a/n: i thought of this the other night when i couldn't sleep, and it made me laugh, so here we are. this is platonic but let me know if you want to read some coworkers to lovers content because i love a good fanfic trope <3 pics not mine :-)

but in a sweet/goofy way

when he realizes he likes your presence/vibe, he shows his interest in befriending you by teasing you

like he'll just walk by your desk and casually roast you

"i saw you go for the light roast coffee this morning. what were you doing, staying up late taking online quizzes?"

and you're just sitting there, holding your cup of coffee, looking at him like 1) mind your business <3 2) yes i was up late taking quizzes, what about it?

he will ask you which quizzes you took so he can take them too because he doesn't want to fill out the spreadsheet he has to submit by the end of the day

after he does his drive-by teasing for a while, you start doing it too. and jeongin is eating it up!!!!

this goes on for a couple weeks until, one day, you happen to take your lunches at the same time

he saunters on over and greets you with teasing comment and a sly grin

somehow he's charming enough to convince you to offer him the seat across from you

and, because weeks of jokes broke the ice, you're talking with each other as though you already were acquaintances

y'all start eating lunch together almost every day

it's no big affair, but you just find your lunch break to be way more enjoyable spent in each other's company

after you get to know each other more, you start this lil tradition of bringing snacks to share during your meals

every friday is special snack day and sometimes there's a theme you two use and other times it's a surprise

but it's always a good time! even if the snacks are bad because your reactions to the bad snacks make jeongin laugh and imitate you which makes you laugh

alongside snacks, you two always always always share workplace gossip

somehow jeongin knows the tea on absolutely everybody

whenever you ask how he knows, he just shrugs and says "people tell me things"

you won't question it because you live for the insider information

there will definitely be lunches when you're just sitting across from each other doing your own thing

if jeongin is on his phone watching tiktoks, he won't show you anything because he wants to send them to you while you're working to distract you <3

if he's bored during the workday, he'll walk over to your desk to ask you for stuff

paperclips? he just so happens to desperately need one at 10:17 am. gum? he's got a real craving for it at 2:02 pm. a blue ink gel pen? that's right! if he doesn't get his hands on one of those by 4:46 pm he is going to lose. his. mind.

every time you're like ... jeongin you're not sly. and he's like ??? um what are you talking about? i am simply an employee asking my coworker for basic office supplies. and you're like are you sure you're not just doing this to talk to me?

he smiles and says no <3

he's actually the king of distractions yet he always completes his work on time??

he's not rude though. if you have a lot of work, he leaves you alone so you can focus

on particularly stressful days, he'll come check on you by saying "you look like death" and shit like that and maybe give you encouraging messages if he's in the right mood

if either of you have finished a big project or have to suffer through a long meeting/training session, he will show up with drinks from your favorite nearby coffee shop

you thank him and he says he only did it so you don't fall asleep and snore at your desk because that would be embarrassing. he also claims you owe him $50 for his services

if you have to stay late and do some overtime, he'll walk you to your car/bus stop/etc

he explains that "if you go missing i'll have no one to talk to except our HR rep pete" is his reason for walking you there and waves goodbye once you're safely on your way home

he's also glued to you during any company party/event

because it's so fun to hang out with you for more than a few minutes at a time!!

and you two can whisper comments and jokes to each other about your coworkers' behavior without risking anyone overhearing it

plus, if the event is no fun, you'll go off and do your own thing

whether that's sitting at one of your desks and watching netflix

or going to the back corner of the event venue to play some stupid game like paper football or cootie catchers

while stealing as many free drinks/snacks as possible because it is a company event after all and jeongin is a firm believer in getting your money's worth

you never thought you'd look forward to work parties but with jeongin around you know you're set for a good time

after a while, everyone in the office just associates you two with each other because whenever they look up you two are joking around, hanging out, or laughing at messages you send each other while you sit at your own desks. it's iconic and all your coworkers are jealous <3

jeongin will really just tease and bug you on the regular but little do you know that on his worst days, even the ones when he is millimeters away from quitting, knowing he can see you 5 days a week is enough for him to stay :,-)

How long have you been creating works in fandom spaces? How long have you been active in the SM fandom?

