Day 3 of Turning me in to Me

Today was a bit more tiring. Had a rough day yesterday, that I don't really want to talk about, but it left me feeling quite raw. I had lovely chats with my close friends and that made me feel much better. Today's walk was something a bit different in that it was mainly long roads with little to break up the travel. You enter a strange space in places like that where the path ahead seems to stretch for miles while the path where you've just been seems like it isn't far at all. The low winter sun made for some really nice colours on the water of the old docks near my town and it was actually quite serene. The docks lost their purpose a long time ago, and now they mostly sit and let the waves lap on their embankments. I think I prefer their new way of living. They used to have coal and all manner of industrial brutishness pass through them, all running on exploited people. But now it has homes, it has parks, and the waters are now home to ducks, cormorants and the occasional swan. In the summer, tiny jellyfish like to drift to the surface for warmth.

I returned to excellent knews that my new femme clothes were arriving today as well, so while I may not be in them I will be taking some photos for you all to see. The sale was a bit tough so I didn't have much choice over colour but that's fine, I like green :)

I can also see me now. I can see me in the mirror. I can't quite believe it, even with the peppering of stubble now on my face and the odd green that it turns the skin. I think I'm quite... plain? In an almost cottagecore way and I like it, it serves as the perfect disguise for my after dark self >:3
