Taylor Swift is said to be considering legal action against the deepfake website that generated explicit AI images of her that were circulated online.
A source close to Taylor said on Thursday: ''Whether or not legal action will be taken is being decided but there is one thing that is clear: these fake AI generated images are abusive, offensive, exploitative, and done without Taylorās consent and/or knowledge. The door needs to be shut on this. Legislation needs to be passed to prevent this and laws must be enacted.''

Thank the stars above that gear stays with you through the loops and at least, during the subsequent times this has happened, loop actually had siffrinās outfit on. Not that it made it any less painful
As for the heterochromia thing. The others. Do notice.
Loop doesnāt quite understand why the others look at them that way, at first. They assumed they looked exactly like siffrin. After all, loop didnāt know what they looked like as a star. Barely had time to know they looked any different, as not-quite-siffrin.
ā¦but loop is quite skilled in the art of excuses.
Maybe, eventually, they take the eyepatchā¦.. but i also just like drawing them without it.

the parkour noobs only see a slab of dirt when they look up, they donāt see the sky. wouldnāt they naturally assume the pros up there all live on one big land piece? that maybe if they can ascend, they can escapeā they donāt need to parkour anymore. or at least thatās what they think.
Sobbing crying ect. Yeah, it hurts to think of them dreaming of a world without parkour, where every movement isnāt a life defining risk. Thatās what draws people to jump for the ticket to try and climb up, that maybe this difficult parkour will be the last they will ever have to make. And up there they can have all the raw beef and chicken for free.
And no one tells them differently. The parkour pros laugh but donāt explain anything. And so it becomes part of the all but real idea of the pro level. Up there, thereās endless spaces to walk around and the perfect safety net to catch you wherever you go.
(Maybe Evbo was disappointed seeing the top level for the first time. He had finally made it up, but he still had to jump to survive)

Does a podcast ever release a take you disagree with so strongly it makes you question everything you heard on it up to that point
#this is so niche and only interesting to other people who spend 10 hours a day listening to podcasts so i'm putting it in the tags#but s1ep3 of invisibilia about the blind guy who learned to echolocate so well he could ride a bike was fucking wild#the take was like. okay okay backing up a bit we all agree disability is socially constructed in some ways right?#ie people treat blind people in certain ways that reinforce an inability to function in society get jobs etc#they have certain expectations of people who are blind that can be limiting. right. so we all agree on that#but that was not the end of the take! the take was that because disability is socially constructed the solution is#to expect the same level of independence from blind people as you do from seeing people#and that also was not the end of the take because the way this man tried to accomplish that was forcing blind children to climb trees#this guy had achieved a high level of independence but in the process of learning to echolocate had knocked out multiple teeth#he was like 'the biggest barrier to blind people's ability to function in society is their parents' love for them'#because parents prevent blind children from exploring getting close to roads etc#and anyway i think that although parents may infantilize blind children more than necessary there is a strong financial incentive to#make sure they do not get hit by a car or break a bone#the solution of just getting blind people to act exactly like seeing people also seems odd#what's wrong with requiring help from others? why have we decided independence is the only way to function in society?#should all disabled people just be willing to injure themselves in order to get as close as possible to independence#in order to hold down a job which we have decided is the only way to earn the right to live#is there only one correct way to live a life?#it truly baffled me. i was sorting that mail going ššš¤#anyway. this has been your podcast take of the day

Hey y'all! Work's been more stressful than usual (I'm covering for a coworker's vacation) and I'd love to hear some funny work stories if y'all have any you'd like to share. I'll start it off with some of the weirdest contractor interactions I've ever had: - the contractor who never went anywhere without his cat carrier full of live ferrets - the contractor who, every single time he called me, said "aren't you proud of me? You're proud of me, right? I'm your best contractor?" (he was not) - another time I was covering for a coworker and so handling paperwork for contractors I usually don't work with, and one of them spent a long time on the phone trying to persuade me to move into his cabin in the woods. His methods of persuasion were twofold: he explained how cool his truck is in intense detail (I do not care about trucks) and he bragged about how many laws he was breaking while contracting with the company I work for. I, of course, told my boss, because a lot of the laws he was breaking were basic safety things???? But him trying to brag about breaking laws to the person who handles the paperwork he just admitted to falsifying was hilarious to me

