Hey, just wanna share my silly Solar headcanons because he’s the best and I am totally normal about him

• Solar needs glasses. He just prefers to wear contact lenses. (If animatronics can even *be* blind that is)

• He struggles with sleep to the point of where he can’t sleep at night sometimes. Basically insomnia idk

• He found that old Twilight Sparkle sticker he mentioned that one time and keeps it to himself. Whenever he looks at it, he gets a little upset since it reminds him of Nexus somewhat

• He is severely touch starved. Like, if you hug him, he won’t know how to react, but once he’s returning it he won’t know how to let go or how he’s supposed to feel

• On the rare occasion that he can sleep, he occasionally has nightmares about Nexus killing his new family. It always ends with him waking up in tears

Okay less angsty ones now lol

• He’s still plotting revenge for when Lunar drop attacked him to this day lol

• He’s big on Pokémon. Moo—uh, Nexus, got him into it previously and now he’s hooked. He’s like one of those nerds that knows everything about the series

• Earth took him to the spa once and it was the best thing that he ever experienced. He goes with her every week now

• Those goggles stay on his head, he never takes them off

• He says he doesn’t care about shipping but deep down he hates it so much

I hope this isn’t too many of them, if it is sorry…

Do you have any headcanons about Jamie? Like her relationship with Janice or anything like that?

*chuckles and rubs my hands together* Oh, I have headcannons alright (and it was awesome I love Jamie and Rand sm!! They've got my opposites attract dynamic loving heart in their hands) this ended up a lot longer then I thought so I'll stick general headcannons at the top and then my thoughts on Jamie's and Janice's bond at the bottom! I discussed some of these ideas with @teds-topia who also writes Muppet works on AO3!

General Headcannons:

-I can't remember if this was said in the series but to me if felt like it was implied, Jamie is the younger twin

-Unlike Janice, Jamie's voice is very clear, she lacks that laid back, hippy drawl to her tone Janice has. She only ever sounds like that when she's drunk

-Jamie, as opposed to Janice, isn't much of a social butterfly. She's happy to add to a conversation if she feels like she can contribute something to it, but overall, she's a very driven, work focused person (picture S1 Twilight from MLP)

-Also unlike Janice, Jamie has a very straight laced job in marketing. She's a fine worker and quickly rose to the head of her department, she runs a tight ship but is actually quite fond of her work team and her job

-Despite her being the head of her department she's a very accepting person. When they where in school Jamie was one of the few who totally accepted Janice's hobbies, so she's pretty unphased by things others would consider weird or bizarre

-Always dresses very smartly, often in a blazer

-Jamie also has the ability to detect lies, however she is not allergic to them like Janice (Jamie still questions if one can actually be allergic to lies or not-)

-Can do large calculations without the need of a calculator

-She loves desk plants and is the type to give them all names. She's also heard that talking to plants can help them grow, but she gets very flustered when her co-workers overhear her quietly whispering words of encouragement to her cactus

-Since she works in marketing she can sometimes, unintentionally, come off as a little intense

-She doesn't like Floyd, it's not that she hates him, she just really, really, really, really dislikes him. She often feels awkward around him and is unsure of what to say so avoids him for both of their sakes. She also doesn't hold her tongue when she is forced to talk with Floyd, unlike Janice who often tries to see the good in every situation. Floyd tries to be nice, he's one of the few that knows of Janice having a sister, and he knows Janice misses Jamie deeply.

-She keeps an old picture in her wallet of her and Janice when they where younger

-While she does like to eat healthy like Janice Jamie isn't opposed to eating cheap microwave food or snacking on cold lasagne

-She likes routine and order, her parents never-ending support sort of back fired and it gave Jamie a strong people pleasing attitude, so when things change and she doesn't know how they'll end or how people will feel about her afterwards so she shy's away

-Behind her facade of professionalism she's actually a rather nervous, dorky individual. She enjoys documentaries on the rainforest, treating herself to an at-home spa day, going to zoo's and awing at the koala's and interior decorating

Jamie's and Janice's relationship:

-Janice and Jamie where born to two very normal, average, if a little dull and strict at times, parents. They both worked your typical 9-5 jobs with their mother taking on less hours after Janice and Jamie where born

-They where a lot closer as kids, in primary school they loved pulling the prank of pretending to be each other, confusing their poor teachers. All harmless fun, they never got into any real trouble (aside from the few times they snuck frogs and wild mice into school in their pockets). It was when the two entered their teens and went into secondary school did their bond hit a bump in the road

-Janice was a friendly student. She was bright, got along well with her teachers, and was totally unphased by classroom bullies (or so she let them believe)...but she wasn't the brightest bulb. Janice did very poorly with her grades, only really excelling in art and music. Jamie on the other hand, was very good academically! She was considered the "teachers pet". However, where Jamie excelled in her learning, she sort of sucked at making friends, preferring to instead keep to herself or shuffle behind her sister who was always the better one with talking (best way to imagine Jamie in school would be S1 Twilight from MLP)

-With Jamie being the nerdy kid with no actual friends she grew up very lonely in her later years at school, and clung to Janice fiercely. Jamie would always, always shut bullies down if she heard them muttering about her sister, she would always help Janice with her studying and try to phrase their studying material in a way she'd understand, she'd always support Janice and her weird fascination with crystals (Jamie didn't really understand Janice and her unusual hobbies relating to crystals, aurora readings and yoga, but Janice was happy and that's what mattered to her). Janice was Jamie's confidence boost, her rock to lean on and shield to hide behind when social stuff got too much, and in turn, Janice turned to Jamie first when it came to help with her homework, or to gossip about the newest energy reading she'd picked up from the new student that joined

-Years go by, Jamie graduates with high grades while Janice barely scrapped by. Over the years of the two being in school their parents ended up pushing Jamie a lot. Janice insisted her talents simply lied else where, which her parents took as her being dismissive of her studies. Janice's and Jamie's parents weren't cruel, but Janice never felt truly understood at home (it's referenced in some of the muppet movies that Janice's mum in particular often disagreed with her way of living). Naturally, their disappointment and frustration at Janice only turned into a reason to push Jamie to achieve high grades

-Jamie did genuinely want Janice to be happy, but she also wanted her sister to...well, get an actual job that paid in something other then "good vibes". Sure her crystals looked nice, and Jamie was glad they made Janice happy, but aurora readings and trapping negative vibes in crystals wouldn't pay bills. So, Janice gets a job, she bounces around a few but eventually settles into a groove of working in a hair saloon. Jamie goes off to have some high paying job, their parents couldn't be prouder! But Janice is not happy, in fact, she's utterly, down right miserable. In a spur of the moment like situation Janice quits her job and declares she's leaving to find her destiny, it didn't exactly go down well at dinner with their parents.

