Welcome to my third tournament, the Angels vs Demons tournament! It will feature two brackets running side-by-side; a full bracket of angel or angel-themed characters, and a full bracket of demon or demon-themed characters

At the end of it all, the winning angel and the winning demon will face off in their own special poll to see who comes out on top

Rules:

Fictional characters only. Mcyt is allowed under the condition that it's from a series explicitly stated to be a roleplay/fictional

You can submit as many characters as you want, but only submit each character once

Only submit one character at a time. Submissions with multiple characters will be ignored

Please only submit OFFICIAL ART of the character. Fanart will not be used in the tournament

Propaganda is encouraged, but don't drag other competitors down in the process

Please behave, I will not hesitate to block people

Harry Potter and South Park characters are disqualified from entering. Other characters may be disqualified on a case-by-case basis (i.e. characters that are just. Blatantly bigoted depictions are not getting in)

Submissions will close in roughly 2 weeks, on January 23rd. I'll sort through them and get a bracket assembled, and if I still need more characters then they'll reopen for another week or two

WELCOME TO THE SLEEPYHEAD CHARACTER POLL!

Submissions are open until January 15th 2024! (Edit: Submissions closed early on the 7th!)

Rules for submissions:

Submit a character from any piece of media who is sleepy! Being sleepy has to be a character trait. It doesn't have to be their main character trait, but it does a reoccurring one (not just a one-off trait in one episode)!

Being tired or "lazy" doesn't inherently make a character sleepy! A character being overworked or a character not wanting to work/trying to get out of doing tasks does not inherently make them qualify. To be sleepy, they must want to be asleep and might often be seem dowsing off. Sleepyhead behavior. Naptime is one of their favorite times. It's in their personality and characterization. That doesn't mean they can't ADDITIONALLY be overworked, tired, or "lazy", it's just not the only thing.

No character who are comatose / in "hibernation" / in a deep sleep. This includes Sleeping Beauty (she's not really a "sleepy" character, she's forced asleep; though if it's a adaptation of her character where she's a sleepyhead that counts).

No insomniac characters. This falls more into a tired character that isn't quite a sleepyhead.

No real people. That includes submitting yourself or your pet, as tempting as it is.

No fanon interpretations/fan characters/OCs/etc.

I reserve the right to reject character if they are from offensive media.

Be respectful! Most sleepy characters are lighthearted in nature, but real people with real chronic fatigue & illnesses do exist. So no referring to characters' sleepy behaviors as being "useless" or anything like that. Just be decent.

No character automatically gets in, so feel free to submit anyone!

I am aiming for a 64 single-elimination bracket, but depending on the volume of submissions, I will make the bracket smaller or larger.

Villain Song Showdown Submissions

Hello! Do you have an evil little guy who sings an evil little song? Well, this tournament will find out which evil song slaps the hardest.

Some quick rules for submissions:

Must be sung by an antagonist/villain or sung about them (like Cruella de Vil)

Must be an official song for the media. (Sorry but no fan songs as good as they may be)

I will also take instrumental themes for villains.

Songs that have been cut from the final product are allowed

Specify if it's a reprise. I'm trying to keep them separate.

Please don't spam one submission.

Otherwise, you can submit songs from shows, movies, plays, albums with their own lore, or any other place! The size of the bracket will be determined based on how many submissions I get so don't be afraid to put in as many as you want.

Submissions will close on December 10 at 12:00am EST (midnight).

CINDERELLA TOURNAMENT SUBMISSIONS!

Submissions will be open since Monday, October 2 until Monday October, 16. I may extend submissions or end them early depending on how many characters are submitted.

Submit a Cinderella character (as in: a character who represents Cinderella; not any character in a Cinderella-themed piece of media) from any type of media (animation/live action/book/comics/etc.)

No unofficial characters (fan characters/OCs/etc.) + no real people.

You can submit more than one character, but please don't submit the same character multiple times or else they will be banned from the tournament.

Retelling & characters "acting" as Cinderella will be accepted!

The bracket will be determined depending on how many submissions there are. If there are a lot of submissions, then it will be a bigger bracket; the less submissions, then it will be a smaller bracket. The goal is to have at least a 32-poll bracket just like Red Riding Poll, but with there being more Cinderella adaptations out there than Red Riding Hood ones, I think we could easily get to a 64-poll bracket.

I reserve the right to not include a character if the piece of media for any reason.

Be nice-- this is just for fun! May the best Cinderella win!

Next tournament : Best/Fav Disney Parks animatronic!