Oh gosh. I've been writing fanfic since 1999, so 23 years? And been active on and off in the SM fandom for that entire time.

What type(s) of creative works do you usually make? (fanfics, digital art, cosplay)

I usually write fanfic and make cosplay, although I'm trying to learn digital art!

What do you enjoy about creating for the SM fandom?

UsaMamo was my very first OTP. It's like the comfort food of fandoms

Are you strictly UsaMamo or do you create for other pairings as well?

In Sailor Moon, just UsaMamo! But outside SM I write a lot of different ones for Marvel - mostly Peggy Carter/Steve Rogers and Thor/Sif. There's also an entire expanded universe called Family Assembled that my best friend and I have been working on for almost a decade now, and it contains a TON of Marvel pairings along with some OC pairings that I'm really fond of.

I've also been in Star Wars for as long as I've been in Sailor Moon, and create stories for Luke Skywalker/Mara Jade and Anakin/Padme.

What inspires you to create works for Usagi and Mamoru?

As a person with ADHD, I really, really relate to Usagi and how she messes up a lot, but loves all her friends so much, and I love how much he believes in her. It can be hard, when you're the person who is always messing up, to find that kind of support.

Do you tend to work on multiple projects (WIPs) simultaneously or try to finish one at a time?

Oh I'm an ADHD disaster so I have like ten documents going at all times. I wrote like 30% of eight UsaMamo fics last year that are just sitting in my drive. There are some docs with only one or two sentences. I'm a menace.

Do you prefer large projects (chaptered fics, webtoons/zines, highly detailed art) or small projects (one-shots or simple art)?

I LIKE large projects, I am abysmal at finishing them. That's why I only have two current Sailor Moon fics - those are the ones I was able to finish and polish. I don't like posting things before they're finished, so one shots tend to make it out more often, but I have a ton of IDEAS for chaptered fics.

Are there any common themes, situations, tropes, or mediums in your work?

It's not terribly evident in my current published Sailor Moon works, but I tend to write situations where Usagi's family finds out she is Sailor Moon a whole lot? Those are the chaptered ones that never see the light of day because I can't figure out how they should go, but they always have her two worlds colliding. There's probably something in there my therapist would have a field day with.

I also just adore Chibiusa to pieces, so she makes it into a lot of my fics.

Is there anything you haven’t explored artistically and would like to try?

Hmmm, as I said earlier, I'm trying to learn how to do digital art. I'd really like to get passably decent at that, because I feel like some of the ~dramatic~ situations in my head would be better served through art than words.

Oh! Re: cosplay, I'd love to do an armor build of some kind. Most of my cosplays are gowns or dresses (I did Princess Serenity last year!) and I'd like to try my hand at maybe Commander Shepard from Mass Effect or Lady Sif from Thor: The Dark World.

Its been a while since I made a FanFic about Wenclair. I feel bad. I should probably do it.

Summary: Enid plays a full volume TikTok when Wednesday is trying to continue with her daily novel.

Enid was in her side of the room on her bed. She was logging into TikTok and played a full volume one. "Yeah." Enid said smiling. "Turn that off Enid. I'm busy with my novel!" Wednesday said as Enid just ignored her saying and was just like.

"Just ignore it." Enid said as she took out her claws. As man, "Enid put your claws away. Or I'll cut them off." Wednesday threatened Enid but Enid was just smiling at that and hugged Wednesday. "Sorry Wednesday I ju-" Enid was interrupted by Wednesday placing her black colord nail there, on her side. "You were just what Enid? Tell me!" Wednesday said with a menacing look and tone. which made Enid nervous. "Wednesday. Please I'm ticklish!" Enid said with her face looking sad and nervous, "Oh I know that Enid. Which is why I'm gonna start tickling you now." Wednesday said and dug her finger into Enids rib and made her jump and squeal.

