John Doe 47 is described as a Black male, likely between the ages of 18 and 25 years old. He could be heard speaking English in the video. The video is believed to have been made before April 2020.

John Doe 41 is described as an African American male, likely between the ages of 18 and 20 years old. He appears to be a thin-framed individual with black hair. The video depicting John Doe 41 is believed to have been produced around 2016-2018 and the victim is male.

John Doe 17. The individual is described as a White male, approximately 210 to 250 pounds, with curly brown hair. Both a video clip of this unknown suspect and audio of him speaking English are available to watch on the FBI website HERE (NOTE: the audio and video are not graphic but it is still be highly disturbing content, please take care and watch with discretion).

John Doe 13. This individual is described as a White male, approximately 180 to 200 pounds and balding with brown hair. Images of this person show him abusing a young girl. A webcam video of this unknown suspect is available on the FBI website HERE.

John Doe 5. Images of this person abusing young children were found on the Internet. The individual is described as a White male in his late 30s or early 40s at the time, with brown eyes. He has a large mole in the middle of his left cheek.

John Doe 8. Images of this person abusing a young girl were found in a video on the Internet in May of 2005. The individual is described as a White male, approximately 180 to 200 pounds, with brown hair. He has a dark circular mark on his right forearm and wore a distinctive ring on his left hand.

If one of these faces looks just like your neighbor, old boss, aunt's weird ex-boyfriend, that guy you see at the grocery store, etc (even if you're not sure because the person in question has aged or changed or died) - SAY SOMETHING! Don't disclose your suspicions to any mutual acquaintances or family who may be accomplices. Don't question the person about it directly as it may cause them to flee!Contact ECAP. Not everyone the FBI is seeking is suspected of a crime.