-Janice packs her things in a huff and despite Jamie pleading for Janice to not leave, to not go, to please just stay and they can talk this whole thing over and have a good laugh tomorrow if she'd just stay, Janice insists she's going. Both of them where emotional and may have said some hurtful things, things that neither of them really meant. (side note Jamie totally didn't spend the following weeks sick with worry, totally didn't buy some crystals meant to wish good luck to loved ones in hopes Janice would be okay and come home-). Jamie felt like Janice leaving her alone and that made Jamie scared, and Janice felt like Jamie was just siding with their parents by not believing in her

-This idea was discussed with @teds-topia: Years go by where the two don't talk but life eventually leads to the two sister bumping into each other when they're young adults, when Janice and the band are passing through Janice's home town. By some coincidence, Jamie happened to be in town for work, and the two end up wondering into each other. After their shock and unsure greetings, the two begin to relax, just a smidge, and talk about how life has been treating them. Jamie admits she's very happy to see Janice, glad that she's home, glad that Janice has come back and they can make up and be sisters again

But no, Janice happily tells her that she's joined a band, that they're just passing through for supplies, that she's on a spiritual journey discovering her calling. Isn't is wonderful Jamie?? Jamie does not thin it's wonderful, she thinks its stupid. Janice was just- just going to follow around a bunch of strangers around the world just for some dumb spiritual journey malarkey?! Jamie it crushed at the realisation that Janice really didn't come back for her, to say sorry. Janice is hurt that Jamie is being so rude and dismissive of her journey of growing. Another argument breaks out, the band beginning to awkwardly glance over at the commotion that sounds less than friendly, especially from their laid back, always happy Janice

The two sisters storm off with a huff, Janice unnaturally grumpy for the rest of the ride on the road. When Jamie gets home she promptly screams into the nearest pillow she can grab, then kicked the door and bruised her foot. She swears up and down that she is thoroughly done with Janice! To hell with Janice and her stupid soul growing journey. So what if she wanted to travel to god-knows-where with a buncha weird strangers she barely knew, if things went south it was gonna be her fault! She didn't need Janice anyway, hpmh! (Jamie still keeps that picture of her and Janice from when they where kids, often finding herself staring at it in thought when she's feeling lost herself, hoping that Janice is remembering to eat well and that she's doing okay, where-ever she is)

-I'm not too sure how these two eventually make up and become family again but I imagine it ended with the two gross sobbing and hugging

Rarity Vs Rainbow Dash...

In their third episode together, Rarity and Rainbow Dash are going to spend some time together. But Twilight wanted to show them as examples of friends being friends despite the differences. But when pressed to explain why, they couldn’t really come up with an answer. They were basically forced to explain why they like Apple Jacks if they don’t taste like apples. You’re welcome RariJack and AppleDash shippers.

So Twilight gets the brilliant idea of letting the students follow them during all this. So instead of them most likely settling on a spa day together, they were forced to try to do the other’s activities. Rarity doesn’t pay attention in Buckball. Rainbow Dash is bored during shopping. And when Gem Hunting Rainbow Dash’s hunt for treasure breaks the gems Rarity gathered. The day was so bad, they decided to stop being friends. Great job Twilight!

So it's up to Starlight to live up to her Guidance Counselor Deal to repair this friendship. Though honestly, it sounds more like a Marriage Counselor session with how they complain about each other. You’re welcome RariDash Shippers, wherever you guys are. Starlight got an idea though: let each of them read the other’s favorite book. Turns out it didn’t go so well.

Rarity found the action set pieces ridiculous and scolds Rainbow Dash when she reveals she didn’t finish her book. We later find out Rarity didn’t finish the book either, so she’s a Phony Pony Full of Baloney. Starlight sees the arguing get worse and goes to find help. When Starlight returns, she drags the two because Twilight needs help. Someone has “stolen” an artifact and she needs those two to work together. So it's tricking Rainbow Dash to learn a lesson again. This time with Rarity.

This leads to a series of events where they each are impressed by the other’s skill. Dash figuring out the bog was too deep. Rarity building a boat. Their combined efforts created the ultimate breath mint. Rainbow Dash flying Rarity up to help. Rarity showing lockpicking skills using a stiletto. And all this without them noticing the big door has the School of Friendship Symbol on it.

Which leads them into the School of Friendship and the reveal that this was all planned to give the two a kick in the pants to remember why they’re friends. And Twilight uses this to show that you can be friends even if you don’t have a lot of things in common. Fun episode and unlike the previous two has a perfect balance of Rainbow Dash and Rarity.

Sonic Rainboom was more focused on Rainbow Dash’s story with her having stage fright while Rarity makes it worse. Rarity Investigates lives up to the title as Rarity investigates trying to prove Rainbow Dash innocent. This time, they have a conflict and the two have to work together to resolve it. They also get to bounce off each other in both a positive and negative light, showing just how much range the two can have if put to the test.

My Little Pony: Micro Series Part 3/10: Rarity Summary

Note this is a summary of what happened in the comic the only parts I will be going over are the important parts. I am doing this because these comics are hard to find and I wish to spread it to all MLP fans. And yes, this is official and Canon.

Rarity's friends congratulate her for her successful fashion show. Rarity appreciates their praise and is pleased that such a tiring day is over, but she says it was just a warm-up for the upcoming Canterlot Fashion Extravaganza. The rest of the Mane Six look forward to the after party, but Rarity tells them to go along without her, wanting to do some last-minute preparations for the extravaganza.

A few hours later, Rarity is so exhausted by the time she arrives at the after party that she collapses from fatigue. Her friends insist she's working too hard, and Applejack remembers seeing an ad in a newsletter about a special spa. The next morning, Rarity packs her bags for a week away at "Flax & Wheat's New Age All-Natural Wellness Center", and her valet soon arrives: Flax Seed, a peculiar, scruffy-looking fellow and co-owner of the Wellness Center.

After a bumpy cart ride, Rarity and Flax Seed arrive at the spa (which more closely resembles a farm) and Rarity meets the other co-owner Wheat Grass. When Rarity comments on the rundown state of the spa, Wheat Grass becomes nervous and explains that they're "renovating". Nonetheless, with a week of pampering and relaxation to look forward to, Rarity takes her temporary living conditions in stride.

Unfortunately, Rarity finds herself having to acclimate to Flax and Wheat's hippie-like lifestyle: a rooster wakes her up at 6 in the morning, and what she believes to be spa treatments turns out to be "rejuvenating" work in the fields. After a long day of labor, Rarity is gifted with an all-natural beauty product as thanks for her help.

After 2 more days of manual labor, Rarity becomes fed up and goes to demand a refund from Flax Seed and Wheat Grass. The two nervously admit they already spent the bits Rarity paid. Eventually, Wheat Grass confesses to Rarity that, because of a terrible deal they made with Flim and Flam, they're about to lose the farm to Filthy Rich's Barnyard Bargains.

Upon learning their reasons for opening the Wellness Center, Rarity feels sorry for Flax and Wheat and decides to help them. She uses her business acumen to reinvent the Wellness Center, from streamlining their bottling process to adjusting how much they charge for their product to marketing. They wait for a customer to come, but their only visitor is NONE OTHER THAN DERPY HOOVES. Rarity comes up with a new idea and tells the Wellness Center family to pack everything up for Canterlot.

Some time later, Flax Seed and Wheat Grass's "Goops for Stuff" is a huge hit among Canterlot's social elite. The two thank Rarity for everything she's done, having made enough bits to save the farm several times over, and Rarity is happy for them. As Flax mingles with such personalities like Photo Finish and Hoity Toity, Twilight Sparkle tells Spike to take a letter for Princess Celestia, EVEN THOUGH SHE'S STANDING A LITTLE OVER 40 FEET AWAY FROM THEM.

Later Celestia reads Twilight's letter wondering why Twilight and her friends didn't just tell it to her in person.

Well that's not all in a bonus 2 page story, Hayseed Turnip Truck recalls when he first met Rarity and fell in love with her. During their first meeting, he accidentally spills paint on her. Hayseed decides to become the kind of pony that Rarity could respect and love, and he moves to Canterlot. One year later, he meets up with Rarity again and embarrasses her in front of Jet Set and Upper Crust.

In present day, Hayseed is now the CEO of his own company. He tries approaching Rarity yet again with a bouquet of flowers, but Spike tells him she has a fiance. Hayseed is heartbroken, and Spike goes to give Rarity the flowers.

