Aicer back when she was younger, i thought it would be neat if her and Noelle had the same robe strap colour thingo (I understand Noelle favourite colour is green hence why her strap colour, but i hc Acier favourite colour also being green, same go for the choice of wearing leg warmers)

Aicer’s fashion inspo reminds of an ice skater lol. but i wanted something elegant yet flexible, i wanted her to wear something that represented her youth hence the short dress, side bangs, messy ponytail. I didn’t want her outfit to ENTIRELY represent Noelle, so i added a lil bit of Nebra’s and Solid’s lavender and light pink colour palette to her outfit.

I want to explore other then adding feathers to the end of their dresses or suits. feathers to the the hem, sleeves.

Triton awfully looks like Nozel. in the future i need to make him look like less Nozel and more like Nebra and Solid!!! Originally I pitched him to be from the Seabed temple, but i strayed from the idea and forged he’s from Atlantis. He has gills, fibbers that once withered or magically or biologically had to rid of when Triton moved to the Clover Kingdom.

Patch 2.5 - Rune of the Deus

 This patch focuses on the reworks of two classes, as well as a core feature of the game: Inquisitor, Runeshaper and races, respectively. Each of these classes/features are widely liked aspects of the game, and have been frequently utilised, but all three are fairly sloppy in a variety of ways that I’m looking to fix.

CLASSES

INQUISITOR Inquisitors have been the sinister-but-clunky offspring of cleric and paladin since day one. They’ve always had a clear theme, but have been held back by overcomplicated subclasses, a poor spell list and low overall power. This major overhaul seeks to improve on that power significantly by providing not-insignificant buffs to every major aspect of the class.

Buff - Judgements Most judgements have received minor buffs across the board. Judgement Decrees are regained on a short or long rest from 1st level, instead of 5th.

Buff - Spellcasting Experimenting with whole classes that are third casters has been interesting, but has largely proven to be awkward, underpowered and unfun.

Inquisitor is now a half-caster, like paladin, with a vastly improved and expanded spell list. Following the design philosophy introduced with Runeshaper and Shaman, half-casters that do not specifically focus on martial combat will gain access to cantrips.

Rework - Divine Boons Originally, divine boons were meant to be a minor, tertiary aspect of inquisitor, but they all proved to be too awkward to be worthy of inclusion in the class itself

New Divine Boons grant inquisitors access to: a single warlock spell slot, extra attack, or the ability to use their Devotion feature on others.

Rework - Exalted Judgement Now gained at 7th level, but you may only choose one judgement to exalt, choosing more as you gain levels.

New - Zealous Devotion A high-level ability that allows you to more effectively conserve devotion.

Rework - Holy Inquisition: Conversion Originally a support-themed subclass. Conversion now focuses on enemy-disruption and charm effects

New - Holy Inquisition: Judicator A new subclass that focuses specifically on entrapping the spirits of the dead to act as your servants, augmenting your spells and attacks

RUNESHAPER Runeshaper has been a favourite pretty much since its inception, but has always suffered from its lack of balance in its core feature: the runes themselves. This major update streamlines the main class more clearly, whilst balancing the runes out more effectively.

Buff - Spellcasting Runeshapers now use their artisan’s tools as their arcane focus, and gain one new spell every level, instead of having a set curve.

Rework - Runes The runes have been completely redesigned from scratch. All subclass, dependant runes have been removed as, whilst some were interesting, most were only there to fill space. Certain staples, such as Mark of Force, Mark of Speed, and Glyph of Enchantment, have remained largely the same. However, notably problematic or underpowered runes, such as the infamous, Glyph of Precision have either been shifted around in tier, or removed entirely.

Rework - Runic Discharge One of the core aspects of the runes, runic discharge, despite there being three ongoing runeshaper character across multiple games, has been used a grand-total of once. This is largely down to the discharge effects not being at all worth losing the passive benefits.

Now called ‘Runic Surge,’ this feature no longer has the rune disappear, and can be used a set number of times per day, once per rune.

Removed - Arcane Ingenuity Losing your runes for spell slots was nowhere near worth it

Buff - Mathematical Precision Moved to 11th level

Buff - League of Artificers Mechanical servant’s bonus to hit is now equal to your spell attack modifier. Additionally, certain augmentations have been altered, and Enhanced Strike Servos has been moved to a 10th level feature, instead of an augmentation.

Buff - League of Bloodcarvers Now get Extra Attack, instead of the previous, more situational version. Bloody Focus introduced as a new 14th level feature.

