classic Coach bag. There’s so much history to it. It is chic, sturdy, and rugged tooooo.

While doing errands with the family today, we stopped by the thrift store. I lucked out and found these gems!

The Annie vinyl was such a fluke. I am sad that my dad misplaced his record player but I’ve put in a request for one if he happens upon one when he stops by estate sales. I already told him I want a REAL simple one. I am excited to be able to play my records. Is it bad that I want to start a collection? I think I may need to invest in one of these Really Useful Boxes Large vs Small. 

The Jack Spade backpack was a no brainer. That beast retails for $298. I personally like its clean look. It’s funny. I was just thinking, “I would like to date or know the person that purchased this backpack.”

I also was drawn to the Timbuk2 messenger bag. I think it must retail $120 and upwards and I freaking got it for only $2.52. I giggled when I read the tag, “I wish I was a little bit taller.” Me too, bag. Me too.
