It bothers me that radfems are forced to talk about gender ideology and trans related issues so much due to 70% of comments always fucking being:

"Are you a terf?"

"before I follow, what kind of rad fem are you?"

"thoughts on trans people?"

"do you think trans women are women?"

"do you believe trans women are included in radical feminsim?"

"tirf🥰 or terf🤮?"

These are all direct quotes from comments on my tiktok account. So much of the traffic is from people like that. So, that means that for interaction purposes we respond, but... then we are pinned as some trans obsessed group..? Even though we are simply responding to the massive influx of questions and hate about it. And we discuss hundreds of other issues that women suffer through. But they don't care.

This doesn't go to say that radfems don't talk about it on their own terms, we do and we definitely should (and shouldn't back down)! I'm just commenting on how we have so many important things to say, yet this is all people focus on.

You could write a 300 page long examination of misogyny and patriarchy and atrocities that happen to women and TRA's would still comment f*ck off and die terf.

We cannot win with them, which is why their comments just make me laugh mostly now. The incredible women I have found in this community make it very worthwhile.

Sorry for the anon, but I'm honestly terrified of TRAs and their harassment. I'm seeing quite a few posts that say "if you're attracted to girld*ck you're bi" - and, I mean, I'm bi, but I'm 100% not attracted to the uncanny-ness that is a girld*ck or other surgical permutations. Are we Trans Exclusionary Bisexual (TEBIs?) the exception or the rule? TEBI or TIBI?

I have a vested interest in keeping lesbian spaces free of TIMs, because when I'm in such a space, I'm functionally a lesbian. I'm there for the women. So reading those "TIMs go fuck a BI" posts sounds a bit like "Incels go fuck a sex worker" - no thank you, keep those TIMs away from me, I'm here as an ally, not as the sanitation worker.

‘I haven’t met any lesbophobes’ - this is either gaslighting or you not having any interest to look beyond your straight privilege.

I could write a whole essay on this. Literally all the golden age radfem authors were lesbophobes and fake ‘political lesbians’ like Dworkin who basically said that being in a room of lesbians was scarier than being with pimps and traffickers, Mary Daly who described lesbians as basically creepy and depraved, Adrienne Rich who used her fake lesbian platform to paint us as incestuous etc

Even today all the radfem ‘lesbian’ orgs are just run ‘political lesbians’. All of these women have platforms and standings and face no consequences for what they are doing. I don’t even have to name anyone. Just look up radfem homophobia here and outside this site.

Radfems also describe gay men in disgusting ways as if straight men aren’t predators. There was, for instance, someone who apparently reposted a quote or something about how gay men are ‘more prone’ to being csa offenders. Every unsanitised expression of lesbian sexuality is criticised in radfem literature and spaces as things we learned from gay men.

Radfems have shown that they don’t care about lesbians despite appropriating us because they never speak out against homophobia from within. They uncritically worship homophobic writers like Dworkin while they wouldn’t do the same for a misogynistic man.

They also have very uninformed takes. Have any of you ever considered that femininity is not necessarily socially conditioned or a tool of submission and that many lesbians are femme not to please men but to attract other women? Or that there’s probably more to both masculinity and femininity than you know?

I could go on but I don’t believe you never noticed this. Maybe you never cared.

Again, I don’t have straight privilege. I‘m bisexual, but I‘m not interested or attracted to men in real life, not in the slightest. In fact, maleness as a whole disgusts me. I’d never let one touch me, and I certainly would never want to interact with one intimately. To be inclusive, this goes for all bepenised individuals.

I know that lesbians face unique discrimination and I definitely speak up for them, alongside all the other radfems I’m mutuals with. Most radical feminists (though not all) are either bisexual or lesbians, just in case you haven’t noticed it. I‘ve seen lesbians getting attacked, but these attacks didn’t come from my mutuals and as far as I know, the women who attacked them aren’t even familiar with radical feminism beyond the gender critical aspect, which alone doesn’t make you a radfem.

Before I continue to reply to the rest, please keep in mind that it‘s libfems & TRAs who accuse lesbians of "transphobia" simply for not liking or wanting d!ck. Not everyone likes it, in fact many of us hate it and rightfully so, and the amount of women in our community who got labeled as "TERFs" simply for not wanting to include transwomen in their dating pool is huge. THAT‘S also lesbophobia.

I don‘t know the two other authors, but I agree that these statements and actions are unjustifiable and utterly disgusting. I can assure you that not a single radfem today defends or holds these beliefs. Dworkin was far from flawless, and you probably missed out on it, but radfems already discussed this. We use her works because she has written amazing stuff against pornography and the sexual exploitation of women, and also exposed some very prevalent patriarchal structures and mechanisms. We can‘t completely abandon her work, which doesn’t mean we can‘t be critical of her wrongdoings.

And I‘m not familiar with "political lesbianism", I know what it is but that’s it. I never claimed that there aren’t problems within radfem communities, though they barely have any influence and are usually not familiar with the principles we usually go by. After all, radical feminism is a whole, HUGE package & women who fuck up like this don‘t represent it altogether. You might call me a hypocrite now due to my criticism on the TRA movement, but let me remind you that real radical feminism is most popular amongst lesbians and racial minorities, especially in non-Western countries.