Still debating about like allowing other people into the game discord or how early#in the process one should do that.. but social things are just so difficult for me lol.. I shall always suffer for my lack of networking an#self promotion skills. 4 - I was forced to get a new phone a few months ago because my beloved phone of like 10 years finally#broke too much. and I always like to go through the emojis and make a little memo with all my favorites. yaay little pictures of things.#5 - I FINALLY finished all the dictionary entries for the game (which has a little dictionary feature in the player's journal to note#any specific terms and keep track of them (like what 'jhevona' or 'avirre'thel' means. or to remember that the world is called Nanyevimi#and the country they're in is Asen. etc. etc.)). There are 75 defined terms so far and it took me a while to do so out of curiosity I put#all the text into a wordcounter thing and lol.. 8000 words isnt that much I guess but the 30 minute reading time is funny to me. 30 minutes#for my little tiny dictionary panel in my quaint little casual visual novel which is not even lore heavy at all. hee hee (though that's mor#like a minute here and there since obv people are not unlocking every term all at once. you complete the dictionary as you talk to people#and hear them mention new concepts over time.).. ANYWAY..#6 - a very soft and beautiful stuffed animal that I did not buy but wanted to at least document their charm.#7 - stimky boye waiting in front of his favorite straw meowring screaming for someone to play with him (he likes to chase the#straw around). 8 - matcha bubble tea my beloved. 9 & 10 & 11 - some cool flowers I saw. also featuring one of my favorites (columbines!)#Anyhow.. as mentioned in the other photo diary post.. I have just been packing and writing mostly.. The evil summer is coming of course#which me and my health issues always dread. Good news though is I finally got my passport in the mail! >:3 huzzah. Now I just need to find#some fellow aromantic asexual living outside the US willing to take one for the team and fake a marriage with me so I can get the#hell out of the country UwU (<joking) (...mostly... as in - definitely NOT my main goal. but if a viable opportunity presented itself I#would of course give it consideration lol). I know that's already highly regulated but I wonder if it's something that will become even mor#locked down as people hunt for any opportunity to flee. People are out here searching for any loophole. Frantically researching their#entire family tree seeing if there's any chance for a citizenship by descent in whatever place will take them. etc. etc. lol#So I wonder if such marriages are a thing that will come up more often. hmm.. ANYWAY..#I have almost all of my stuff packed even though I don't move until another 1-2 months. But that's the point is to have it all sorted early#in the last remaining scraps of ''cooler'' weather so that then I can just relax up until then. I'm going to try doing another scrapbook#/sketchbook this summer as a Mood Boosting effort. Just to find little things to help with the situational political existential dread and#climate woes. So on days it's too hot to function I can just glue little things to pages and doodle lol.. hopefully.. slowly getting things#off my to do list.. I reaaaaaally want to get back to playing games as it's so fun and realxing to me but..rghgh.. 500 other things..

02/06/2025 Progress Update:
Completely re-edited section one of Chapter 4. Just wasnāt liking it and needed to solidify the style. Like Iāve mentioned in the pinned post, Iām taking on a different writing style than Iām used to with this fic. I personally think itās a funner one (and honestly something Iād like to make my go-to), but I sometimes accidentally slip into my familiar one, which is what I did when editing before. Sooo had to redo it.
Edited more of the second section. Kept getting stuck on how I wanted the sequence of events to flow. Action paired with some interpretive bullshit can be a little difficult to intertwine seamlessly. Got almost to the end of the action scene, though. Now itās onto the interview.
I donāt know if Iāve shared this before, but how I edit is I just completely rewrite the chapter. I follow along with my draft but, even when I use the wording from the draft, I still write it all out again. It helps get everything placed correctly in my head and also ensures I catch fallacies more easy, because I tend to contradict myself (unintentionally; intentional contradictions are desirable). So it can take me a while to get a good edit done. Iām still hoping this chapter will be released this weekend. Iāve been staring at this thing for so many hours, I just want it to be done š„² But canāt rush it either or itāll be shit, so we gonna just go with the flow.
Thank God itās Friday tomorrow. Even though I have so much goddamn homework due this weekend, itās still nice not having to go to work (well, at least the first job; second job I still gotta). I hope your weekends are relaxing and this Friday is rejuvenating š
