During the last few weeks a couple of new items were added to the rolling stock roster of my model railway. As per usual I had totally forgotten having “pre-ordered” them over a year ago. Model train manufacturers tend to announce new future projects with an option for the customer to “pre-order”. This pre-ordering process gives the manufacturers a rough idea on how many model train enthusiasts…

My 2 cent thought because I just noticed Tecna’s robotic arm in the older poster about why I am against the Tecna is a “cyborg” concept:

Everyone is probably aware of all the ruckus caused by Al in the creative fields. And contrary to popular belief, they are not that smart. Al doesn’t have the ability to think or feel any emotion at all! They give excellent results from complicated mathematic equations but they do not have the ability to think like a human. There are structures, models aiming to replicate the human’s neural network, but at the end of the day, AI cannot think like a human’s brain. So I genuinely hate this concept that Tecna should be a cyborg. Yes, she is rigid and too logical sometimes, but all geniuses are a bit weird like that. Most super smart people have troubles with social norms and that’s ok. She doesn’t need to be a robot to have problems understanding her emotions. In fact, as shown in season 1 and 2, she has very strong feelings for fighting against evil like when she got mad at Timmy for not risking his life with the Trix. She acted out of emotions a lot especially in the first season: barging in doors, confronting the Trix head on, chasing down the professor that she suspected to be the bad guy, etc.

So no, I hate the concept of Tecna being a cyborg. If you want to say something along the line of what if replacing her limbs for advanced robotic parts to be more efficient would make sense for Zenith, well have you heard of prosthetic failures? Trying to force anything unnatural is always inconvenient and not worth it unless you have to. Even mundane things like beauty surgeries involving injecting things inside your body has side effects, sometimes horrible side effects that may threaten your wellbeing. And for Zenith to be so advanced in technology, I think they must have some line they don’t cross in terms of using tech in their lives.

Now of course, if it’s because she lost her limbs in battles and has to get a prosthetic then yeah, sure (emphasizing on the “has to” part). But if it’s just you guys failing for the propaganda that inanimated objects or Al can have feelings then no, thank you.

Overview of my fame realities

Here I’ll be talking about my musician, nepo, and youtuber fame realities :)

My musician fame reality

It’s 1895 and I currently work as a maid, living in philadelphia and hoping to build my music career. My employer is a rich guy named Conrad Blackwood who is actually pretty chill. His wife and child passed away not long ago and when I was first hired he seemed really lonely and depressed :/ He was a little rude to me at first but he softened up, especially because we both dabble in witchcraft- since he does summoning stuff for his wife and baby. This used to just be my reality but my s/o shifts here now with me too, working as Conrad’s butler. There’s other staff in the house, but they avoid Conrad and (by proxy) us like the plague because they think he’s creepy and mean.

On my days off, I go to the orchestra or theatre and practice my piano and violin, but there’s also a piano in Conrad’s sitting room and him and my s/o listen to me play sometimes in my free moments. I also want to learn to play the harp once I master the piano and violin :D And hopefully I can manage to afford or rent one on Connie’s pay lol

I’m not famous yet but my script for this basically just entails a rags to riches story. When I’m not working or practicing, I pretty much just stroll around town and eat out, catching up with some friends from my old women’s only apartment- one in particular who works at a seamstress’ shop luckily so she helps me a lot with my fashion sense. My s/o and I usually leave and go out for supper or to this little duck pond to give Con privacy when he does his summonings/ channelings, then we ask him about it when we come back. The food overall is not nearly as good as some other places I shift to, but I really like getting hot sandwiches the most when it’s around lunch time, or ice cream from vendors. Also his wife apparently told him once that she’s very happy we’re in his life to keep him company? And I just think that’s the sweetest thing ever.

My nepo fame reality

Here my name is Lee Sanna. My cousin is Lee Donghyeok, or rather Haechan from NCT, and my aunt/ his mom is a sort’ve talent scout/ smtown manager. In this reality, the year is 2013 and I’m currently in college just studying history and literature, so none of us are really famous yet. My roommate is Roh Jaewon and he’s really just my bestie lol. Whenever he gets small acting parts or I get small modeling gigs we always hype each other up. I’m also friends with Tyler the creator from some internet shenanigans and Mark just by proxy because he’s besties with Donghyeok. I’ve only shifted here once and it was before I was with my s/o so I’m kinda unsure of how to approach it for next time. It would be fun if he face claimed as Jessica Simpson (because you guys, he literally looks just like her if she were a guy, plus she’s a model so it would be perfect) but ofc I wouldn’t care if he preferred to not face claim for this reality.

