fun fact: when you pick recovery, you sometimes get this drive/urge to just help others. it happened last thursday in gt and tonight again, and it's a really good feeling, its something i would much rather feel than all those shitty things i feel/felt when i'm not in recovery. that's for sure

If you have a negative URL or reblog negative shit, you aren't going to recover, or you will, but it'll be a much harder process. If you continue to reblog triggering pictures and posts, you are probably not going to go very long without relapsing. If you ask for help, then at least try to accept it. If you tell someone you are there for them, then be there for them. 

Don't just reach out though and tell someone you are there for them and understand what they are going through when they are struggling. When we struggle, we are going to more than likely talk to people who have been there for us and talked to us, even when we are ok. Those that check in on us. Those that don't just offer a hand when we fall, but also continue to hold our hand while we stand up.

I just had that on my mind. You can ignore me now. Or come talk to me.

And I am here for everyone, struggling or not. You don't have to be struggling to need a friend or someone to talk to.

It's people like you who are the reason I trust like no one. I don't regret removing you from my life. I tried to keep our friendship, and in doing so, I tried to help you keep your promise to me, but I can only text you so many times asking how you are for months with absolutely no reply from you. I even thought about it for a few days, do I just continue to try to text you and you never text back, not even like the next day or do I just decide this isn't worth my time? I am just done.
