My ocs are: Naomi, a "what if sora and riku had another friend when they were small but she moved away and then got real fucked up by the fall of the world and found another keyblade master in the wilderness" oc <3 she's also one of my very oldest at around 9 years old

Naomi's master, who i never gave much detail but she was a badass. Killed people while in a full dress. Hates yen sid.

Then i have a couple vague ocs for my pre-kh3 true organization but they really are just so vague

And then there's Korone, who had fought alongside the master of masters in the first big war against darkness. She's very mischievous and loves to bully him <3 she sees the foreteller's robes and goes "wow so cool" and makes her own version. So now she runs around town trying to confuse people but they're all just like "hi miss crow :)" she pieces together mom's plan before the unions fight, and tries to beat the shit out of him for it, but instead he tries to kill her. But she isn't as weak as he thinks <3 so she survives and then ???? Now she is in present time and wants to shred mom's very atoms apart <3 encourages sora to do violence

And then there's my khuxoc who is just me. Wears cute clothes, tries to kill foretellers, runs an unsuccessful guild

And then there's my other khux oc who doesn't have much detail. I just thought it would be cool if the ancient keyblade wielders had specialized roles instead of jack of all tradesing it. So she's a white mage keyblader <3 has teal hair and pronouns

The year is 1990 - Black & Decker is getting ‘hammered’ (pun intended) by Makita in the Professional-Tradesmen segment, the fastest growing segment in the $1.5B US power tools industry. How can this be happening in a context where B&D has higher brand awareness, better tool quality and more market share in every other segment of this industry?

First of all, B&D is preceded by its reputation as an “in-house” tool brand, which affects its brand positioning with the much more soffisticated professional-tradesmen buyers. These buyers spend large amounts of out-of-pocket money on tools they use on a daily basis, so they want tools that set themselves apart from “every other dad” that fixes things in his garage. Even though B&D is also well-positioned in the even more professional industrial segment, the buyer is very different from the professional-tradesmen - it’s an enterprise that values things such as scale, volume discounts, replacements lead time, etc. Their position here can’t be extrapolated to the professional-tradesmen.

Second, Makita has a good baseline option in every tool within the professional-tradesmen segment. They are perceived as an entry-point tool in a segment where buyers tend to be very price conscious. And finally, they are well positioned within the largest channels of the segment, particularly in home centers that are are also the fastest growing channel.

Therefore, B&D needs to apply the product specs of its professional-tradesment product line to a new brand, that specializes in the professional-tradesmen segment. This brand needs to be introduced in the right channels - two-step and home centers - at price point that will allow them to differentiate from other offerings in the space.

Nonbinary, prefer a match with a male, but ladies are fine too. Kind to a fault, but told I can seeem pretty stoic when meeting people. Kind of a jack of all trades, I learn things quickly, and eagerly, and tend to move onto something new just as fast. This can leave me with a string of unfinished projects.(Thanks ADHD) I am however told I am the person most people want around in an emergency because I keep a level head and when it has happened, I try to figure out how to help people, not panic.