The End...

Straud - Spring 3

Good morning from Forgotten Hollow, where the nerds seem to gather for some scouting activity on a regular basis. It messes a little with the ambience of the place, seeing these guys running around in their dorky uniforms, but Lilith mostly ignores them as she chews on the postman for breakfast.

Inside, Vlad continues to spend a lot of time on the piano. He's long since maxed his skill and is now writing music, which takes such an absurdly long amount of time that the only successful songwriters in the Sims must be immortal, or they'd never live long enough to finish a song. Inspired once again by Twilight, his first creative attempt is called "Lilith's Song".

After all, she's certainly his muse these days.

Salim, meanwhile, continues to put in the work on his novels. He writes in the fantasy genre and I name all his books after existing vampire works. I think this chapter he was working his way through Darren Shan's vampire series, which is a surprisingly dark kid's series I used to love.

Our vampire family are a kind of polycule these days. I mentioned before that Lilith isn't monogamous, and while I don't have Lovestruck because it sounds like it can really mess with how relationships work in a frustrating way and because EA increased the price to SEVENTY NZ DOLLARS per expansion, but I do appreciate the new tweaks to jealousy that make these kinds of relationships possible. Salim is happy to take a break from writing for a little mutual stress relief.

And while Vlad and Salim aren't romantically involved, at least yet, they are increasingly close friends. Vlad spends a lot of time mentoring Salim in vampire skills, but they're also regular chess partners (Lilith's active lifestyle precludes her from sitting still long enough to finish a game).

Nothing like a snack of Eliza Pancakes after chess. Eliza is another Sim, like John Woods and both Nancy and Geoffrey Landgraab, who likes to wander through Forgotten Hollow at night.

As for vampire training, Vlad isn't the only one helping Salim out. He and Lilith enjoy sparring regularly, with Lilith always winning but Salim enjoying himself nonetheless.

Vlad, what are you wearing? I'm sure I didn't give you that alarming combination. Salim consults him for advice before heading out on the town.

It's easy for the vampires to end up spending all their time at home. The mansion has everything they could need and their relationships with each other are much less challenging than building relationships with non-vampire Sims, who seem scared or disgusted by them in many cases. Nonetheless, Salim makes an effort to head out to the spa in Newcrest.

This was about when I realised his swimwear includes a corsage pinned directly to his skin. Ouch. A woman at the spa is ambivalent in response to his flirting, but at least isn't horrified by his dark form.

He's then contacted by someone he met before joining the Straud household. I've forgotten her name, but she asked Salim on a date and they head out to the Bluffs. This was a mistake, there's no lighting and I cannot see what they are doing. I fumble around until I find the bonfire and get them to light it, but that's all they manage to do. Still, Salim seems to have a nice time.

As do Lilith and Vlad, back home.

Lilith also needs to get out of the house for a while, so after a quick meal (Nancy Landgraab, best friend Johnny's estranged snob of a mother, is a pleasing choice all round) she head to the city.

It's time she and Vlad meet her nephews! Angela, her sister, gave birth to twin boys, Lucas and Wyatt, in between winter and spring. They're now cute, blue-eyed infants, and happily seem unphased by their vampire family members.

Well, maybe a little phased. Lucas looks somewhat wary here! But Lilith enjoys getting to know the boys a little, and naturally adding them to the list of Sims firmly under her protection.

Angela isn't there when Lilith drops around, because apparently she's out at the Stargazer, where Salim has headed to continue to meet new people. Octavia Moon, although a celebrity, is surprisingly receptive to getting to know Salim.

When Salim gets home, he brings a surprisingly lurker with them. I like Caleb Vatore a lot, but he's not the type of vampire this household has much of an affinity with. They ignore him.

There's all sorts of chaos keeping them distracted, anyway. At some point this random woman, who turns out to be a mermaid, drops by. Salim flirts with her while Lilith flirts with Grim during the Reaper event.

It's Vlad who really sweeps her off her feet, though.

And Salim does occasionally take some time, between dates and flirtations, to do some work.

While Lilith's other main hobby, upgrading everything in the house, continues in the background.

And that brings us to the end of Spring for the Straud household. It was a bit of a weird one - lots of getting out and about for Salim though, which was good, while Lilith and Straud continued to be all over each other. They're a fun low pressure household to play since they're all immortal - no hurry to get anything done!

Sadboi's Incredibly Strange Multifandom Adventure - Chapter 17: Dark Matter Returns

Sadboi decided that the next universe to visit would be the one of Kirby. Sadboi had always found the laid-back yet adventurous -- and sometimes horror-like -- tone of Dream Land very alluring, and it was also home to her favorite character: Meta Knight. Of course, her group was very familiar with the plushie of him that Sadboi would always carry around, but the thought of actually meeting him put butterflies in her stomach -- in a good way, of course.

The group stepped through the portal and emerged in a lush, colorful world filled with floating islands. The sky was a canvas of pastel colors, and the air smelled faintly of freshly baked cookies. The sight of Waddle Dees wandering around in peace brought a smile to everyone's faces.

Sadboi took a look around to place their current location in the universe. "This place looks like Bubbly Clouds," she murmured, her voice a tone of excitement and awe.

"Bubbly Clouds!" Sponge Bob squealed. "We're in for a treat! This place is like a giant spa for jellyfish!"

However, Sadboi felt her vibesense suddenly spike amidst the calm aura. She looked up to the sky and her tone became one of immediate concern. "Uh oh. Feels like Dark Matter."

The French Narrator's eyes grew wide. "Ah, the great nemesis of the stars," he said. "We must act swiftly, for its presence foretells chaos." Sadboi nodded, "Yesyes, and the embodiment of negative energy itself. Let's find Kirby and his friends, and quick!"

They split into pairs to cover more ground, with SpongeBob and Patrick sticking together, and Twilight and Sandy forming another team. Sonic and Tails took the lead, their speed allowing them to cut through the clouds with ease. Meanwhile, Sadboi and the French Narrator remained on the ground, using her vibesense to track the malevolent force.

Sadboi kept focused as she used her vibesense; from her understanding, Dark Matter and Kirby were two sides of the same coin -- one of sheer negative emotion, the other of sheer positive emotion. Her synthetic skin pulsed with a cobalt coloration as she focused, but she couldn't help but feel watched.

The French Narrator, seemingly unfazed by the looming threat, sauntered alongside her, monocle glinting in the ethereal light. "Ah, Sadboi," he began, "this place brings back memories of battles long ago. Yet, the vibe here is so… soothing."

Sadboi nodded, her focus remaining unbroken. "This place is very nostalgic to me, it holds so much significance. I vividly remember playing the games with my siblings whenever I could, a series of untainted memories before…well, y'know. My first Kirby game was Super Star Ultra on the Nintendo DS, and I vaguely remember fighting Galacta Knight for the first time. He's sort of…a mirror to Meta Knight, in a way. Being the final fight of most of the side modes where he's playable."

The French Narrator nodded, his expression understanding. "Indeed, the bonds we forge through our favorite stories can be profound. Now, let us find Kirby and his allies before the darkness consumes this land."

"Ah-huh." Sadboi agreed, "I have my bets that Kirby's already caught onto what's happening. Nothing goes on behind the pink puffball's eyes other than food, sleep, and his good nature." Sadboi glanced around, her eyeholes kept peeled for any sign of trouble.

The group's path took a sudden turn as a screeching sound pierced the serene ambiance. The clouds grew darker as a swarm of Waddle Dees, eyes red with corruption, descended upon them. "It's started," Sadboi whispered, her vibesense on high alert. The corrupted Waddle Dees looked more like twisted nightmares than the adorable creatures they were meant to be. "Surprising that Dark Matter managed to make Waddle Dees unsettling." Sadboi quipped.