New - League of Cardsharps Live out the only good anime trope and throw magic cards at people, whilst rolling a frankly, unreasonable amount of dice.

Rework - League of Demonologists Dark Slots made very little sense and were quite bad. Features now have their own set uses.

New - League of Eldenshapers Invoke ancient giant runes and take on their power.

Buff - League of Rune Warriors Now get Extra Attack, instead of the previous, more situational version. Arcane Bulwark now does not require you to lose runes, instead costs spell slots.

Rework - League of Scriveners Maybe learning literally every rune was a bad idea? New feature now allows you to swap spell and rune damage types.

RACES

The races document has needed updating quite desperately for years now, and it’s finally been done. Outside of setting-specific races, each race has been tweaked or altered in some capacity to fit better within the game, with many races either getting the axe, or being revamped in some capacity. 

Only major, overarching changes will be listed here, because otherwise this section would be ridiculously long.

Nerf - Aarakocra Now have the physiology of the Rito from Zelda, in that their wings and arms are one and the same. They cannot fly and wield weapons or use somatic components simultaneously, reducing their overpowered nature at low levels.

New - Aasimar The revised, official introduction of the aasimar, who are now flavoured as celestial tieflings, their inversion.

Rework - Centaur Equine Build added to to prevent T H E  S T A C K

Rework - Darkvision Far too many races just *had* darkvision for the sake of having it, which rendered a major aspect of dungeon-delving and stealth more or less a non-factor. Many races that previously had darkvision now instead have “Low-Light Vision,” which only affected dim-light, and not darkness.

Rework - Dragonborn An old change, but this is the first time it’s been officially written in a patch note to my memory

Breath weapon now has charges, which can be expended to massively increase it’s damage and overall impact, making it worth using ever. They also have natural weapons now too.

Rework - Dwarves, Halflings, Hval & Mousefolk Each of these race’s subraces were fair too tied to cultures and statistically irrelevant to need existing. They have all been removed, with one of them being fused with the main class.

Duergar and ratfolk have been added as variants for their respective races

Rework - Goblinoids Each goblinoid subspecies has been combined into one super-race. Verdan, whilst nerfed, have also been added.

Nerf - Hval Cold resistance removed as they were too over-loaded, especially after the subrace fusion

Rework - Kobolds In their original form, kobolds are a horribly balanced mistake of a race. This new version seeks to rectify Wizard’s of the Coast’s horrible design into something more reasonable.

Pack Tactics replaced with Gang Tactics which increases your ability to flank, and enhances the benefits you and one other creature gain from flanking. Ability score improvement changed to +2 DEX, +1 CHA

New - Merfolk The triton are stupid, so here’s something better

New - Naga The yuan-ti are stupid and incredibly overpowered, so here’s something better

Rework - Satyr Magic resistance changed to Limited Magic Resistance (once per day), because jesus fucking christ. Added fey ancestry, because they’re literal fey.

Buff - Silva Now have Hybrid Nature (plants) because they are actual plants. Reworded their Photosynthesis, so it actually represents what photosynthesis means. Now can root themselves in place as an action, once per day allowing them to gain tremorsense

Triton Silva 「トリトン・シルヴァ」　Toriton Shiruva is a married nobleman of the Clover Kingdom’s house Silva, one of it’s royal families and was a former citizen of the Seabed temple. Once married to Acier Silva and father to Nozel, Nebra, Solid and Noelle. He was also a member of the Crimson Lion squad. Shortly after Noelle’s birth he ignored and abandoned the family for three decades before making a sudden reappearance.

Appearance

Triton is a large masculine, somewhat wrinkly old man. Back in his youth he had much curlier purple hair. Currently his hair tones to a darker purple as his grey roots grow in. Having a small curly bang in the middle, while the rest is swept back with several braids tied together by the Silva emblem. Accompanied by fu manchu moustache and a brett beard.

Triton wears similar clothes to all of his children: A loose fitting sea green coloured shirt with a high collar that is kept closed at the top by a gold band but is left open below to expose his collarbone. He also wears a brown colorer belt with a long skirt exposing thighs and legs with golden knee pads and sandals.

His royal robe is held together by golden circular circles with a Silva cross dangling below, above he has a flipped up collar with silva crosses shaped like birds feather. Consisting a long fur mantle, frilled panels that hang down below the hips. Triton’s mantle also has an attached robe that is long enough to reach his feet.

what’s that? more alluka-the-dystopian-cyberpunk-rebellion-leader? when I should be sleeping but I just turned in another 10k edit of my work paper and I’m too tired to sleep or do anything productive? why of course I have more. 