Tell me about your strong opinions

-teenagers need support and restrictions when navigating the internet, but they also need to have unmonitored spaces where they can express themselves without fear of their parents seeing, especially queer teens

-tiktok authors are a menace to society. I am mostly joking about that, but also it pisses me off to no end. What really should have been a questionable kinky fanfic is now being published and is seemingly the only thing on booktok. People are connecting their real names + faces onto poorly written books entirely based on tropes and they are ALL just 'oh this bad boy is really bad but also he likes you but also you don't have a choice in this romance. Also there's only one bed. This is Art and to say otherwise is snobbery'. Erotica has its place in published fiction but oh my god not like this please stop

-during the 2 months where I watched the entirety of supernatural I became so unwell that I had to get an emergency appointment at the hospital because they thought I might have a tumour. I am 100% sure the two were connected. This isn't an opinion, but I'll allow you to draw your own connections

-attack on titan isn't fascist. It does, however, have complicated themes & depicts military states and segregation. Neo nazis don't have good media literacy & just choose to ignore everything that very explicitly says that imperialism, racism, war etc are Bad and Wrong. Aot doesn't have an easy moral and there are definitely different valid readings of the end. I will not argue against a Jew who is uncomfortable with s4 and doesn't want to watch it. However, to call aot irredeemable also shows a startling lack of media literacy and implicitly accepts the far right interpretation as the correct one

-historians and academics need to keep using the term Anglo Saxon as a neutral historical descriptor because the moment they stop they give the term to the far right forever

-everyone who has ever commented 'women ☕' is going straight to non-denominational hell. They are deeply misogynistic and will take any socially acceptable path to express it. It genuinely terrifies me to think how quick some people are to express a real hatred and inability to emphasize with women and how they can hid that behind 'its just a meme'

-i have many many strong feelings about how shittily cyclists are treated but that is probably for another time. What I will say is that the times I've been the most scared for my physical safety have been when drivers let their impatience and road rage literally nearly kill me

1: What inspired you to write the fic this way?

I saw a TikTok about Steve getting Vecna’d and his song being Everybody Wants to Rule the World by Tears For Fears > I started thinking about Vecna songs > what the fuck would Robin’s be? > oh Robin would be such a good candidate to be Vecna’d actually > looking for Robin gets Vecna’d fics and not finding many > “fine I’ll do it myself” > spontaneously writing my first fanfic fucking ever and proceeding to dive face first into the worst case of brainrot I’ve ever had to date. “Robbie—“ she whined, cutting herself off. She seemed to be struggling for words.

“‘Crush On You’ by The Jets? ‘Lay All Your Love On Me’ by ABBA? ‘True Blue’ by Madonna?” she listed, wiggling her eyebrows. Nancy dissolved into a flustered mess.

“It really seems like you’re trying to say something, princess.”

She was so certain of it, Robin realized. Their shared moments over the past few days played over and over in her mind, and she came to a pair of conclusions.

She liked Nancy Wheeler. And Nancy Wheeler liked her back.

“Robbie, I’m going to kill you,” Nancy groaned, shoving the other girl away.

Robin smirked, flopping back on the bed.

“I was hoping for another k word,” she teased.

6: What makes this fic special or different from all your other fics?

Well for one, this is legitimately the first fic I’ve ever written. I spontaneously hopped on the fic writing train late late late July this year with this fic, and it’s still ongoing. I think it’s messy and the pacing is weird and it’s unbeta’d but it’s kind of charming like that I guess, and I like to think you can kind of see how I fell into the characters and developed my writing style as the story goes on? Idk, it has the same energy as ugly-cute animals, like pugs.

But in all seriousness, like I said, I think you can track my development as a fic writer over the past several months, and I really enjoy the dynamic between Robin and Nancy through this whole thing. I also think my music choices are very Big Brain and Correct.

13: What music did you listen to, if any, to get in the mood for writing this story? Or if you didn’t listen to anything, what do you think readers should listen to to accompany us while reading?