The French Narrator, unflappable, pulled out a fancy laser pen from his pocket and began sketching a battle strategy in the air. "We must purify them," he said calmly. "Their hearts are not truly corrupted, but rather under the sway of Dark Matter's influence."

Sadboi nodded, she had seen similar abilities from Dark Matter in Crystal Shards. "Right, let's begin."

The battle was a whirlwind of color and sound. SpongeBob and Patrick took on the corrupted Waddle Dees with their signature brand of bumbling enthusiasm, accidentally knocking into each other more than their foes. Twilight and Sandy, on the other hand, moved with precision and grace, their teamwork honed from countless battles. Sonic and Tails streaked through the sky, leaving trails of light as they dodged and struck the floating foes. Sadboi, however, kept her focus during the battle, using her vibesense to track the source of the corruption. It was undoubtedly Dark Matter, but the thought of a Zero-Three made her heart race. But if there was now a seventh Element of Harmony and The French Narrator was now a Kamen Rider, then she supposed that anything was on the table.

As the fight continued, the clouds grew heavier with malicious energy. The ground trembled beneath them, and the once serene landscape of Bubbly Clouds was now a battlefield. Sadboi felt a powerful vibe, and her eyes went wide. "Guys! It's coming!" she shouted over the din.

Sadboi's eyeholes narrowed as she tried to make sense of the incoming enemy. She quickly made some deductions, such as the location. "It's Kracko, corrupted by Dark Matter."

The French Narrator's drawing grew more intense. "Ah, Kracko," he murmured, "a classic foe. But now, it seems, we must face a darker version of him."

The corrupted Kracko swooped down from the clouds, its eye glowing a malevolent red. The group readied themselves, their unity a stark contrast to the chaos around them. Sadboi raised her hand, a digital shield materializing in front of her. "I'll try to purify it!" she exclaimed.

The Kracko, now a twisted version of its former self, released a barrage of dark energy bolts. Sadboi's shield absorbed the first few, but the sheer power of the corruption was overwhelming. The French Narrator stepped in, transforming into Kamen Rider Dolphin. His eyes flashed with determination as he raised his trident. "We shall not let the light of this world be extinguished!" he declared.

With a flick of his wrist, he sent a bolt of blue lightning into the Kracko's eye, stunning it momentarily. The others took advantage of the opening, each attacking with their own unique abilities. Sponge Bob shot bubbles that captured the stunned Waddle Dees, trapping them safely. Twilight cast a spell that coated the Kracko in a glowing aura, weakening the hold of the darkness. Sandy swung her lasso, wrapping around Kracko's neck and pulling it towards the ground.

But the creature was too powerful, and the corruption was spreading rapidly. Sadboi knew they needed a more drastic measure. "Guys, I think I know what to do!" she called out, her eyes flashing with an idea. "The Element of Synthesis!"

Her friends paused in their attacks, looking at her with hope. Twilight nodded. "The Element of Synthesis is known for its purifying abilities. It might just be the key to free Kracko!"

Sadboi closed her eyes and focused, her past experiences with the element giving her the strength she needed. A soft, pulsing light began to emanate from her chest, growing stronger until it was a beacon in the chaos. The corrupted Kracko roared, feeling the power of the element invading its form.

The French Narrator took a step back, his eyes wide with wonder. "Sadboi," he whispered, "you've tapped into something incredible."

With a final burst of light, the Element of Synthesis surged through Kracko's body, the darkness recoiling before it. The creature convulsed, its corrupted form contorting as the light grew brighter and brighter. And then, with a deafening crack, the corruption was gone, leaving the original Kracko, now free from Dark Matter's grip, floating in the sky.

The once-twisted Waddle Dees dropped to the ground, their eyes returning to their normal color, looking dazed and confused. The Kracko looked around, seeming to realize the horror it had just caused. It let out a defeated squawk before flying away, no doubt seeking to recover from the ordeal.

The group watched as the skies cleared, the clouds parting to reveal the bright, pastel world of Dream Land once more. The French Narrator patted Sadboi on the back, his smile wide. "Magnificent! Your connection to the elements truly knows no bounds."

Sadboi couldn't help but feel a sense of pride swell in her chest. "Thanks," she murmured, a hint of a smile playing on her lips. "But we can't just stand around. We have to find Kirby and tell him what's happening."

As the group moved throughout Dream Land, from Green Greens to Grape Garden, Sadboi kept her eyeholes peeled for Kirby.

"You know, it's weird," she said to the French Narrator as they walked. "I've seen so much of the worlds I love in trouble, but none of them have felt quite as…personal as this." Her words continued to hold her concern, as she was aware of the kind of havoc Dark Matter could wreak.

The French Narrator nodded in understanding. "Each victory, each bond formed, makes our hearts grow stronger. It's natural to feel this way, especially when we're in a world that brings such joy to you."

As they ventured further into the heart of Dream Land, the vibrant colors grew more vivid, and the sounds of life grew louder. They encountered various inhabitants, each with tales of strange happenings since the dark vibes had started to spread. The group grew more urgent in their search for Kirby, knowing that time was of the essence.

But of course, it would only be a matter of time before the group bumped into the puffball. Sadboi's expression lit up when she saw Kirby.

"Kirby!" she exclaimed, waving her arms in the air. The little hero looked over, his eyes lighting up at the sight of them. He floated closer, his cheeks puffing up slightly as he studied them with curiosity.

Sadboi quickly explained her side of the situation to the pink puff, who nodded along with her every word. But of course, Sadboi noticed the absence of King Dedede, Bandana Waddle Dee, and, most importantly (to Sadboi), Meta Knight. She spoke up, not really expecting much of a verbal response other than a few poyos, "Hey, where are your buddies?" her voice held a hint of concern.

Kirby responded by inhaling deeply and then exhaling a series of bubbles, which formed into the images of his missing companions. The French Narrator, with his vast experience in interpreting various forms of communication, translated, "They have been captured by Dark Matter, along with many others. We must act swiftly to save them and purify this land."

The group nodded in unison, understanding the gravity of the situation.

"Then we've got to find Dark Matter's base!" Sonic exclaimed, his voice filled with urgency.

Sadboi shook her head a bit, "Problem is, Dark Matter isn't just some…earthly entity. They're a hive of embodiments of negative emotion. The Dark Matter collective has a leader, and I have a feeling that there has been an emergence of a Zero-Three. But with Kirby alongside us, I have no doubt in my mind that we have all the right tools to find this hypothetical Zero-Three and run them into the ground."

The group nodded, their determination unwavering. They set off in the direction indicated by Kirby's bubble communication, traversing through the ever-changing landscapes of Dream Land. The journey was not without its challenges; corrupted Whispy Woods and Kracko Jr.s were scattered throughout, but the team worked together seamlessly, each member's unique skills complementing the others'. Throughout the adventure, Sadboi kept her vibesense peeled.

As they approached the final stretch, the vibes grew stronger, a palpable sense of dread hanging in the air. The colors around them began to drain, and the once vibrant world grew dull. They had arrived at the corrupted heart of Dream Land.

Sadboi had her eyeholes peeled, and as she felt a familiar vibesense signature that caused her eyeholes to widen out of her concentration. Her heart began to race as she saw a blade wedged in the ground in front of them. Sadboi stepped up, having recognized the scene's familiar setup.

