If you find that I have added a filter for your content to my mod and you do not wish to allow simmers who download your content to be able to filter your content under your creator name while using my mod, you are welcomed to request that I strike your filter from the mod and it will be removed in the following update.

We are now in the post-release phase of this project, which means new filters will be added in "feature updates". HOWEVER, if there is a 9-digit "ID" assigned to a creator filter in my glorious spreadsheet, it can be added to content ahead of the next "feature update".

I will try to provide JSON files for all "PENDING" filters ahead of "feature updates". If I do, they will be available on the Patreon post and any mirrors that permit me to share JSON files.

As always, you are welcome to request any name added to the list, but you are also welcome to request a 9-digit "ID" if one has not been assigned yet, and also request a JSON.

Simmers can also request personalized "IDs" for personal use, similar to how I made one for "my anonymous friend".

Tumblr appears to have a limit for how many users I can @ in a post, but I would like to @ everyone on Tumblr when I create filters for them, as a way to notify you about what I'm doing and so simmers who see this post can find you easily.

I might come off as an egomaniacal arsehole at times (always for good reason), but it's because I care about our community.

I opted to not re-blog the Tumblr OP linked above because it is subject to lots of changes and Tumblr doesn't update the "preview" of re-blogged posts, HOWEVER, you're more than welcomed to re-blog the Tumblr OP and/or this post.

🌸 A UNIQUE 9-DIGIT "ID" FOR EVERYONE:

The 9-digit numbers following your name are to be used in the "TagValueNumber" field for the "SpecialContent" TAG.

Each 9-digit "ID" is unique to the creator it was made for - it is based on your creator name. I made them using a slightly convoluted system I devised in order to ensure that every "ID" is unique and that the filter list in CAS maintains some semblance of alphabetical order. These "numbers"IDs" can potentially be used for other things, but we'll get to that later.

🎓 HOW IT DO, PIKACHU:

If you're well-versed in creating or modifying CAS content, all you need to do is add a new TAG to your swatches - you can do just the first swatch, but you should do all swatches - and change the "CategoryNumber" to "127" (without the quotes), and change the "TagValueNumber" to the desired 9-digit "ID".

For everyone else who is new to this, there are detailed instructions in the form of easy to follow screenshots attached to the Tumblr OP and the Patreon OP, with further text-based instructions in the Patreon OP.

Individual JSON files for Sims 4 Studio for each filter TAG are also available, to make the process of adding these TAGS easier.

Did you see that latest Timms thing? He thought he was getting sued for sharing the files, but it was actually the constant mesh theft allegations that were getting into “defamation and slander” territory. The site that he claims was stolen from didn’t want anything to do with him or his case so he probably would have lost in court.

The thing is, I still don't believe anything he says 💀

but if we're assuming this is legit, it's actually very hard to win defamation cases, because it's on the person suing to prove not only a) the defamation occurred but b) the claims were false and c) the exact damages that occurred to their client's (cowbuild's) reputation. It wouldn't be on Timm to prove that he was innocent aka that his claims were true afaik. I think it also depends on if cowbuild is considered a public figure or not, which would make it much harder for her to win such a case. This is also not addressing the "associated law firm in the US" part which sounds fishy to me too. The entire C&D is extremely messy and unprofessional imo. We've already had creators fake them before, so I wouldn't be surprised if it happened again. If it isn't fake, I wouldn't want this person representing me lol. I'm not a lawyer though, so take my opinion with a grain of salt.

If Timm was scared though, I don't blame him for turning tail and retracting whatever statements he had he felt were false; what I do blame him for is suddenly acting like Cowbuild had never done anything wrong and everything was cool now. That was completely busted and he knows it, but he totally ignored it and only mentioned the lawsuit. Once again, the aim was to defend himself, not acknowledge the people he hurt with his words.

"Some things were said that I could not process." That's the only response to him excusing her doxxing, harassment, transphobia and homophobia that we get. It was too difficult for his ego to process, so he's just going to ignore it. It's not for him to process "someone else's pain", but you know what would've helped? Maybe, I don't know, an apology? Saying, "hey, this really scared me so I acted impulsively to appease her, but I'm not okay with [xyz issue] and I'm sorry"? He's basically admitting he was scared of her and that's why he backed off in these screenshots, so why not go ahead and apologize? Well, we know why. Cos it ain't the priority.

Destiny blessed y'all with the momentum giver that was the EA Policy Debacle, only for it to be completely fucked up by white saviors yelling over all the people that actually started this anti-paywall movement. these martyrs were either kicked from DHM or stole from it, claiming their work as entirely their own and silencing POC every step of the way. and some of y'all just ate that shit up, because you could excuse racism but not sims cc behind a paywall. we were the ones "dividing the movement" and not supporting them enough, we were the bad ones that needed to shut up about politics and "the past". Come to find out, guess what? they couldn't give two fucks about any of you or the community as a whole. It wasn't about the doxxing, or the bullying, the racism or the transphobia. it was about attention for them. And when they can't get that attention (Mack) or if it's satisfied enough by even their so-called enemies (Timm), they dip or back down. The rest of it isn't important. So my advice is this: no matter what side of the aisle they're on, watch who you idolize. Watch who you give your personal information. Put no one on a pedestal. And for god's sake... please remember we can care about multiple issues at once. Because I'm not going to trust a racist to speak out about harassment, or a former paywaller to denounce paywalling. Their past tells a lot about their character, and character has quite a lot of influence on their judgement and motivation in general. Try to remember that.

It's no wonder at all to me that him and Mack were hand-in-hand, they have the exact same vibes: both people looking for attention and martyrdom. And as a former paywaller himself, it's no surprise at all to me that he was able to mend things with cowbuild, if this is even a real exchange.