I have an unofficial fic playlist that I used just for writing vibes, as well as the mixtape Nancy made for Robin in one of the later chapters! Basically a lot of 80’s music and Maya Hawke with a couple other songs sprinkled in because they were favorites at the time or just the vibes were fitting. Specific shoutout to “Smalltown Boy” by Bronski Beat as Robin’s Vecna song, and “Seventeen” by Janis Ian being runner up. I did a bit of research in queer music artists of the 80’s because it was important to me that, whether or not she knew it, Robin’s Vecna song was by a queer person/band! Also special shoutouts to this playlist and this playlist, which are just favorite songs and work really well for me to write to. (I have the best music taste, actually, btw, and I don’t have an ego about it—)

Durarara characters having tiktoks is the current thought of the day.

Masaomi has a tiktok for sure, boy would rope his friends into doing trends with him. Mikado would have one but I doubt he posts much. Anri probably cameo’s in tiktoks but probably not intentionally. The orihara twins have a tiktok and they are a menace, nough said.

Van gang! They all have tiktoks—Erika probably has one and makes stuff with Walker. Probably a lot of like skits and trends and various projects of cosplays she’s working on? Talks about fanfic stuff and I think she’s very popular and funny. Walker in his own right is very funny and quirky that he has a following. He also has his own projects he can share. Saburo likes looking at tiktoks with Kyohei but I imagine neither post much if any because they are just supportive of their friends. Chikage makes tiktoks with his honeys and leaves comments on lots of tiktoks. He too is a menace.

Shizuo can’t be bothered but his brother has a tiktok for work, and he tried to follow just to keep tabs but there’s enough on tiktok that just is overwhelming and aggravating that he doesn’t like being assaulted with it all and can’t be bothered. He’ll look at tiktoks that Tom shows him though. He likes animals and any cool karate videos.

Celty has a TikTok, and doesn’t post but comments on things or likes trends. Shares them with Shinra, sends them to him or sits on the couch and they share each other tiktoks they found back and forth. They agree that if she had posted videos of herself she might be popular…but Shinra doesn’t want to share.

There’s a hashtag for the black rider when people take videos and share them. Various color gang tiktoks, and dollars tags. There’s also someone who runs a ‘Heiwajima_Watch’ tiktok that keeps tabs on him but no one knows who it is. Everyone’s pretty much sure though they’re either some dumb kid… or Izaya.

Tsukumoya is also on tiktok. They don’t post very often but when they do it’s usually something cryptic and intriguing so they have a cult following trying to figure out if this is some sort of ARG or just a troll.

Russia Sushi has a tiktok and its all unhinged ads— masaomi told Simon about tiktok and the FYP had not known peace since.

“The stars are beautiful tonight aren’t they doll?” his soft voiced purred softly, words rolling off his tongue, dripping like honey. His calloused fingers wrapped gingerly around the female’s hand, thumb caressing the delicate skin. It was rare to see pure serenity washed over his features – a soft smile was a favorable replacement for that menacing frown he usually had. His beautiful eyes that were illuminated by the moonlight that basked the silenced city, watched with intent at the sparkling wonders that adorned the night sky. “Well, not as beautiful as you sadly.” He added with a flirtatious intent, turning his gaze so his eyes could meet her own ones. He hummed in amusement as he watched the rosy tint spread across her lively cheeks, magnifying the innocent beauty she truly was. Shifting his figure towards her own, he raised her hand towards his lips, pressing a warm, gentle kiss on the flawless skin.

“You really do know how to make a woman swoon over you.” She chuckled as she felt the skin of his lips against the back of her hand. Despite the palpable romance and adoration that hung between them, she knew it was nothing more than a simple façade. The mask of indifference lies beneath the flowery words of compassion that roll of his tongue so easily – serenading and charming any women or men who seem to fallen for his charismatic charms.