"Guys, I think we're in for a surprise," she murmured, her voice a mix of excitement and anticipation. Sadboi gazed up and saw the faint outline of a cape fluttering in the wind, the figure waiting paitently upon a cliff. Then, gathering all her courage, she pulled the blade out of the ground, and the battle began.

Meta Knight dove down from the ledge, his eyes gleaming with a steely resolve. He was corrupted, his once noble form tainted by the touch of Dark Matter. The group gasped in horror, but Sadboi's determination didn't waver, having transformed into her Kamen Rider form. She knew that her favorite character was in there, somewhere. She knew his moveset like the back of her own hand, after all, he was her favorite.

The duel between Meta Knight and Sadboi was a flurry of sword strikes and energy blasts, each blow echoing through the corrupted Dream Land. Meta Knight's blade, Galaxia, clashed against Sadboi's own blade, sparks flying in a dazzling display of power. Sadboi combatted Meta Knight's Mach Tornadoes with blasts of calming vibesense energy. With each slash that Sadboi managed to parry, the clattering of steel was a satisfying sound to her ears.

The French Narrator watched with a mix of admiration and concern. "You must reach out to him, Sadboi," he called out. "Use your vibesense to show him the error of his ways."

Sadboi nodded, and she went on the defensive. "I'll get him to his normal self in no time, I'll promise ya that!" She spoke in her midwestern drawl, her focus never breaking.

The battle was intense, with Meta Knight's corrupted power pushing Sadboi to her limits. Yet she remained hopeful, her vibesense reaching out to the core of the creature's being. She searched for the light within, the essence of the hero she knew he was. The clash of steel rang out as they danced through the desolate landscape.

However, Sadboi's determination pulled her through, and she managed to pin the corrupted Meta Knight to the ground, her blade pushing against his mask. Her tone softened as she began to reach out to him through her vibesense, "I know that this isn't you. Me and my friends, we're only here to make things right." her words seeped with a calming tone.

Meta Knight struggled beneath her, but his movements grew weaker as the dark vibes that had been controlling him began to dissipate. His eyes, once a cold, lifeless black, flickered back to their original yellow. The corruption around him receded, and the land started to regain its vibrancy.

Sadboi felt a surge of relief and joy as she saw the light returning to Meta Knight's eyes. "You're back," she whispered. The French Narrator stepped forward, placing a hand on her shoulder. "Now, we must purify the rest of Dream Land," he said, his voice filled with resolve.

"Yesyes," Sadboi said, "And perhaps, we even have a new ally." Her voice, while exhausted, had a tone of hope.

Meta Knight's eyes searched the group, finally resting on Sadboi. The once cold gaze had been replaced with a spark of recognition. "You… you're the one," he murmured, his voice strained from the corruption. Sadboi nodded, and her heart swelled with pride despite the gravity of the situation.

"We're all friends here," she said gently. "We want to help you, and all of Dream Land."

Meta Knight's mask cracked, and a tear fell from his eye. The weight of his actions and the corruption that had taken hold of him were clear in his gaze. He nodded weakly. "I… I understand."

The group stood together, a diverse assembly of heroes from across the multiverse. They had faced so much together, and now they had a new ally in the fight against the Dark Matter. With Meta Knight back on their side, they were stronger than ever.

The French Narrator looked around, his eyes gleaming with excitement. "The Dark Matter's stronghold must be nearby," he exclaimed. "We shall not rest until we have restored peace to this realm!"

They set off again, the now-free Meta Knight guiding them with silent nods and gestures. The journey was fraught with danger, as more corrupted creatures of Dream Land attempted to hinder their progress. But the unity of the group was unshakeable, each member using their unique abilities to combat the darkness.

As they approached the stronghold, a foreboding castle loomed into view. It was a twisted reflection of the bright and cheerful world they knew, a place where shadows danced and malevolence reigned. The group steeled themselves for what was to come.

Inside the castle, they faced a horde of corrupted beings, each one a twisted version of a character they had come to love. But their resolve was unyielding, and they pushed through the darkness.

The final battle was against the Zero-Three, a being of pure malice. It towered over them, a monstrous amalgamation of corrupted emotions. The French Narrator transformed into his ultimate form, Kamen Rider Dolphin Azure. "We stand united," he announced, "against the tide of despair!"

Sadboi nodded, her eyes flashing pink. "Let's do this," she murmured, her vibesense pulsing with power. The group launched into action, each member attacking with everything they had. SpongeBob's bubbles captured the minions, while Patrick's brute strength smashed through the castle walls.

Meta Knight and Sadboi worked in tandem, their swords flashing in a mesmerizing dance. Each strike was a declaration of hope against the Zero-Three's tyranny. The creature roared, feeling the purifying light of Sadboi's vibesense.

Zero-Three grew more desperate, its form morphing into a nightmarish creature of writhing shadows. It unleashed a wave of dark energy, threatening to consume the heroes. But they stood firm, their bonds of friendship acting as a shield.

Sadboi saw her chance and focused her vibesense into a single point, creating a beacon of light. "This is for everyone we've lost!" she yelled, charging the light. It grew into a blinding beam, piercing the Zero-Three's core.

The creature shrieked in agony as the light began to purify it from the inside out. The castle around them started to crumble, the corrupted beings within dissolving into motes of light. The Zero-Three's power waned, and with a final, desperate roar, it was no more.

The castle collapsed in on itself, leaving the group standing in a clearing amidst the ruins. The sky cleared, revealing the once vibrant Dream Land in all its glory. The inhabitants of the world began to emerge from their hiding places, their eyes wide with amazement.

Kirby, now fully restored, floated over to Sadboi and gave her a gentle hug, his cheeks puffing out in a content sigh. The other heroes gathered around, each offering their thanks and admiration.

The French Narrator stepped back, his form returning to normal. "Sadboi," he said with a smile, "you've painted Dream Land with hope once more. Your journey through the multiverse has not been in vain."

Sadboi looked around at her friends, a warmth spreading through her. "We did it," she murmured, "together." The group nodded, their eyes reflecting the light of their victory.

As the citizens of Dream Land cheered, the friends knew that their adventure wasn't over. There were more worlds to save, more friends to make. But for now, they basked in the joy of their triumph, their hearts forever linked by the bonds they had formed in the face of darkness.

And as they left Dream Land, setting their sights on new challenges, Sadboi felt a newfound confidence within her. The traumas of her past no longer defined her; she was a hero, a beacon of light in a vast multiverse of possibilities.

GENERAL

Clyde is so sociable that he ends up talking to strangers on a whim and gets caught up in their stories. His disposition is very inviting and encouraging, willing to give people the space to be as weird or open as they want to be. He has no shame and will inject himself into strangers’ conversations or approach just about anyone.

He maintains an endless curiosity for the world and the cultures around him. The type of guy to go to the movies alone and not feel bad about it.

He’s a hard worker, his video and influencer hustle is strong. He’s always trying something new, watching trends, and pouring a great amount of passion into his work. Because of this, Clyde is often busy and on an adventure of his own.

He’s fine with playing the idiot and letting people think he’s a typical ex-highschool brainless jock when he’s actually got so much more going on under the hood. That isn’t to say he’s smart, he’s just stubborn, genuine, and passionate.

Has a weird and secret obsession with vampires; the stories, the myth, movies about them, etc. Read and watched the Twilight series in secret. TEAM EDWARD!

^ This is purely based on the superhero he made as a kid (Mosquito)… seems pretty sus he made a hero all about sucking blood and regaining health from it.

^ He also did it to try and understand why the ladies were into it and accidentally got swept into the fandom.

He also really really likes dinosaurs.

Blames himself for his mother’s death and has never gotten over it. It’s baggage he’ll likely carry for the rest of his life. He’s afraid of taking on other mother figures for the simple fact he may ‘kill’ them too.

