Payne's rhetoric combines elements of ancient religious texts with modern-day apocalypticism, creating a potent and deadly doctrine.

Known Crimes: Orchestrating ritualistic murders, planning and executing arson attacks on properties believed to be profane or opposing the cult, and conspiracy to eliminate perceived enemies.

Psychological Profile: Displays traits of narcissistic personality disorder and delusions of grandeur. Highly manipulative and persuasive, capable of inciting extreme acts of violence among his followers.

Elizabeth "Bunny" Payne (Recruiter):

Age: 23

Description: Elizabeth, known as "Bunny" within the cult, is noted for her striking beauty and lethal nature. She plays a pivotal role in recruiting young women into the cult, referred to as "Handmaidens." These recruits are often indoctrinated through a combination of psychological manipulation and narcotics.

Known Crimes: Direct involvement in ritualistic killings, procurement and administration of narcotics to recruits, and participation in ceremonies involving necrophilic practices.

Psychological Profile: Exhibits sociopathic tendencies, with a noted lack of empathy and high levels of sadism. Uses her appearance and charm to manipulate and recruit new members into the cult.

Ezekiel Payne (Enforcer):

Age: 34

Description: Ezekiel is the eldest of the Payne siblings, notable for his immense physical strength and significant deformities. His development has been arrested, leaving him with the cognitive abilities of a young child. Despite this, he is fiercely loyal to his siblings and follows their orders without question.

Known Crimes: Directly responsible for the deaths of five Bureau agents, as well as multiple civilians. Frequently involved in the abduction of individuals for ritual sacrifice and uses his strength to enforce compliance and discipline within the cult.

Psychological Profile: Diagnosed with arrested development. Intelligence comparable to a child aged 5-7. Extremely suggestible and obedient to Sullivan and Elizabeth. Shows a propensity for violence when directed.

Conclusion:

The Payne siblings are considered extremely dangerous and pose a significant threat to public safety. Efforts to apprehend and prosecute these individuals are ongoing, with a multi-agency task force dedicated to dismantling the New Testament of Cain and bringing its leaders to justice. Any information regarding their whereabouts should be reported to the nearest FBI field office immediately.

My favorite one for the The Sims 4 is the Decades Challenge. You play from the 1890s to the 2010s, dressing the part and following the rules. It’s fun to find custom content for the challenge.

I’m coming up to the 70s in my decades challenge so I decided to make a lookbook with some of my favourite pieces. I love 70s fashion so I tried my hardest to find pieces with funky patterns, crochet/knit effects and of course turtlenecks.

A CC-free, 1970s inspired house in the Hollywood Hills

While I would love to have a piece of CC to thank all of you wonderful people, that’s a bit beyond my skill set, so I made this detailed, vintage build that can hopefully be used by historical and modern players alike. It’s designed in a 1970s style, with lots of vintage features like stone walls, blue carpet, and a basement den. I tried to make it as accurate as possible without using any CC, so that it can be downloaded more easily.

Built high in the hills of The Pinnacles, almost every room has a view of Del Sol Valley below. Designed around a central atrium, a huge balcony, and an entire level wrapped around the pool, it’s the pinnacle of outdoor/indoor living and the perfect place to host the 1970s parties of your dreams.

Feel free to modernize it (avocado green bathrooms aren’t for everyone, I know 👀), play in it, post it, whatever you feel like! Just tag me if you do ever use it because l would love to see.

Summer Lynn

Backstory: Summer Lynn grew up in a broken home, with absent parents and a lack of stability in her life. Seeking a sense of belonging and purpose, she was easily swayed by the promises of love and acceptance offered by the cult.

Reason for Recruitment: Sullivan Payne preyed on Summer Lynn's longing for a family, manipulating her with false promises of a new, loving family within the cult. She joined seeking the familial bond she never had.

Ember Jean:

Backstory: Ember Jean, a prodigious intellect with a genius-level IQ, felt deeply misunderstood and intellectually stifled by her family and peers. Seeking an outlet for her brilliance, she gravitated towards the counterculture of the 1970s, where she believed she could find true intellectual companionship.

Reason for Recruitment: Elizabeth Payne, recognizing Ember Jean's exceptional intelligence and longing for intellectual stimulation, appealed to her intellect. She promised Ember Jean a platform within the cult where her genius would be recognized and celebrated, offering her a community of like-minded individuals who could appreciate her unique intellect.

Seraphine "Sera" Leigh:

Backstory: Sera Leigh grew up in a strict and oppressive household, where her individuality was stifled. Seeking freedom and independence, she was drawn to the cult's promises of liberation and self-discovery.

Reason for Recruitment: Sullivan Payne saw in Sera Leigh a desire for freedom and used it to manipulate her into joining the cult. He promised her a life of adventure and exploration, free from the constraints of her upbringing.

Willow Moon:

Backstory: Willow Moon was a dreamer, always searching for something more in life. Feeling disconnected from her family and peers, she was easily swayed by the cult's promises of enlightenment and spiritual fulfillment.

Reason for Recruitment: Elizabeth Payne recognized Willow Moon's longing for meaning and purpose. She offered Willow Moon a path to spiritual enlightenment and a community where she could finally feel like she belonged.

Clover Sue:

Backstory: Clover Sue grew up in a dysfunctional family environment, where she never felt loved or supported. Seeking love and acceptance, she was lured in by the cult's promises of a loving and supportive community.

Reason for Recruitment: Sullivan Payne preyed on Clover Sue's need for love and acceptance, promising her a family within the cult. He manipulated her into joining, where she found the sense of belonging she had always craved.

Conclusion:

The Handmaidens, though lost and abandoned by their families, have found a sense of belonging and purpose within the New Testament of Cain cult. They are considered to be extremely dangerous and should not be underestimated. Efforts to apprehend them are ongoing, and any information regarding their whereabouts should be reported to the nearest FBI field office immediately.

The Zamora Family

Another CC free family for the gallery to serve as townies in your decades challenge if you’d like.

The Zamoras are a Cuban-American family in the 1970s. The family consists of Rafael and Bianca and their twin toddlers Susana and Miguel.