However, she was different. She still remembered the very first time he laid his eyes on her at the bar, making his way over to her drunkenly before attempting to flirt as his speech slurred every other sentence. Feeling sorry for the man for his futile attempt, she written down her number and placed it in the inner pockets of his expensive suit before leaving the place -explaining all that had transpired in the bar. The apologetic call she received the morning after was the beginning of many dates and endless courting before he got down on one knee and promised her a together after.

But soon she realized all of his antics and sweet words were nothing more than a mere bluff. She could never forget the night she came home earlier from a business trip to surprise him, only to find his infidelity with another woman – far prettier, blond and softer than she was. Despite the love she had spilled glasses over for him, all he could ever return her was his unfaithfulness and her broken, unamendable heart.

“Come my love.” He cooed, honey-like voice cutting through the thoughts that ran through her erratic mind. She knew what was about to transpire at this moment – she had searched up all of the fates of his previous lovers and here she was, being the next one. All those he wished to dispose of, he shall do so at the top of the cliffside that overlooked the beautiful city landscaped that came to life during the night. No one would ever suspect any foul play when a woman falls to her death as the theatrical act of a despaired lover, he played could throw them off so well. She complied of course, holding his hand gently as he pulled her towards the edge of the cliff where soon she would meet her inevitable end.

As they reached the edge, his strong arms wrapped his arms around her waist, pulling her close as his lips met against hers in a passionate kiss. She returned it with equal fervor and aggression, hands resting on the side of his jaw and neck as her fingers scratched the hair that she could reach. Whispers of 'I love you' and affectionate profanities slipped at any second their lips managed to part away. The kiss was heated, desperate – like they were clawing through the flames of ignited passion, trying to reach for the escape before it burns them alive.

The demons of regret clawed their way through his existence ever since he engaged in lustful acts with another woman. He had never felt such sorrow in his life after years of toying and stringing the heart and souls of women, only to dispose of them once he had his fair share. But she was different. From the way she speaks to the manner she walked. How her eyebrows furrowed in concentration as she tried to complete a task to the way her kisses made him feel different anytime they shared one.

He pulled away shortly after, resting his forehead against hers as he stared into her beautiful eyes. Eyes that were filled with dreaded hope and compassion for a criminal such as he. His hand that rested on her waist trailed up to capture the lotus pendant that rests snugly against her collarbones – a gifted he had presented to her alongside the engagement ring that wrapped around her delicate finger. He wanted to hold onto her, till the end of time if fate ever permitted – if she ever permitted.

“In loving memory of my wife.” He started before finally, he shoved her off the cliff watching how beautiful she looked as she leaned back to allow her inevitable end. She smiled softly, grabbing onto his wrist at the last second as she pulled him along with her. She wasn’t going to let him go for another woman – never again. “And my husband.”

Their arms entangled with each other; their lips met in a final kiss as they both fell down the cliff in each other’s arms to spend the rest of their afterlife for all of eternity. Their body was found the morning after, entangled with one another in a deformed, tattered embrace. The story of their love and tragic death spread pass the many seas, becoming a folklore as the two lovers who will never allow fate to separate them even in death.

Summary: Ever since Dick had been eight years old, Bruce had relentlessly been warned and teased with the upcoming horrors of raising a teenager. He had heard it all, the mood swings, the sudden interest in romantic relationships, the rebellion and he'd spent the last of his preteens warily awaiting the dreaded teen years.

No one had told him that part of raising a teenager was having to cope with Tiktok.

Or Dick gets Tiktok. He's obsessed. Alfred is exasperated. Bruce is confused and a little worried for Dick's sanity

My opinion: This one is truly fun. Is just Dick being a normal teen doing silly stuff. It has Bruce Wayne being a good but also confused dad, Dick being a menace and Alfred being done. It also has a small scene with Wally and Dick being goofy teens together. It contains one angsty scene but other than that it’s pure humor. Again, it’s port of the Dick Grayson is baby series (they fics aren’t related so don’t worry, you don’t HAVE to read the other one) which is one of my favorite series so I highly recommend giving the other fanfics of the same author a shot.