Makes Lemon Bars at least once a year in honor of his mom, typically on her birthday. They’re dished out to friends since it’s upsetting to eat them. It’s a habit he can’t break even if it upsets him.

Kisses the homies goodnight, just makes sure to add “no homo” so it ain’t gay.

YT/TWITCH CHANNEL HC’S

At the beginning of freshman year in college (where his main verse currently is), Clyde’s channel has around 500K subscribers on Youtube & Twitch. He also maintains an active presence on his social media (Twitter, TikTok, etc.)

He got a camera for his birthday in 6th grade and immediately created a YouTube channel. It’s called ‘Cryde Donovan Vlogs’ (a typo) until he later rebrands to ‘Clyde Donovan’.

Starting with vlogs, he eventually branches out to more ambitious videos such as pranks, commentaries, documentaries, gameplay, and live streams. As his channel grows he takes on larger-scale projects and risks such as professionally shot (by him) mini-movies or music videos.

He has a natural eye and gut instinct for filming, photography, lighting, and framing. All of his videos have him behind the camera or heavily directing to maintain his artistic vision.

^ Similarly, while he wasn’t good at school work, he understands the intricacies of the internet. Analytics and how to review / gauge them, when to post and when not to post, what’s trending, etc. 

Always down to collab or showcase people from South Park on his channels. The town’s weirdness and the odd charm of the people who live there are the foundation of his vlogs. His friends and family are heavily featured on his channel unless they request to be left out.

^ There are conspiracy theories out there that SP is just TOO weird to be true and the people featured in his videos are actors.

Roger initially fights his son on making a career out of his channel and even forces him to attend college for business / gen ed. It’s not a lack of faith but more concern that it’s uncertain, taking over the shoe store is more stable. He eventually relents.

Future Clyde becomes a successful online influencer and media creator with his channel and goes on to make a merch line (possibly with the help of Bebe).

FAMILY

Roger

Their relationship is good, though strained and tested time and time again by his son’s stupidity.

He wants his son to take over the Shoe store but Clyde’s aspirations don’t match the sentiment.

He eventually forces his son to go to college for Gen Ed / Business in hopes it would put a stop to Clyde’s talk of making it big online. It doesn’t.

Betsy

Even though she was hard on him, and her final words were chastising herself for not being tougher on him, he loves her and misses her dearly.

Taught Clyde a little of the Dutch language and culture

Sister*

He has a sister, (my HC is that) she’s older than him by a few years.

She takes on the ‘mother figure’ role after Betsy passes away but Clyde rejects it out of fear that he may kill her accidentally too.

Likes to sing and is pretty damn good at it!

FRIENDS

Has gone over to Craig’s house so often since childhood he basically lets himself in now.

The two have a similar relationship dynamic to Kyle and Stan, just with less drama.

Sporadically kicks in Craig’s door and pulls Craig along to do stupid shit with him, usually ending up in the two having some kind of wacky adventure.

Token

The friend that Clyde confides in the most, especially with in struggling with his closeted Bi thoughts.

Out of his friend group, Token is the one that Clyde hangs out with the most since Craig is dating Tweek and he doesn’t want to intrude.

The friend that Tweek goes to when he’s been up for days and can’t sleep. Clydes excited energy and busy-bee schedule usually wears him down so he can sleep

Jimmy gets featured on Clyde’s channel the most out of his friend group since he’s funny, witty, and the two have a good banter and dialogue.

Likes having self-care day or spa nights with her. They get to unwind, maybe drink a little, put on a face mask, and hang out. Sounds like a win to him.

If he needs fashion or general life advice, he typically goes to Bebe. She radiates an energy that gives him comfort in the answers she provides. She also has the Tarot and crystals to back her up.

Initially starts out bothering Pete during his graveyard shifts at the station but starts staying longer and longer since he enjoys his company.

Sees himself in Ike since the little guy wants to go into streaming and video games too! He’s willing to take him under his wing and offer any guidance he can.

Some time ago I found on the internet a series of character redesigns for the Mane6 from My Little Pony, made for G5. Seeing the whole group of pony girls in different styles made me want to draw my own versions!  

Twilight Sparkle: Twlilight's concept was that of a serious scholar, basically a bookworm! So I changed her colorful hair locks for some "black" and white angular patches on her fur! I also added glasses on her to emphasize the nerdy look, and a bag to always carry one book with her! Finally, a strong, thick horn to make some powerful magic!

Rarity: My favorite from the original Mane6, I must admit. To me, Rarity must be elegant, beautiful, and OH SO FASHIONABLE! She must wear accessories and even some piece of clothing (since she's a fashion designer), and have some fancy hightlights on her mane! ♥PS: In case you didn't noticed, her hooves are painted (Hoovicure at the spa, perhaps?)

Applejack: Her basic appearance (with the spots on her legs and snout) is inspired by the redesigns I previously talked about. She's a strong Earth Pony, used to hard work, so I made her bodytype thick and muscular according to it! I brided her mane and kept her tail tied because of practical reasons, and put on her signature hat and cute freckles because they're a MUST! As a plus, I added a belt so she can attach anything to it to ease her work on the apple farm! 

Pinkie Pie: Pinkie is our super duper party pony, and I had to use that beautiful, crazy hair of hers to let everyone know! If there's a pony that deserves some colorful hair locks, that's Pinkie!!! Now that I think of it, I realize this design gets a lot of influence from my Jessika x'D with all those colorful accessories! 

Rainbow Dash: The fastest pony in Equestria needed a more dynamic hairstyle to go with her personality! Her legs are slim and agile, but not as strong as her wings, so I made her wear some ankle bands to protect them. I also added some goggles as a permanent accessory, because you wouldn't like mosquitoes to crash into your eyes while you're flying around at your top speed, would you?? ;)

Fluttershy: I changed Fluttershy's bodytype for some fragile-looking one, and she ended up looking more like a deer than a pony! x'D Then I added some delicate white spots on her fur to make her more (even more) innocent, and finally I put some flowers on her. Because cuteness, because nature.

I tried to make them as diverse as possible, and tbh I love the way the turned out! Do you agree?

I’m following through on my word! I’m posting something on the menu that I uploaded yesterday :)

Today, I'm having a great day. So, I wanted to write and show the happy side of my life! I’m feeling quite content and full today, so I'm going to share with you all some of my favorite things. Enjoy, and I hope it inspires you to find some of your favorite things to help cultivate your happiness! 

Music:

Old/Recent Taylor Swift. Something about her music makes me feel like I’m the main character, or that I'm in control of my own life. And bonus, it’s nostalgic.

Trips to Barnes and Noble: Something about this store just fills my heart. The atmosphere is so comfortable and accepting; you can be anyone you want, and still belong in that store, but mostly, you can be yourself.

Note: One of my favorite things about bookworms is that a bookworm can be anyone. It’s not a way of life, it’s not a type of person, it’s simply a personality trait. That’s so beautiful because bookworms are such vastly different people who have common interests: reading and escaping into fictional worlds.

Good days

While most people say, you decide whether you’re having a good day or a bad day, I sort of disagree with that. For me, a few bad things can throw me off and make me feel really upset. Today wasn’t like that though. I woke up late, got to an orientation meeting (boring, but successful at least), and got to meet my roommate for the first time, who is amazing and is the best roommate I could ask for. I also got in contact with some old high school friends who also mentioned they feel lonely, too, in this quarantine-college-world. We made tentative plans to get together and just brightened each other’s days, as a confidant/listener. Today is a good day, and I’m appreciating every moment of today. It’s a moment where I'm alive, I'm healthy, and I'm moving. I’m moving through life and I’m optimistic about tomorrow. 