My youtuber fame reality

This is one of my FAVORITE realities and is sorta a mixture of a childhood star life too, just because it was originally scripted as a modern hollywood reality. Here I’ve kinda been semi famous my whole life, starting out as a literal giber baby because my mom thought I was a beautiful child. I’m going to try to quickly speed run this tho because it’s kinda a lot: From ages 4- 5 I was in an allergy and trix cereal commercial, got the voice part of Gunther from adventure time, and played Tina the little angel on wizards of waverly place. Then I made my first post to youtube which was a cover of “No one” by Alicia Keys. I was then recommended to join my school chorus and I did for like seven years then which was neat. When I was six though, I got ‘promoted’(?) to voice lumpy space princess. For a while one of the producers had been doing it, but I would like to copy the voice a lot in the booth because she was one of my favorite characters and I thought she was hilarious. I would always make everyone go red in the face from laughing and it would make me feel like a whole ass comedian ngl. So eventually they just changed her voice to mine since it was similar yet slightly better. They changed the actors though for a couple other characters too like Finn and cinnamon bun and I think it was a good choice in the long run. Love Jeremy Shada to this day, we were usually like the only minors in the booth lmfao that’s my brother from another mother fr. On the side I was also doing a little bit of amazing world of gumball as well because I’m unusually good at making my voice deep and crackle-ly like a demon which they loved to do on that show.

Amidst all of this, I made my second notable post to youtube which was an original bubblegum rap that got turned into a commercial. I didn’t get nearly as much as the people who actually produced it since they just paid me a little for creating the rap but it was still cool to eight year old me.

For a while then, I just did my voice acting until around 2016 when I more officially got into the internet. I started late on vine but even so it was one of my favorite places to be. There I met Finn Wolfhard, and then eventually Sadie, Caleb, Gaten, and even Maitreyi Ramakrishnan through him. I also had a crazy popular kpop finsta fan page, but no one knew about that until I told people years later lmfao. Then in ninth grade, tiktok started to gain traction and I made a shared account with my math class which also got scarily popular. THEN finally, in my freshmen year of college, I started a youtube channel with my two best friends from elementary school and highschool. I scripted out the youtubers enya and drew, as well as hamzah and martin because we make really similar content to them (plus I don’t really like them…) and yea that’s about it :p

My s/o is here with me too but to my viewers he’s just my beefcake boyfriend <3

Okay so was finally able to find the creator of Trixie Hardfuse and unforunately they made a post asking people to not use her. So yeah No Trixe Hardfuse Model anymore :(

On the bright side, I think I'm just gonna make my own OC Goblin Girl, and maybe a Elf too. Cuz frankly Orange hair and green skin just look too good on a GobGirl.

My theory about you is that you only watch shows with an art style that you like, the plot could be either good or bad but what matters to you is the art style. That's also why you are so good with fanart (I am not projecting how dare you)

Actually kinda true in a way.

I didn't watch Gravity Falls earlier, because i thought that it was some dumb show for toddlers because of it artstyle, although i have seen it breefly few times, and i was like "Ughh this dumb show again" but then i saw picture of Bill and was like omg who is this i wanna learn more.

I also remember that tried to watch RWBY, but dropped in the middle of episode 1, because the way characters moved was just... no. I just couldn't watch it. I couln't concentrate on anything but the way characters were animated.

I DROPPED WINX WHEN THEY ADDED THAT UGLY 3D STYLE IN THE MIDDLE OF SEASON 5. And also because dark syrenix for the Trix looks just awful and ugly. The ship i hated was the THIRD reason. If it weren't for dark syrenix, i'd probably continued watching the season for little longer. AND I REFUSE TO WATCH SEASON 8 AND MY EYES BLEED EVERY TIME I SEE A SCREENSHOT FROM IT MOSTLY BECAUSE OF THIS NEW HORRIBLE ART STYLE. THAT'S NOT MY WINX CLUB, BURN IT. Also that stupid twist with Icy and her cursed siser like UGH no, that's NOT how you make backstory for your main villain.

(i should write an essay like "Bill Cipher and Icy. How to and how not to do a backstory for your main villain that seems to be evil for the sake of evil", but for that i have to watch winx season 8 probably. and i REFUSE.)

And i keep rewatching 2nd winx film JUST because Icy is SLAYING. BY GOD I WISH SHE STEPPED ON ME WITH THEM HEELS.

