When you have the time, art school au prompt: Nezha meeting the traffic light trio

"Uh...who's that yelling at your dad?"

Qi Xiaotian looked up at Long Xiaojiao's words, looking around. His baba's car was easy to spot- Sun Wukong had apparently purchased the Thunderbird in a hideous shade of peach pink decades ago- as well as the badly dyed amber curls. What was unfamiliar was the figure leaning over Wukong, poking him in the chest.

"I have no idea-"

"Oh, it's Nezha." The two turned to Red, who blinked at them. "Li Nezha? You know, the student council president, that famous student ballerina?"

"Oh, I didn't vote."

"I didn't even know we had a student council!"

Red sighed. "Hopeless." he grumbled, pinching the brows. "Xiaotian, his father works with your father, remember? Li Jing?" Xiaotian shrugged and Red sighed. "Let's go see why he's yelling at your father, then."

As they approached, the scene became more clear. Nezha was not leaning over Wukong. The view wasn't helped by the red roller-skates he wore, but Xiaotian's baba was leaning back, looking incredibly calm. And, as they got closer, they could hear more.

"-and I don't need my father calling me to let me know you did something stupid!"

"He did something stupid first, kid. I'm not apologizing for my reaction to that."

"He didn't do anything stupid, he was just teaching me a-" Nezha paused, revealing his hair was slightly messy, as if he had been tugging on it. Xiaotian froze. This guy gave off the aura of an angry tiger, like he was just begging to punch or bite someone, whatever came first. "Are you his son?!"

"...yes?"

"Tell him he's an idiot." Nezha finally seemed to relax, letting out a sigh and turning back to said father. Xiaotian, now that he was closer, could see the concern in his eyes. "Good day, Wukong. Please don't make my father send any more messages like that again." Without another word, Nezha skated away, sending a polite nod to Red.

The trio blinked.

"...what...was that all about?"

"Eh, Nezha's father is a "friend" of your dad," They could hear the quotes around the word. "And he's basically a jackass, especially to Nezha. I kinda..." Wukong sighed, rubbing the back of his neck. "I gave him some of my thoughts and he decided to yell at Nezha, like it was his fault." There was a pause, full of unspoken words. He perked up, a shiny smile forming.

"Who wants to run and get ice cream?!"

The double meaning was clear.

Feel like it's obvious, but...Was this MK easy to raise growing up?

It was definitely hard and VERY tiring XD

MK was a good kid, but with LOT OF ENERGY.

He had really hard time controlling his powers which sometimes resulted in accidents.

The biggest problem was with his strength and his hearing. Since he has two sets of ears, it was really easy for him to get overwhelmed :( but Macaque always knew how to help since he has a similar problem.

After a few years, Xiaotian got better at controlling his strength and tune out noises (though he still gets overwhelmed sometimes, but not as much)

Macaque and Wukong arrange play dates with Mei and Red Son. It helps them to tire the kids out XD they just switch where the hang out place is, so the parents who are not watching them can get some alone time once in a while.

I absolutely can do that!! Forewarning tho, most, if not all of this, is platonic bc I don't ship Bryan with like anyone but Vendi really (and even then, i acknowledge they aren't realistically a healthy couple, i just find their relationship interesting to pick apart and watch)

My NOTP for them - Bryan x Molten. Always despised this ship and just find it makes me incredibly uncomfortable. I'll always love Bomb Duo tho, I just don't like them shipped together

My BROTP for them - Brother Duo/Portal Duo!! (Dylan and Bryan) (I genuinely hope BROTP does not mean i ship them, bc I don't, I just like to see their brother relationship)

My OTP for them - ChaiLatte (Bryan x Vendi) probably? Idk, again they're terrible for each other but they're so interesting.

My second choice pairing for them - Again, not in a shipping way, but I do love Bomb Duo!! (Molten and Bryan) (Tho i probably would put them above ChaiLatte)

My fluffy pairing for them - Platonic Bryan and Ballora def- I've always loved their dynamic so much, she was like his own good mother figure i swear-

My angsty pairing for them - Platonic Get Worse Duo!! (Adrien and Bryan) Again, they both bring out the worst in each other but they're so sad and so interesting to pick apart and watch. It's like a car accident, like I can't not watch their relationship fall apart yknow-

My favorite poly pairing for them - None really. Favorite trio tho is probably Traffic Trio (Bryan, Dylan, and Adrien) bc of fucking course

My weirdest pairing for them - PLATONIC TRESPASS DUO. (Sabrina and Bryan ) THEY WOULD DEF BOND OVER ANIMATRONICS BREAKING INTO THEIR HOUSES AND SHIT AND LIKE- IDK- BRYAN COULD BE A MENTOR TOWARDS HER. THEY COULD BE FRIENDS-