I hope some of my ideas have inspired you to come up with your own! I’m always here to talk or suggest helpful tips to get through stuff. I’m learning as I go, after all.

LƯU Ý KHI CHỤP ẢNH THÀNH PHẦN TRƯỚC KHI GHÉP

Median stacking là một phương pháp chồng ảnh 2D theo phương thời gian, nghĩa là ảnh thành phần có cùng mặt phẳng lấy nét nhưng chỉ khác nhau về thời gian chụp. Thực hiện chụp ảnh để làm Median stacking không khó, tuy nhiên các bạn cần lưu ý một số điểm sau đây:

1. Khi chụp cần để máy ở chế độ M với khẩu độ, tiêu cự (nếu dùng ống zoom), ISO, cân bằng trắng cố định và tốt nhất là dùng tripod. Tuy nhiên bạn không phải lo lắng lắm nếu phải chụp bằng tay và giữa các tấm hình có chút sai khác về độ sáng hay cân bằng trắng, vì chương trình sẽ lấy giá trị trung bình giữa các tấm ảnh và loại bỏ các giá trị ngẫu nhiên. Vì thế, nếu thấy mức ISO phải dùng sẽ ra noise xấu thì các bạn có thể tranh thủ chụp luôn một loạt ảnh để “cứu” khi xử lý hậu kỳ.

2. Phương pháp này phù hợp nhất với chụp ảnh tĩnh, còn nếu muốn dùng để chụp chân dung thì tốt nhất là các bạn dùng chế độ chụp liên tục và yêu cầu mẫu đứng yên. Vì ảnh sẽ sạch hơn nên các bạn hoàn toàn có thể đẩy độ sáng lên cao hơn nên khi chụp có thể chọn tốc độ cao một chút để giảm thiểu khả năng mẫu dịch chuyển khi chụp.

3. Khi dùng phương pháp này, các bạn nên chụp RAW để kết hợp khử noise nhẹ trong CameraRaw và cân chỉnh ảnh cho tốt trước khi khử noise, việc kết hợp nhiều thao tác nhỏ có thể đem lại hiệu quả cao nhất. Nếu chụp jpeg, tốt nhất bạn nên tắt chức năng noise reduction trong máy để giữ được nhiều chi tiết nhất có thể.

 CÁC ỨNG DỤNG CỦA MEDIAN STACKING   Median stacking không phải là một phương pháp mới mà vẫn được những nhiếp ảnh gia thiên văn sử dụng từ lâu để tăng tỷ lệ tín hiệu và khử noise khi chụp sao ban đêm. Với phương pháp này, trong một số trường hợp bạn không cần phải có những máy ảnh khử noise tốt như A7S để đạt được độ sạch hình cao nhất mà ngay cả với những máy ảnh cổ như Canon 30D bạn cũng có thể đạt được độ sạch hình tương tự (đây là mình chỉ nói đến độ sạch chứ không nói tới dynamic range, độ nét…). Nếu bạn đang dùng máy không gương lật của Sony thì có thể bạn biết công ty đã ứng dụng phương pháp này trực tiếp vào máy NEX, A3000, A6xxx, A7 dưới tên gọi chế độ chụp ” Hand-held Twilight” (trong các chế độ chụp SCN các bạn có thể tìm thấy mục này). Mặc dù ảnh chụp bằng Hand-held Twilight cũng khử noise rất tốt bằng cách chụp nhiều ảnh liên tục, bạn sẽ không chụp được RAW và không tùy chỉnh các yếu tố tốc độ, khẩu độ, ISO được.

Chế độ Hand-held Twilight trên máy Sony A3000   Ngoài ra, Median stacking không chỉ dùng để khử noise mà nó còn có khá nhiều cách dùng khác như mình liệt kê dưới  đây:   1. Tạo ảnh có độ sạch còn cao hơn mức căn bản ISO 100 hay 50 của máy   Chỉ cần chụp 5-10 tấm ảnh, các bạn đã có thể dùng Median stacking để làm ảnh sạch hơn cả mức thấp nhất, thậm chí là với cả máy A7Sii. Có thể ở vùng chi tiết sáng rõ các bạn sẽ không thấy nó tốt hơn được nhưng phương pháp này rất hiệu quả với khu vực tối, bóng râm, vốn là những vị trí có thể xuất hiện noise cả ngay trong điều kiện đủ ánh sáng. Ở ảnh dưới, mình dùng 10 tấm ảnh chụp tại ISO 100 để cải thiện chất lượng ảnh chụp với A7ii và ở ảnh thứ hai mình dùng 10 tấm chụp ngoài trời ở ISO 100 với A7Sii để làm sạch các vùng tối trong ảnh. Nếu nhìn kỹ các bạn có thể thấy ở hình thứ hai, ảnh chụp đơn chiếc lá bị out nét nhưng ở ảnh ghép thì không. Đây là điểm mạnh của Median stacking như mình nói ở trên: các giá trị ngẫu nhiên (vô tình trong 1 tấm hình chiếc lá bị gió thổi rung nên out) sẽ bị loại bỏ để giữ lại các giá trị gần nhau.

So sánh chất lượng ISO 100 của A7Sii khi chụp 1 hình và ghép Median stacking 10 hình   2. Loại bỏ người, vật di chuyển trong hình   Đây là một ứng dụng rất thú vị nếu bạn cần loại bỏ người hoặc vật di chuyển làm gián đoạn khi bạn đang chụp, ví dụ như bạn đến một khu du lịch cảnh rất đẹp nhưng có nhiều người đi lại làm hỏng khung hình, các bạn có thể dùng tripod, chỉnh cố định các thông số máy và kiên nhẫn đứng chụp nhiều tấm hình khác nhau và trở về nhà có thể tẩy người đi rất đơn giản. Ở minh họa phía dưới, mình chụp 6 tấm hình liên tiếp khi Supergirl di chuyển ngang trước mẫu của mình. Sau khi dùng Median stacking thì voila! Không những cô nàng khó chịu bị  loại bỏ mà ảnh còn có độ sạch tốt hơn cả ban đầu!

Kết quả của Median stacking   3. Mô phỏng hiệu ứng phơi sáng mà không cần kính lọc ND   Bạn cần đi phơi sáng mà không mang kính ND, bạn hoàn toàn có thể an tâm là bạn có thể chụp ra hình phơi sáng vẫn ảo như ai với Median stacking. Thậm chí bạn còn không phải dùng tripod, chỉ cần chia thời gian mà bạn định phơi ra nhiều lần và chụp nhiều tấm với tốc độ chia nhỏ. Ví dụ bạn cần phơi sáng 5 giây, bạn có thể chia thành 30 tấm, mỗi tấm 1/6 giây (hoàn toàn có thể với các máy hoặc ống kính có chống rung) hoặc thậm chí nhiều hơn nếu bạn có đủ kiên trì và có điểm tựa để chụp. Ở hình minh họa mình chụp 16 tấm liên tiếp một vòi nước đang phun để có hiệu ứng như hình dưới. Tuy nhiên có một điểm mới ở đây là ngoài Median stacking, các bạn có thể dùng Mean stacking (là lựa chọn ở ngay trên Median trong bảng chọn) để tạo hiệu ứng giống hơn. Điểm khác căn bản của Mean stacking là bộ xử lý ảnh sẽ dùng tất cả các chi tiết xuất hiện trên hình, kể cả các điểm không lặp lại, sau đó chia đều giá trị để lấy giá trị trung bình.