Other things about this film are so mid. WELL I MEAN, FIGHTING SCENES ARE KINDA GOOD. ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU WATCH IT AFTER SEASON 3, GOOD GOD, THAT WAS A PAINFUL SEASON. But the plot and other stuff is, well, it's ok. But the artstyle? Peak. Especially when you look at what they did with 3d in season 5, 7 (god it's ESPECIALLY ugly) and even are doing in reboot... why don't just use models from films whyyyyyy they were perfect... winx club was at it's peak in that film. After that - it was only getting worse and worse.

Tips with Trix #1

When weightpainting, everything that isn't weighted will be represented by blue, unfortunately, this can cause issues as some parts will be ever so slightly weighted and hard to see. You can turn on "Zero Weights > Active" in the Viewport Overlays to turn all zero weights to a dark grey instead, improving the workability and visibility of misweights!

You can make this setting enabled by default whenever you create a new project by enabling it in a new project and going to "File>Defaults>Save Startup File"

We were supposed to shoot something else on this day, plans got delayed and I reached out to Desertfreak and Desi who did the makeup to see if they were still down to shoot, if not the original plan, something else. Right before we started shooting I felt my confidence and inspiration completely drain from me, I secretly begged for everyone to cancel, I cursed myself for having pushed ahead with a shoot. Once we started shooting however I found that we were putting some great stuff together, for not having a strong plan I felt like this work made on the fly was really stunning. This shoot led us to what we did next together and as it turned out we’d shoot together three of my last four shoots this year.

The thing that pissed me off the most as a child was that for the longest time, the Trix didn't look like the Trix in my dreams. For awhile they looked like the Ancestors, and then they were random people, but in the dream I KNEW they were the Trix.

The day my brain started accurately character modelling them was the best day in my life.

It also pissed me off when my dream was boring AF, and I would stare at the sky (inwardly praying for the Trix to come down) so they can make the plot cool.

ONE TIME it worked, and Darcy came down from the sky and tried to kill me. In the dream, I was like "OMFG IT WORKED" and then yeah, she wanted me dead.

How do you thimk customizing an Omnitrix's cosmetics from the original model i.e color scheme like Billy or Albedo changes the aliens physical features and color scheme.

I know the users DNA plays a part but what If they customized it to be a green color scheme trix, would the alien's reflect that change?

Me personally, I think while the Omnitrix is attached to Ben and ties into his color scheme, the device itself is to reflect all. While a lot of the energy would match that of the Omnitrix and Ben’s scheme (in this case, green), the look and color scheme of the alien would be the standard, heathy version of that species, or “prime” sample as it’s often referred to. They can sometimes have qualities specific to Ben, but his forms are to represent those species at large.

Albedo might have the evolutionary function, but it’s not without it’s own bugs, hence his predicament and his aliens reflecting that. Billy’s is a copy of a copy, a step down in quality for the sake of “efficiency” with rapid transformations. Not only was it an aesthetic choice to make them look more like him and not a carbon copy of Ben’s forms, but to show there’s something “off” about them.

1. Which one is the better cook

Hands down Felicia. Trix' take on cooking is ration bars, protein shakes and roasting a rabbit on a stick like some kind of heathen. Felicia on the other hand really enjoys cooking and likes baking even more. Her meals aren't always perfect because she tends to get distracted during the process but they are warm, filling and most importantly made with love!

4. What they do on date night

Date night really depends on who is planning the date. If it's Trix than it's more often than not something outdoorsy like going on a hike or swimming in a lake or a picnic (personally I would not survive dating Trix OTL). Felicia is always excited for those dates because she's an active person and it's a nice change of pace to being stuck in her workshop for too long. Also, Trix dates always feel like an adventure! One time she even prepared a treassure hunt, it was so thoughtful and exciting! <- Felicia gushing about her girlfriend because she's a simp LOL

Felicia goes more into traditional date territory. Movie night, aquarium visits, going shopping. Actually Felicia drags Trix shopping a lot even though Trix really isn't interested in clothes. However she likes watching Felicia happily window shop and admiring her girlfriend while she models pretty clothes is never a hardship, so Trix will tag along and make a game of how many shopping bags she can carry.

6. How they decorated their bedroom

Their bedroom is a funny mix of cutesy girly bright (all of Felicia's influence) and "what the fuck why are there so many weapons??" (they are both responsible for that lmaoo).

They painted the walls a nice sunshine yellow because Trix vetoed hot pink ("Babe, I love you but I can't deal with so much pink in my personal space."), so Felicia suggested yellow as an alternative because she wanted a bright colour and it "would match your eyes, Trixie!" So while Trix blushed at the reasoning, they picked up the yellow paint afterwards.