(this got uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuh real long so. here’s a cut. sorry mobile people, I feel your pain)

for people who download “legally” (i.e., rich people), they usually have some sort of pod for holding their bodies linked up to a closed-circuit net, something that allows them to come back whenever they please. it also prevents attempts at overrides or downloads. militaries involved in interplanetary warfare often will download mercs or specialized forces (like Hunters) into soldiers hardwired into being temporary IPRSes (Inter-Personal Remote Servers--the polite term is tipper, but most people just call them drones or meatsacks)--most of the time, this is much easier to accomplish with just sending people, since you need a link to send someone between bodies. or a ridiculously high-powered server.

Hunters have access to one, but there are so few of them (because they die a LOT or just get lost between up/down somewhere and never come back) and they are so scattered, there’d be no way of keeping track of them if they didn’t. it’s still nearly impossible. (ging abuses this power incessantly. gon is almost as bad by the time he runs into killua; there’s a reason he considers his own body to be a meatsack.)

but the zoldycks have one of equal power, used only for the family. silva prefers physical transport for himself in most cases, as he’s getting a bit older and prefers the power of his own hands--he calls it old-fashioned, alluka and killua know it’s just a way of solidifying power and re-emphasizing his wealth. but for the dirty work the family does, work that they only don’t go to prison for because so much of it is legally done? their kids and select employees can be sent across the system just barely under the speed of light, from their server rooms hidden in the bowels of mars.

killua, once he’s trained enough (so, 12ish) spends a lot of time assassinating people on the other side of the system, often on ios or triton or occasionally luna colony, and si fairly comfortable in bodies not his. it gets less distressing as he grows up, no longer having to adjust for the occasional adult body once he’s 18 because he is an adult and hormone levels are regulated in meatsacks most of the time. illumi stays close, more often than not, until killua’s 16 and formally named the zoldyck heir (and even then illumi does “check in” from time to time). kalluto joins the spiders, who are based on earth, but maintains a regular drone with one of the butlers. milluki runs the family servers, and kikyo is incredibly active in the field--her optic implants allow her to access a wide range of data visually, and she can basically be in two places at once. unlike silva, she loves downloading and getting someone else’s hands dirty, seeing through someone else’s eyes. even just hacking someone else’s eyes is almost good enough.

alluka doesn’t quite get that opportunity. she’s...not coddled exactly, since she knows she’s a girl and no one but killua really believes her, but ignored. given access to the family resources, as long as she stays in the mansion underground. and honestly, most days, “the mansion underground” looks more like an idealized outdoors than anywhere else on mars: blue skies, green grass, warm solar lights. alluka doesn’t know mars has a red sky until she’s 12 or 13, when killua takes her out of the mansion for a day trip.

but she keeps ending up in the download bays, trying somewhere new. someone new. at first, the butlers would accompany her, often tsubome or amane--”a family tradition,” gotoh explained once, which...fair, most of the family does travel with another, even if they’re less tradition and more tailing alluka (and killua, when he’s rebellious, which is more often as he gets older and has more responsibilities).

she rolls up her sleeves and installs her own download bay in her part of the mansion when she’s 14. she makes the butlers ensure she has the proper hardware installed on her brainstem, the same process every other zoldyck goes through. milluki complains to silva and kikyo, but alluka complains to killua and then no one complains after that. 

so alluka wanders: to ios, to see the ice caps and the O2 drills. to luna colony, to see that vast cities and immense urban sprawl and the fashion. she goes to earth and stays with a family with barely enough to eat, whose only reason for survival was their daughter’s not-entirely-complete hardwiring. even as far as the kepler belt, so far it takes her days to get used to her own feet once she returns. but killua’s out--for days, for weeks, maybe, doing things that make him look empty even when he’s back in his own head--so no one notices. no one ever notices she’s gone for so long, server pods keeping her muscles active and blood pumping even when she’s not using them. for years, she leaves home and tries to learn about others’. for the most part, she hates what she learns. but sometimes, she finds things so beautiful, so moving, so good, she can’t help but weep. she hopes killua gets to see some of that even in his worst jobs, something to remind him that the world isn’t entirely worth killing carelessly, and saves away the memories for later.

when she’s 16, alluka decides to explore mars. 

she tells tsubome--still hovering, still worried, still smiling a caring smile when she’s not paid to--she’s going to check out the domes near the remnants of the ice caps. domes she visited already, knows the ins and outs of, but that no one else knows she did. 