Kết quả dùng Mean stacking   Một điểm quan trọng nữa làm phương pháp này thậm chí có thể hiệu quả hơn phơi sáng dài 1 tấm là khả năng khử noise thông thường và thermal noise sinh ra do máy bị nóng khi phơi sáng lâu, ngoài ra khi chụp sao, bạn có thể tránh xuất hiện star trail (thay vì một điểm sáng, ngôi sao bị kéo dài đi theo hướng chuyển động). Tuy nhiên một thứ bạn không thể bắt chước được so với phương pháp phơi sáng thông thường, đó là hiệu ứng sao nhiều cánh tạo ra từ ánh đèn: việc chồng nhiều ảnh ở khẩu độ lớn hơn và thời gian phơi sáng ngắn hơn sẽ ra hiệu ứng sao không rõ ràng bằng, dù bạn ghép rất nhiều ảnh.   4. Loại bỏ các lỗi như vết bẩn, hot pixel, dead pixel   Nếu ống kính, cảm biến của bạn bị bẩn hoặc có điểm hot pixel, dead pixel, bạn có thể dùng Median stacking để loại bỏ các điểm này bằng cách chụp tay và cho phép tay di chuyển trái – phải, lên – xuống một khoảng rất nhỏ làm vị trí các điểm lỗi này xuất hiện trong các ảnh khác nhau và được tính như “điểm lạ” và loại bỏ.

  Median stacking là một phương pháp rất hữu hiệu mà bạn luôn luôn có thể áp dụng trong thực tế và đây cũng mới chỉ là một trong các phương pháp chồng ảnh mà Vsion muốn giới thiệu trong series này. Living With Yourself Review: Two Rudds are Better Than One.

It’s hard to flag down what kind of show Paul Rudd’s new “Living With Yourself” actually is. Is it sci-fi? Comedy? But then I think… It’s Paul Rudd (TWO Paul Rudds) so it doesn’t really matter, the point is we’re gonna watch it.

It starts out with a scene of a bloated, sweaty Miles Elliot (Rudd) digging himself out of a shallow grave like he’s Ace Ventura clawing his way out of that robot rhino’s ass. Then they pull the old “Three days earlier” trick to tell the story of a tired, apathetic, overworked Miles who’s at the end of his rope. Work is overwhelming him, he and his wife are kind of on the outs, and he looks…

Okay I don’t know how they did it but we all know, as a general rule Paul Rudd doesn’t age and always looks amazing but somehow they aged him 30 years and it’s scary, especially when Miles 2.0 rocks up looking as fresh as Rudd has ever looked, the power of TV makeup is astounding.

Anyway, Miles goes to a creepy Black Mirror style spa that promises to undo and strip away all your fear, humiliation, pain, bad DNA and short telomeres whatever the fuck that means. Miles hands them a cold 50k and comes out a new man. Literally, a different Miles walks out, peppy, charming and sexy, and old Miles wakes up in aforementioned grave.

I’ll leave the how and the why up for you to discover in case you want to watch yourself because the constant twists in the show are some of the best parts. Every episode gets messier and messier as Miles and New Miles negotiate their lives together, deciding to pretend to be one person at work and at home.

It’s a classic body swap premise from the nineties in a twilight zone package, but Paul Rudd turns it into something new. He plays charming just as well as he plays miserable, smart just as well as dumb, cute as well as crazy. And yes, both Miles get a little crazy, both contemplating murdering the other multiple times through the series arc.

The other star of the show, Miles' wife Kate (played by Aisling Bea), a long-suffering wife who’s come to terms with her husband becoming a douche and get’s a pleasant surprise when new Miles shows up. Aisling is FANTASTIC in the show, an episode that focuses on her life from five years before Miles goes to the spa, to her contemplating leaving her husband for her husband. It’s tragic, it’s convoluted, and you feel for her so much you actually begin to resent a character that looks like PAUL RUDD. Now that’s what I call acting.

There’s a lesson to be learned from the show also, that you can’t just shed all of your baggage, your suffering, and your anxiety easy peasy because then you lose a big part of what makes you yourself, and what makes you real. That’s why New Miles is never quite right and has slight serial killer vibes; his drawings and diaries are some scary shit.

There’s a double who pees rainbows, Maybe from Arrested development, someone drinks a fridge filled with breast milk, and one of the most kickass husband/wife dance routines in recent TV history. If that all sounds amazing to you, you should watch “Living with yourself”, and if that’s not enough… Paul Rudd, and if THAT’S not enough, ANOTHER Paul Rudd.

You can’t miss.

Cutie Honey Manga Guide (90′s)

A guide to all the Cutie Honey manga released in the 1990′s. Most of these are adaptations of the Cutey Honey F TV series. Many of these are extremely rare, so information on them is pretty limited.

Cutie Honey 90′s - Weekly SPA! (1992-1993) - Go Nagai

Set 30 years after the original manga, Sister Jill has returned and Honey teams up with Detective Wataru Todoroki to fight her. Originally released with the title “Cutie ハニー”, it later became known as “Cutie Honey 90′s” or “Cutie Honey 90″. Released in English by Studio Ironcat. A Spanish edition also exists.

NOTE: The following manga are all titled “Cutey Honey F” and were released concurrently with the TV series. 

Ciao - Yukako Iisaka (March 1997 to April 1998)

The “main” manga tie-in with the Cutey Honey F TV series, Iisaka is credited for the concept of Cutey Honey F. Collected into four volumes with her other Cutey Honey F manga that was published in Shogaku Yonensei, as well as some side stories published in Ciao DX.

Go Nagai was originally going to draw the manga for Flash but wasn’t confident enough in his abilities. The series was also rejected by a number of publications including Nakayoshi and Ribon. Ultimately, Yukako Iisaka was selected to spearhead the project with Ciao magazine. 

This manga was also released in Hong Kong.

Shogaku Ichinensei - Shinko Kumazaki (March 1997? to February 1998)

Drawn in full color, each chapter is about 7 pages long. The story is heavily abridged from the TV series and is slightly more kid friendly. There are some major changes in the story, such as Prince Twilight acting as the main antagonist. The manga concludes with Honey losing her powers and marrying Seiji.

Shogaku Ninensei - Shinko Kumazaki (March 1997? to February 1998?)

Another manga by Shinko Kumazaki. This is more of a traditional black and white manga which follows the TV series closely. The ending is similar to the Ichinensei version.

Shogaku Sanensei -  Yukako Iisaka/Shinko Kumazaki  (March 1997 to February 1998)

Misty Honey is excluded from this version. The ending is similar to the two other manga Kumazaki had drawn.

Shogaku Yonensei - Yukako Iisaka (1997? to February 1998?)

Not quite as serious as her Ciao manga. Was collected in the “Flower Comics” Cutey Honey F releases.

Mebae - Toei Animation (March 1997 to March 1998)

Geared towards very young readers. This manga was drawn in full-color by a Toei animator.

Youchien - Toei Animation (March 1997 to 1998?)

Geared towards very young readers. This manga is drawn in full-color by a Toei animator. The series ends with Honey defeating Zora and getting married to Seiji.

Gakushuu Youchien - Toei Animation (1997 to 1998?)

Geared towards very young readers. This manga was drawn in full-color by a Toei animator.

Bessatsu Coro Coro Comic - Sasaki Kazushi (April 1997 to February 1998)

Although based on Flash, this manga was geared towards young boys. Twilight Prince and Seiji are not featured in this manga at all and thus the romantic aspect is lost. Features a new character named Fujimaru, who acts as a love interest to Seira. The manga ends with Honey and Seira being reunited with their father.
