Gotham City Sirens returns this August from DC, but this time it has a Wild Wild Twist!

In the new story, Harley, Ivy, and Catwoman are going on a Western themed adventure out by Gotham’s county line, facing off against the likes of Punchline, and a quartet of mysterious new villains called the Nasty Boys, a “cowboy-henchmen sensation soon to be sweeping the nation,” according to DC’s news release. Or, as Williams puts it, “ominously horny half-naked cowboys with automatic assault weapons.”

"Dark Knights of Steel: Allwinter #1" Gets Release Date

Fans of DC Comics' Elseworld's series Dark Knights of Steel won't have to wait long to get their hands on the first issue of the sequel series. Dark Knights of Steel: Allwinter #1 (of 6) will go on sale on July 17, 2024. The issue features a main cover by Tirso and variant covers by Gerardo Zaffino, Homare, and Francesco Mattina.

Writer Jay Kristoff and artist Tirso's Dark Knights of Steel: Allwinter follows Deathstroke, a mercenary in a "nation of ever-warring jarls. But when our murderer for hire finds himself cast in the role of reluctant guardian, will he fight to end the icy curse destroying his land or be consumed by the sins of his own dark past?" (DC Comics)

Tom Taylor, writer of the first Dark Knights of Steel series, and Riccardo Federici will create the backup stories Dark Knights of Steel: Allwinter. In these backup stories a child seeking sanctuary is adopted by the Kents, but in this world "the Kents were soldiers, and the baby they found was the heir to a mysterious undersea kingdom. ... and the newly formed League of Nations may not survive what lurks in the deep…" (DC Comics)