she wants to explore the city rooted in the zoldycks’ mansions, the city that feeds them and is nourished by them and that they feed on. so she picks a young girl to download into, someone who lives on the surface and works for the farms. alluka intends only to joyride, to remain quiet, let the girl do her work and help where she can. but once she’s downloaded, before the girl awakens, alluka notices a body with no name tucked into the corner of the available tippers. this isn’t a bad shop--alluka does have standards--but it’s not a place that zoldycks should be getting a drone from. but the other drone in the corner, standing but not seeing, looks different. and it’s not just the chalky white skin and blank black eyes, hair cut to a soft fuzz on their head to best display a poorly-centered hardwire on the back of their neck. 

“you don’t want that one,” the dealer says. “it’ll never be quiet with that one. it can’t move, but it can’t shut up. bad for business”

alluka immediately buys out her contract on the spot--hard creds only, killua taught her that’s important to not be traced. she’s not sure what she’s going to do with the tipper, if she’s as faulty as the vendor says, but alluka can’t just let the drone stay there with him. who knows what would happen.

she re-loads into the new body, not sure what to expect, and walks out of the shop into the grimy mars undercity, only a few levels below the dusty red surface. for a minute, there’s nothing but the usual fuzz of someone else’s consciousness, not quite coherent but still there, pressing at the edges of the link.

she absolutely doesn’t expect the quiet hi. 

alluka blinks their eyes. this person, this girl...this girl is like her. “hi,” she says. “what’s your name?”

the other girl is quiet long enough that alluka wonders if maybe the link is broken. because she can feel the girl pressing, buzzing at the edges in a way that almost feels like speech. it should be annoying, but alluka finds it comforting, that someone else is there with her. 

something, the girl says. or well, she says nanika, a glitch like an accent making her voice echo. 

alluka grins. “nanika,” she says, and the buzzing eases a little. “my name’s alluka.”

alluka. alluka is me. nanika seems to take a minute to process this. you have wish? images flash across alluka’s mind, violence and disgust and fear laced through them all like she’s experiencing the emotions herself. it’s terrible enough that she drops to a corner, the store’s coarse civvies not a comfortable fabric at all. 

“no, nothing like that!” alluka says when she stops shaking. the software in the wiring are supposed to stop feedback loops, but whatever’s taken nanika’s speech has overridden whatever programming that kept her quiet, leaving her nothing but echoes. alive, but not. like a ghost. alluka’s abruptly furious at whoever let this happen, ready to burn. “nanika, is that what you want?”

the buzzing ricochets around alluka’s head in a vehement negation. it’s replaced with sunlight, or at least the sort of sun you get on mars, filtered through several layers of dust and canopy and shelter, reflected down into the undercities. hidden deep in a tunnel, there’s a beautiful blue flower growing on a vine. and there’s relief, that she doesn’t have to be scared anymore. that little spark of something beautiful, something good, that might be able to take hold if only all the grime and muck and bad were gone.

alluka won’t let her be scared.

alluka is me. nanika is alluka. 

they smile. “let’s go see the sun,” alluka says. “we’ll start cutting the weeds down after that.”