Okay! So for the next tournament, while best park song won, it was very close, but I think I am going to do the 2nd most voted one, Fav Disney animatronic first, as I think there is already a tournament currently happening for best original disney parks song, so I will do that one after so they aren't running at the same time!(though I believe theirs is only original to the parks, so like no small world, for example, since it premiered at the world fair. Mine would/will be any songs used at all in the parks!)

May do 2 different brackets, one of 'best' and one of 'fav', as a lot of favs are older ones that aren't as advanced but still favs, vs the latest technical ones, not sure yet tho

Hello everyone and welcome to-

Context for those who don't know: Disney Princess is an official franchise used to booster attention/sales to certain heroines, that's why Mulan is included despite not being royal and royal characters such as Kida, Ana and Elsa aren't included (Kida because Atlantis did not do well and Elsa and Ana because they don't need the boost).

As you may be able to guess, this is something I find interesting and I'm also really interested in seeing which character people would like to see given a spot as a Disney Princess if given the option, so that's what we're here to do!

Here are the rules:

Characters can come from movies, cartoons, video games, etc. but they must fall under the Disney company's umbrella

Characters must be animated (characters who are live action at some points are acceptable)

Characters can be any gender, they do not have to be human but they do have to be sentient

Submissions will close on Nov. 3!

Glasses Swag Sequel Submissions

Hey gang, in celebration of me finally getting new glasses frames after spending seven years with the same ones, I have decided to return to an old tournament, one of my first….

The Glasses Swag Tournament is where you can submit all your favorite glasses-wearing characters!

Since this is a follow-up to a previous tournament, I won't be accepting characters who made it into the previous bracket. The document linked below is a list of the submissions I got. Any characters in the "Bracket" section will not be eligible to participate, but characters in the "Extra Submissions" section are (if you want some ideas). I'm not automatically accepting anyone so if you want them in, make a quick submission!

Now, rules for submissions:

The character has to have physical glasses so no contacts. If they switch between the two that’s fine.

The character should be wearing the glasses most of the time. I���m going for them being a key part of their design.

Has to be a fictional character, so no real people in this tournament. And no OCs, sorry.

One character per submission please

Please don’t spam one character multiple times through the form but you can submit multiple forms for different characters.

Submissions will close May 19, 2024 at 12:00 AM EST (midnight). I should be done with remaining school stuff by then so I have time to put together the bracket.

Welcome to Tumblr Tourney to Determine the Best Monster from the Duel Monsters anime!

Rules:

This is to determine the best monster that appeared in the Duel Monsters anime! If the monster appeared AT ALL in duel monsters its eligible for the tourney.

Best can be defined in many different ways. If you think a card is the best because of how effective it is, or because of its design, or because of how iconic it is, those are all valid!

Any monsters that appear in the manga, Toei Yugioh/Season 0, GX, 5Ds, Zexal, etc. etc. but not in Duel Monsters, then IT DOES NOT COUNT. THIS IS FOR DUEL MONSTERS ANIME.ONLY.

(In the future, I'll do tournaments for other Yugioh series, but for now, we're focusing on Duel monsters. There are already plenty there.)

Submissions will be open from Monday, September 11th to Monday, September 25th (2 weeks).

The size of the tournament will be determined by the amount of submissions received, but I would ideally like to do a 64, single-elimination bracket. If you want it to be less or more, then it's all up to you!

Feel free to submit as many monsters as you want, but do not submit the same monster more than once!

No monster will automatically make it to tournament! Feel free to submit anything, from the most popular to the most obscure monsters!

When submitting a monster, feel free to write some propaganda to be used during the poll!

When the poll starts proper, I will continue to accept propaganda by accepting it through the ask box and reblogging it! Anti-propaganda will be accepted ONLY after the poll begin.

Some episode are just More than others so here we’re going to decide the most Episode ever!

I’m asking for show‚ an episode title‚ and number.

If I get multiple episodes for one show I’ll be running prelim polls to decide which episode(s) will make it into the main bracket.

Also I’m currently running another bracket so I’ll keep these submissions open for at least two weeks‚ we’ll see how it’s looking then.

Also‚ webseries count I do not care how short the episodes are. Miniseries count as well.

This tournament is pretty self explanatory, but I’ll say it anyways. What Qualifies as a Dad?:

Your Dad must be a Dad

Adopted, Found Family, and Uncle who mainly acts as the Dad are Dads.

Dad must have at least one scene where they’re taking care of their kid(s)