Otherwise there are a lot of plushies, pillows and blankets because Felicia is a bit of a hoarder and likes soft things. They also have a gigantic wardrobe to fit a lot of Felicia's clothes.

Trix honestly doesn't provide much when it comes to decoration because she's pretty minimalistic but she insisted on a big bed and a weapon stands. There are a lot of knives scattered across the bedroom because of Trix but Felicia also adds to the weapon's stash because she's a blacksmith who likes testing out her own work so she's proficient in several weapons as well. Naturally, there's a special place for Bettsy - Felicia's hammer - in the bedroom because Bettsy deserves only the best!

I'm kinda hoping that the designers ear what the fans want, they said is the not the final product so i think there is still hope(especially after the Trix desings being so loved by the fandom because they'are improvements of their old designs

it is truly insane to me that the fairy forms dont look sparkly

i really wish they wouldnt do the skintight spandex look for the winx. it works for the trix outfits which i think is why the response to them was so much more positive, but that kind of athletic material looks so bad for a fairy

i get that its easier and thats why miraculous does it too, but it looks BAD and winx needs to have good outfits. why even start over if youre just going to make the same mistakes

i honestly think people would be totally fine with the models if they just put more effort into the clothing.

In terms of fashion Stormy outfits seemed like something fitting for a rave party if that makes sense. Based off names and powers one would think she’d wear darker and dull colored clothes like grey but instead most of her clothes come in shades of reds, purples, and dark pinks.

Like you said she’s often the one dressed more feminine compared to the others. Almost a rarity for her to wear pants. Stormy does whatever she wants she has no commitment to the theme her hairstyle is enough. (I don’t blame her that hair take a lot of effort let her wear a cute crop top and miniskirt)

Icy always goes for light blue outfits fitting for someone who’s powers revolve around ice. My girl is completely committed to her theme I love that.

Darcy choice of clothing is the least standoutish. She actually has a wide range of clothing tho she mostly prefers anything purple on average. She’s often the one who prefers pants. I often like to say she could be a member of the Spice Girls

yeah that's the exact breakdown of it imo

rave party is actually a pretty good comparison, especially with the wraps and ribbons. but yeah, her powers might be storms but that doesn't mean she's making it her whole personality, the hair really IS enough. anon i'm laughing at the mental image of her just being done with her contribution to the team aesthetic after having to bother with her hair every day and deciding she has a free pass to do whatever she wants to with the rest of the style

which i mean yeah good for her. i definitely think it's much funnier that the Trix have real contradictions in their designs. like, if Stormy actually modeled her whole style after her power that would tell us absolutely nothing about her. but given that she's so dedicated to a personal style that completely clashes with her powers it actually does say a lot

either she Really doesn't like witch fashion and is dying on her summer vibe hill AND/OR she's just so stubborn she won't change her personal style for anything on principle. which are both equally strong characterization beats as well as kind of funny

and Icy really is committed isn't she. the thing is i don't think anyone would even call Icy out for rocking light blue to the witch convention because it just looks that good on her. it's the hair, would be kind of criminal if she didn't lean into it

actually curious as well that there's not more characters in universe that have hair That striking. because even with fantasy hair colours clearly being a thing, she's still the only one rocking hair that white. she'd really stand out in any crowd. insane if she Wouldn't lean into it, really, that's her Brand

and totally Darcy is the one who blends with crowds the best. which i actually really like since it clearly reflects her personality as well. the same way Stormy is stubborn and unwilling to compromise her style for whatever situation she's in, and Icy clearly embraces standing out in any crowd and even adds to it intentionally, Darcy is the best at adapting and blending into the background when she wants to

especially in the early seasons when she even uses that approach to fighting as well, disappearing and reappearing when and where she isn't expected. or just using her actual manipulation skills and acting

i just really like that they clearly put thought into their styles given how well they mirror their actual characterization. also love that they all have entirely different approaches to fashion, it makes them look sm more interesting as a group

Tips with Trix #2

In Pose Mode on Blender, you can create color-coded groups of bones to easily make selections and make it easier visually to distinguish bones!

This can be done in Pose Mode by going to Armature and going to Bone Groups

Here you can create/remove new bone groups by clicking the + or - to assign a set of bones to a group, select all the bones you want, and click Assign with the group you want them added to highlighted. Typically, I keep the main rig that VRChat uses in one bone group, and group bones by what they're for. It makes it easier to edit and select a bunch of bones at once by selecting Select.

You can also assign colors by clicking the color dropdown and choosing whichever color set you like the most. You can also choose Custom Color Set to create your own preferred colors.

Note: These will only be saved in your .blend file! If you export the model and import it again, it'll lose its bone groups.
