The Ghost's Vault:

Propaganda : Perhaps the only self-titled Vault to actually be one, the Ghost's Vault, built by VikingPilot, is two things -- a consolidation of wealth, and a display of power. Built at a time on Dominion where every single diamond had to be handed over to the Queen every two weeks, the Vault is made in total opposition to that policy as an extremely intimidating secret stash. All 10 sets of Netherite armor are enchanted and labeled. It's built with soulfire lanterns under the center carpet runner for the sole purpose of unnerving the local piglin. He's taken people here twice onscreen, and both times it was to cash in a no-conditions-set IOU with that other person in order to make sure things work out exactly the way they need to. It also contains two very important books! Viking's "To Do" list is very simple -- Run Dominion. However, the other one -- the Book -- is quite possibly the single most dangerous thing in Viking's possession. He's not sure what's in it, other than that it contains rituals of unimaginable power and that if he opens it again, he will crack in half. Oh, and the Ghost's Vault is also the location for the world's most unhinged 12-minute 100% improv monologue to ever exist.

Propaganda : Intended to be one of many horror-movie themed builds in the series, a replica of the well from horror movie The Ring, the Well... wasn't supposed to be a prison. Not until someone sealed Lying -- the Witch -- inside of it. After being trapped inside for an uncertain period of time, the Witch descended into even more madness -- no longer content to recreate horror movie sets, they now intended on becoming a horror movie villain themself, a sort of Fear Itself figure. The ritual they performed to eventually free themself caused the death of approximately 1% of all Lyings across the multiverse, which is a lot, and also technically transed their gender in the process (nice). This ritual also created an amalgam of very angry ghosts called Kyofushin that Witch!Lying then proceeded to trap inside a magical rock so they'd stop bugging them. (This is an extreme oversimplification.) After freeing themself, the Witch turned their former prison into their new base of operations, creating a variety of setups, especially for the magic mod Witchery. There's a straight-up immortality machine in there that makes them virtually unkillable, for one! Still. It was a prison for long enough to drive its sole inhabitant mad. That definitely counts for something. (Also -- the CC behind the series is on Tumblr. They've probably been here longer than most people in MCYTblr and are quite well habituated, so if there are any additional questions or needed propaganda, Lying themself will probably be able to add on. reading a bunch of news articles about gaza for school yesterday also made me realize that people on here are for real insane and when ppl who know what they're talking about discuss this, even if they have a very strong opinion they express it in much more civil terms and actually cite events when doing so. like oh yeah calling ppl ziopigs and subhuman dogs and whatnot is actually generally considered to be unproductive.

an apartment complex for the elderly was lost. not everyone could get out. people were saying goodbye to loved ones over the phone

people who did get out of lahaina were leaving with ashes covering their faces and nothing but the clothes on their backs. people are losing everything.

The figure is widely viewed as the most reliable one available. The health ministry provided NPR with one of its latest reports on the death toll, 38 pages long, to analyze. A close look at how Gaza's health ministry counts those killed in the war reveals a system that is buckling under the weight of war and unable to keep an accurate toll of the dead. Thousands remain unaccounted for — either missing under the rubble, buried hastily in side streets or decomposing in areas that can't be safely reached.

The Gaza health ministry says its daily tally now relies on a combination of accurate death counts from hospitals that are still partially operating, and on estimates from media reports to assess deaths in the north of Gaza, where Israeli forces control access. Its detailed daily report shows that its electronic system for counting the dead was disrupted on Nov. 12, when communication was lost with three major hospitals in the north, soon followed by more in other parts of Gaza. In the early days of the war, as the wounded and dead streamed into hospitals, Gaza's health ministry kept a detailed daily count of the number of people killed.
