listen up !!
i’ve seen a lot of posts on here about low-cal / safe fast food options, but here’s some info for places i usually don’t see on lists like those.
Wawa
ok so idk if Wawa is just a new jersey thing or not, but for those of you who don’t know what it is, it’s a convenience store chain that has essentially everything under the sun. they have plenty of packaged foods already so you can always find something safe, but here’s a list of prepared foods that i find safe (and you probably will too :D)
2-chicken-strip kid’s meal (160) (personal fav)
roast beef junior kid’s meal (80)
roasted chicken kid’s meal (80)
hash brown (140)
small chicken noodle soup (130)
small italian wedding soup (190)

i recommend checking the nutrition facts on the website for all the ingredients cuz it’s more of a build-your-own type of place. here’s my orders if u wanna copy them lol:
stir-fry: brown rice, roasted shrimp, bell peppers, carrots, edamame, mushrooms, scallions (total 194)
honeybar: vanilla yogurt, wildflower honey, grapes, strawberries, brownie crumbles (total 135)
a piece of the herbed focaccia bread is 150 btw !!
Playa Bowls
we have a lot of these around here and they seem super healthy BUT i checked and the premade bowls often have wayyy too many calories GAAHHH
so here’s my order:
green base (190)
strawberries (20)
cinnamon (0)

total: 220
IKEA
after a long day of running around between the furniture, a snack is probably beneficial (unfortunately the swedish meatballs aren’t safe for me :’3)
here’s what is safe, tho ^^
from the restaurant:
chicken vegetable soup with rice (90)

from the bistro:
kids vanilla soft serve (125)
kids strawberry soft serve (probably safe but i forgot the cals o_O)
stuff you can buy for later:
pretty much any of the gummies (my favs are the pink heart-shaped ones (16/gummy), the cola moose ones (17/gummy), and the pink ice cream ones (13/gummy)

prepackaged veggie hot dogs (i forgot the cal number oops)

I know peanut butter is like 95% of this community's top fear food but listen
I've found that if you have just one teaspoon (more precisely 10 grams which is ~65 kcal depending on the brand) with something low ç@l like an apple it keeps you full for absolutely hours
whereas if you just have the apple on its own you're hungry again in like 30 minutes and it's the kind of hunger that comes back with a fucking vengeance
think of it as investing 65 kç@l to save yourself like 650

hii on your most recent post, you said your thighs got skinnier. what kind of things/ exercises were u doing?
Hullooo! uh yeah, I've been doing this workout it makes ur thighs burn and really sore for a while but I've found that I've gotten used to it and it is much easier to do but it works really well!!
I've also eaten a lot less as well so that could be it.
Hopefully, that helps!!! :DDDD

what would your #1 tip be to anyone just starting to get into 3D modeling? anything you wish you knew when you first started out?
HMMMMMM ITS REALLY HARD TO SAY, theres alot of things I wish I knew early on in my modeling journey.... I think one of the biggest tips is SAVE SAVE SAVE!!! Straight up, sometimes blender might be too heavy and you just need to make sure youre saving
Another is to utilize the slide tool

This essentially slides your edges/vertices along the model which is SOOOOO nice when you have to move the loop without fucking up the overall silhouette of the model, I learned this like... over a year and a half later and I swear to god I wish I knew about this WAYYY sooner
Another thing is to always look at the work of others, I love to go onto sketchfab and study people's models, especially their wire frame which is nice when you're starting out and your mesh is looking like this (i had to pull up an old model for this lol)

DONT BE DISCOURAGE IS IT DOES LOOK LIKE THIS OFC, EVERYONE STARTS OUT NOT KNOWING HOW TO OPTIMIZE, that is the beauty of 3D work IMO

♡ Tips for hunger ♡
εїз Feelings of hunger often come in waves and they generally don’t last more than 15 or 20 minutes.Typically if you wait it out it passes.
εїз I like sleep a lot although it was a good number of fasts before I could easily sleep.
εїз Exercise can help, sometimes a lot. Some squats, push-ups or even up and down some stairs.
εїз Brushing your teeth and tongue can suppress appetite without food. The minty taste of toothpaste discourages most people from eating.
εїз Drink a full glass of water before you eat and then sip a full glass between bites, you'll get full much faster. Remember it takes 20 minutes for the brain to realize the stomach is full.
εїз Eat denser food because it feels like more. Light and fluffy foods compact in your digestive tract and you will feel hungry soon after.
εїз Never eat anything bigger than about a cup, your stomach will expand and you'll get hungry more.
εїз An orange or grapefruit a day helps appetite away.Research suggests that     low-calorie plant foods that are rich in soluble fiber,like oranges and grapefruit,help us feel fuller faster and keep blood sugars steady.This can translate into better appetite control.      
εїз Carbonated water can be a GREAT help when you are feeling hungry during a fast. Any plain carbonated water or 0 calorie sweetened carbonated waters are safe to drink while fasting carbonated water can make you feel more full than regular water because it contains carbon dioxide! Carbon dioxide fills up your tummy super fast and can really help if you are having intense food cravings!
εїз Chewing gum is a LAST RESORT! If you really need the FEEL of eating something, sugar free gum would be your best option without breaking your fast. The reason I say this should be a last resort is because although it may satisfy your hunger temporarily, gum can actually make you feel MORE hungry later on in your fast. This is because you are giving your body the sensation of chewing, so your body thinks you are going to be getting food soon.
