helluva boss redesigns. i made these a year ago so i cant completely remember my thought process on them, what i Do remember is my ideas for them

blitzo: (currently not renamed) grew up in the circus and still looks back on it fondly, hence his clothing. hes been not only declawed, but the light markings on his fur and horns indicate severe injury. hes not aggressive but he is very fidgety and overexcited, and does not think ahead, which always worries his coworkers. hes also very quick to try finding the "positives" in every scenario, and refuses to accept the downsides. the stress of being a tiny little imp trying to make a living through his assassin job is getting to him. he loves his big wolf daughter also. he loves her a lot. shes pretty much all he has

loona: The Wolf Daughter. renamed Ariel, shes a hellhound with albinism and was adopted by an imp, who arent so respected in hell due to their status and size. asides from her insecurities with not fitting in anywhere, and her teen angst behavior, she is successful in finding few friends and forming an indie rock band titled "Discord". yes she plays the bass. ariel cant say shes not grateful for everything her dad gives her and respects his commitment to his job, but she is a little embarrassed by him. she feels bad that shes ashamed of him, honestly

millie: renamed mimi for now. your average country girl imp. she plays a mean banjo. shes the heart of the I.M.P team and tries to keep everyone in good spirits. shes not above doing dirty work to get by, so being an assassin is more or less her true calling. it was better than her job in the mafia anyways. after meeting her husband, she began to realize she has extreme difficulty showing love in ways other than through service acts, as shes usually closed off emotionally. growing up in a big family, she wasnt given enough attention to really understand love. shes very grounded and a quick thinker, especially in tense situations

moxxie: (also not renamed yet) the actual realist of the team, aka nerd, and the strategist/planner/financial advisor/etc. his dad is a mafia boss, so although he left him many years ago, he also learned a lot from him. and also became extremely anxious and a huge perfectionist over executing any plans. but i mean, who wouldnt still be scared shitless over just about everything due to growing up like that, especially over their dad whos still actively looking for them anyways, even though their mom has tried keeping them from him multiple times until she disappeared, and he eloped with another previous member of the mafia, so now Shes in danger too, etc etc

(moxxie best character so he didnt get any severe changes btw)

I wish Helluva Boss was written by ANYONE other than Viv, bc truly I DO want to see more media tackle male victims of female perpetrators of abuse. It's an important topic to cover, esp when it comes to queer victims of women, but Viv is just.... she just doesn't know what abuse truly looks like, and she doesn't understand how her characters come off.

Male victims deserve better representation than this, and I'm so fucking upset that Viv has one of the most popular shows that tackles that topic, because it's so incredibly poorly done.

Just because I was bored, I watched the new HB episode and I really don't like how Blitz was framed in the wrong for standing up to Stolas.

Stolas just saw Blitz as a sex toy and nothing else. I'd be wary if the rich guy I was forced to fuck was suddenly developing feelings for me.

And why should Blitz have feelings for Stolas? Blitz is forced to have sex with Stolas for the one thing to keep his business afloat, and Stolas saying that "this transactional thing is not right" BITCH YOU WERE THE ONE WHO MADE IT IN THE FIRST PLACE

Blitz was rightfully calling out Stolas for his behavior, but no he's the bad guy for treating the owl boy like shit.

Both the fandom and the show villainize Blitz and woobify Stolas.

Stolas forced the deal to happen (when Blitz was in danger and STOLAS KNEW IT) not to mention Blitz only agreed to get Stolas to shut up because Blitz was gonna get killed.

I just find that gross and it doesn't sit right with me.

But I genuinely don't think I'm into Hazbin Hotel or Helluva Boss anymore. Over the years, I've found myself unable to enjoy both things which is a shame because I loved these things, I liked the world it created, I liked the stories, the characters, the cast and crew behind these things. I loved Alex Brightman as Adam, I loved Blake Roman playing Angel Dust, I loved that Keith David plays Husk so this genuinely hurts me that something I used to love I (think) have fallen out of love with and it sucks.

But as I've found out more about the awful stuff Vivziepop has done, I was just straight up speechless and I didn't know what to think about her actions.

Admittedly as much as I enjoyed the Helluva Boss episode "Oops" I felt like the Sex jokes and swearing felt so.. forced into there. It's like Vivzie can't go two seconds without having one of her characters swear or make a sex joke. I felt like the scene where Angel got ***** really could have been replaced by another scene and also that type of stuff makes me very uncomfortable.

I might still interact with both shows from time to time, but other than that I don't see myself getting into either things again. (Maybe only the Redesigns and rewrites of both shows again idk yet).

But again.. I'm sorry.

I've moved on to other things that I liked (especially the Newgrounds British show about those 4 guys that have my damn brain in a chokehold ever since Elementary school) because I've simply found them more well written and more enjoyable than HH and HB.

Soo... Yeah. Idk what else to write here other than I'm sorry for no longer liking these shows.

stolas regresses from anywhere to 5-12. usually he regresses younger

when blitzø first finds out about stolas age regressing, he spent hours up at night researching regression and what to do with him

blitzø loves planning crafting and diy playdates and activities for stolas. they're easy to set up and usually pretty cheap so they work out really well for the both of them

stolas can be a bit fussy, especially if he doesn't get a nap or bottle on time, but blitzø knows just how to soothe him

stolas gets really self conscious of how much bigger he is than blitzø but blitzø finds plenty of ways to still make him feel little (he lets stolas be the little spoon, he stands up on the counters or couch during playtime, he uses his tail to help hold things up)

stolas is very much allowed to throw tantrums, be fussy, use bad words, etc. blitzø doesn't want to force him to act a certain way, he wants stolas to feel safe and free being little

once blitzø gets used to caregiving he is a very doting and loving caregiver, kind of like how he is loona

stolas doesn't really like viewing blitzø as a father figure, he likes to view him more as a caring boyfriend or a knight in shining armor

honestly let see how im far ranting about simba to spiting stolas, okey first stolas doesn't had sense of responsibility and he literally used heirloom for blackmailing hus affair partner despite it for his daughter, stolas constantly playing victim despite he literally coerced his affair partner into sexual relationship which full moon deal and he also constantly disrespected his affair partner boundaries especially in loo loo lands episodes. But simba hasn't processing his own griefs properly that caused him to having uncontrollable temper and unjustly hatred for outsider cub(referred to kovu and vitani mostly) because he convinced himself that they wasn't one of them but in the end he admitted that he was wrong for unjustly exiled kovu even apologize to his daughter. In conclusion is simba way more interesting and better character than stolas ever be
