One of my pet peeves after having gotten very into swing dance as an aroace is seeing videos of people swing dancing or really doing any type of partner dance and over half the comments just being stuff like “how are they not in love😳” or “friends🤨” like please free yourselves, you can have a lot of chemistry and fun dancing with someone and it doesn’t have to be anything more than that!! Just fun!!! I’m not saying a little bit of lighthearted friendly love can’t be involved but it’s not always that deep, it’s just having fun!!

I have no clue how these competitions work, but what I gather from watching a few of these videos is that some are improvised couples randomly chosen by a draw, and some are couples that rehearsed the routine together specifically.

Here obviously it wasn't known in advance they would dance together, but, it's obvious they know each other very well, which is why this dance is fucking incredible, believe me, it's really rare to see a dance of this quality, it is an exception that you rarely see in these videos, I have watched many since yesterday and most are quite average and just meh. Only a few are really really good. I have seen only one rehearsed one that's amazing and a few improvised couples that found a good vibe and made the dance magic.

Oh god Madd took such a time to design...(Hours compared to Konrad, given this man has more lore than i intentes to give him ), hehe sunglasses boys deserve more love!!!

Also a hc, Bukowski twins are 190cm tall (Calvin 190cm, Konrad 191cm) while Madd is 197cm-198cm, so they are part of the tallest soldiers.
