She knew it would be best to leave her manager alone. Even if they were doubtlessly awake, they were likely busy, if not resting. The day might have been routine, true, but it'd still been a tiring one.

…And yet, it was Don Quixote who remained restless. She ill looked forward to retiring for the day when she knew well that it would be a night where she'd be forced to watch the blood of her kin pour from the walls && ceiling of her room as Father's laughter rang endlessly.

Besides. Dante was bound to get lonely as well, no ? There shouldn't be any reason for them to deny her company, if only for a bit.

A thought most convincing. Taking a brief moment to ensure naught but zeal remained upon her face, she smiled wide && kicked the door open with as much strength as she could without risking its breakage.

" Manager Esquire !!! "

The third Sinner shouted in gleeful greeting, her eyes sparkling as she cheerfully marched into the room, stopping only once she was in front of them.

" Ahah ! So 'tis indeed where thou hast vanished off to ! " She chuckled && bumped the end of her lance onto the floor, adding another dent to the litter of similar marks spread across the floor, " Forsooth ! Today's battle hast been most thrilling, Manager Esquire ! Thy commands rang true and just, why, 'tis occasion— "

Her voice briefly faltered as she caught flash of familiar purple frills && decor from Dante's desk, her eyes quickly averting && yet her grin remained unfaltering, well practiced.

" Ahaha… Prithee, were thoust in midst of thine duties ? "

I started braiding split reeds and grass from day one at the rental and added to it over the first week until it spanned half the deck (... 20-30 feet?) Eventually picked up a needle from the local yarn store and was able to sew it together using split cattail leaves.

I adore how incredibly light it is and the fact that I didn't "cheat" and use thread (which I certainly had on hand). This is very much what I wanted to do on the trip, and something I've wanted to try for quite some time. Success!

I work at a restaurant and nothing will ever beat the time this woman threw an absolute hissy fit at brunch because we ran out of home fries and all we had were french fries, she yelled at me, she demanded to speak to my manager, and when she’s in the middle of complaining, my manager just stopped her and went “hey do you want a hug?” and this woman went “what?” and my manager was like “you just seem super upset about the shape of these potatoes and I thought maybe you needed a hug” fucking hysterical, I got to watch a human blue screen in real life, absolutely the best way to shame someone for their nonsense I’ve ever seen