Chegou ao fim a saga criminosa de um grupo familiar cearense envolvido em roubos a bancos, ataques a carros-fortes, sequestros e mortes de policiais em diversos estados brasileiros. As informações são do Jornalista Fernando Ribeiro. Nos próximos dias deverão chegar ao Ceará os corpos dos quatro bandidos que pertenciam à família dos “Pipocas”, que morreram, na madrugada da última sexta-feira (1º), em confronto com a Polícia Militar no estado do Tocantins. Ontem, as autoridades daquele estado apresentaram à Imprensa as armas da quadrilha. Fuzis de calibre 5.56 e 7.62, de uso restrito das Forças Armadas e da Segurança Pública, além de uma farta quantidade de munições e carregadores, foram encontrados na mata, na região do Município de Pequizeiro, na região Central de Tocantins. O arsenal foi encaminhado ao Comando da PM, em Palmas, para onde também foi levado e velado o corpo do sargento PM Deusdete Américo Gama, 53 anos, que morreu na troca de tiros com a quadrilha dos “Pipocas”. O militar recebeu dois tiros no peito, chegou a ser socorrido ao Hospital Municipal de Araguacema, mas não resistiu. Os quatro bandidos mortos foram identificados como: Elineudo Oliveira Silva, Elineuton Oliveira Silva (irmãos), Ângelo Márcio Rodrigues e Paulo Sérgio de Oliveira. Todos eram naturais do Município de Quixadá, no Sertão Central do estado (a 154Km de Fortaleza). Mortes De acordo com as investigações das autoridades de Tocantins, a quadrilha atacou e explodiu um posto bancário (Bradesco) na Região do Pequizeiro, na última quinta-feira (31), e trocou tiros com a PM horas depois. Em seguida, o grupo tentou atacar um carro-forte. Houve um segundo tiroteio com a Polícia na madrugada de sexta-feira, ocasião em que o sargento Gama e os quatro bandidos cearenses acabaram mortos. O confronto aconteceu na rodovia estadual TO-342, entre os Municípios de Goianorte e Araguacema, a cerca de 289 quilômetros de Palmas, capital do estado do Tocantins. Armados com fuzis, os criminosos dispararam tiros contra as patrulhas da Companhia de Ronda Tática Motorizada (Rotam), do Batalhão de Policiamento de Choque da PM de Tocantins. Os militares revidaram, se estabelecendo o confronto no matagal às margens da rodovia TO-342. Chefe do bando O cearense Elineudo Oliveira Silva, 47 anos, conhecido como “Neudo Pipoca”, era apontado como o chefe da “Quadrilha dos Pipocas”. Um dos principais grupos criminosos especializados em ataques a bancos do Ceará, que já teve membros presos em Gurupi, no estado de Tocantins, em 2017, por explodir uma agência do Banco do Brasil na cidade e fugir com mais de R$ 5 milhões. O grupo foi preso em janeiro de 2015, em uma grande caçada policial, após tentativa frustrada de assalto a um comboio formado por três carros-fortes na BR-116, no Município de Russas (a 163Km de Fortaleza). Na fuga, os assaltantes se embrenharam no matagal e invadiram uma fazenda, tomando uma família inteira como refém, na noite de 14 de janeiro. Foram seis horas de cerco, tiroteio e negociações, até que os cinco criminosos se entregassem às autoridades. Dois deles ficaram feridos. Com a quadrilha, a Polícia apreendeu um vasto armamento de grosso calibre, incluindo três fuzis de fabricação russa, modelo AK-47; dois fuzis americanos AR-15, de calibre 5.56; uma espingarda de calibre 28, três pistolas de calibre .40 (Ponto 40), além de cinco carregadores, 473 munições de diversos calibres, intactas; 20 quilos de artefatos explosivos e várias balaclavas (capuzes). O bando foi trazido para Fortaleza e autuado em flagrante na Delegacia de Roubos e Furtos (DRF). Posteriormente, o flagrante foi convertido em prisão preventiva pelo juiz da Comarca de Russas. Mas, em março de 2017, o Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) decidiu soltar os cinco membros dos “Pipocas”, incluindo Elineudo Silva, por meio de habeas corpus concedidos pelo ministro Marco Aurélio Mello, do STF, com base no argumento de que a prisão preventiva por dois anos configurou excesso de prazo na custódia que se diz provisória. “A quantidade de armas e munições apreendidas e o fato de se tratar de um grupo organizado para a prática de criminosa, são insuficientes para respaldar o argumento alusivo à prisão para a garantia da ordem pública” alegou o ministro. Várias prisões Depois disso, “Neudo Pipoca”, foi preso novamente pela Polícia Rodoviária Federal (PRF), no dia 11 de junho de 2017 ao transitar de forma suspeita em uma caminhoneta modelo L-200 Triton, que foi parada pelos policiais, por volta de 3h15. A abordagem se deu em uma fiscalização de rotina no quilômetro 663 da BR-153, município de Gurupi, no Estado do Tocantins. Ao verificar o nome dos três ocupantes, a Polícia constatou que ‘Neudo’ tinha um mandado de prisão preventiva em aberto e efetuou sua detenção. Um dos dois homens que acompanhava Elineudo Silva, também era membro da “Quadrilha dos Pipoca” e já havia sido preso em outra oportunidade com o bando. Horas depois, um bando explodiu o Banco do Brasil da cidade, fez reféns e fugiu com mais de R$ 5 milhões. A Polícia Civil do Tocantins informou, naquela época, que pediu a prisão preventiva de “Neudo” por entender que ele se deslocava para encontrar o restante do grupo e praticar a ação criminosa, porém não houve flagrante e a prisão não ocorreu. Além de mais de R$ 5 milhões, foram encontrados um caminhão e duas caminhonetes abandonados, em um matagal. Em um dos veículos estavam acondicionados 68 quilos de dinamite.