As for gay men, we criticize them as much as straight men but not more for being homosexual.

Feminists hold a conference and not only does a TRA assault a woman but one of the protesters is a violent ex-con TIM, yet TRAs claim to the victims of hateful ideology.

A conference held in support of women’s sex-based rights was protested by trans activists yesterday. Among them was a violent convict known for having been England’s longest-serving transgender inmate.

University College London hosted a one-day conference yesterday centered around panel discussions on education and women’s rights. The sold-out event was organized by the UCL Women’s Liberation special interest group and Women’s Place UK, with support from Southall Black Sisters and FiLiA. 

Among the event’s participants were many known for their vocal critiques of gender ideology, including Sex Matters’ executive director Maya Forstater, journalist Helen Joyce, and writer Julie Bindel. 

Shortly after the conference began, reports emerged that protesters had gathered outside of the UCL lecture hall where the event was taking place.

A crowd of approximately 20 trans activists began banging on the windows and screaming expletives in an effort to interrupt the women inside. Counter-protestors similarly gathered to support the event, recording the trans activist rage at the conference continuing.

“You try to deny our existence, well — f*ck you!” One activist screamed into an amplified microphone. “Literally f*ck you. This is our university. This is our space. You are not welcome here. We will make sure you will never ever be here again!” 

As the conference began, two lecturers who co-direct qUCL, a campus research group focused on queer theory, released a statement comparing it to “eugenics.”

Hours into the event, women’s rights advocate Katy Worley, also known on social media as DJ Lippy, was assaulted by a trans activist who aggressively wrangled her phone from her as she had been filming the protestors. Worley was interviewed by police on the incident, who reportedly left her feeling “blamed” for her own assault.

“The police were pretty useless, actually,” Worley told Reduxx. “The guy attacked me as I was out of the main college [campus]. I was actually just about to go home. He tried to get my phone off of me… he threw it over a wall, and I just grabbed ahold of him by his rucksack because I didn’t want him to leave. I told him ‘you can’t do this, it’s unacceptable.’ I started screaming for security.”

Worley says police arrived about one hour after the incident, and began questioning her on the attacker’s motivations.

“They asked me ‘why do you think he did that?’ It’s like they wanted me to prove motivation. And it’s not really a victim’s job to provide motivation to the police.” Worley says she tried to tell the police about the protest, but became emotional as she interacted with them due to their apparent lack of concern for her. But as she continued with them, a group of women who had hosted a workshop at the conference came to her aid. 

Kate Coleman, director of Keep Prisons Single Sex, as well as another woman who was a former police chief superintendent, butted in to help Worley in her conversation with police. No arrests were made, and Worley doesn’t believe anything more is being done with her report.

“I doubt anything will be done. They didn’t even take a description of the assailant until I prompted them.”

According to social media updates provided by her significant other, Worley was left with dark bruising on her arm and swelling in her hand from the attack.

This is not Worley’s first time being assaulted at such an event. In November of 2022, a similar incident occurred during which Worley was manhandled by a trans activist who attempted to stop her from recording with her phone camera. Worley was interviewed by police, and the assailant was taken into custody.

While many of the trans activists at yesterday’s protest claimed to be students at UCL, there were outsiders within the crowd. Among them was a notorious convict known for being England’s longest-serving transgender inmate.

Sarah Jane Baker, born Alan Baker, spent 30 years in prison for multiple violent crimes. Baker was initially sentenced for kidnapping and torturing his stepmother’s brother, but received additional time after attempting to murder a cellmate.

While incarcerated, Baker became vocal on the issue of trans-identified males in prison, often claiming to be the victim of systemic mistreatment for being kept in the male prison estate. 

In 2013, Baker made headlines when he first began identifying as “Sarah,” billing taxpayers £10,000 for what media referred to as his “sex change.” Baker once boasted that he never wanted to be freed, describing himself as a “professional prisoner.”

During a 2009 hearing, he claimed to be quite pleased with his time in custody, stating: “I am happy to be locked away. Doing bird is the one thing I excel at. I have no responsibility, free food, laundry, healthcare, a job and my Open ­University course costs me nothing.”

Baker was released in 2019, after which he began to brand himself as both a trans rights activist and a prison abolitionist. Baker has turned up at multiple protests intended to denigrate women who oppose gender ideology. In June of 2021, Baker was photographed at London’s Pride Parade holding signs which read, “Be Trans, Do Crime.” Another sign in an identical style which read “Kill JK Rowling” was placed on the Bomber Command Memorial, prompting speculation that Baker was responsible for the death threat.

During Saturday’s protest at UCL, Baker was seen wearing his characteristic red beret and hurling abuse at the women’s rights advocates.

“Trying to make us scared? You f*cking c*nts!” Baker was filmed yelling. “Trying to make us afraid? To walk on our own streets?”

Baker has stated his intention to be “the next transgender member of parliament” for the Richmond Park district in London, and will be putting his name forward in upcoming elections.
