Every club is founded on a set of values
Every club is founded on a set of values — whether it's unity, resilience, fair play, or passion. These values define the club’s purpose and philosophy. But can these values be expressed not just in words, but through design? Absolutely.
A club’s design — its logo, colors, typography, layout — can visually communicate what it stands for. For example, a nature-focused club might use earthy greens and flowing lines, which say more than words ever could. A competitive, high-energy club might choose bold fonts and high-contrast color palettes to represent strength and intensity.
These design choices instantly convey meaning to outsiders and deepen the sense of identity for members. When a club member wears a t-shirt designed with intention, it’s not just fashion — it’s a statement of values.
Design acts as a bridge between internal culture and external image. When done thoughtfully, it turns a club’s philosophy into a living, wearable message.
club values in design, visual identity, expressing philosophy through design, club culture branding, t-shirt with meaning, club spirit in visuals, color symbolism in design, meaningful logos, typography and identity, club design strategy, visual communication, expressive team apparel, branding club beliefs, design and message, identity-driven graphics

Introducing DLX Future — a new typeface created by Future London Academy celebrating the diversity of leadership
DLX Future is a fun and quirky typeface created to celebrate Future London Academy’s Design Leaders Programme and the diversity of creative leaders from all over the world.
Each letter, just like each person, is unique and has been designed together with the Design Leaders Alumni. Fuzzy, sharp, or whimsical... you can feel the personality within each letter.
The letters are built from a foundation of 5 shapes: Circle, triangle, rectangle, square and a wriggle wire. Future London Academy built their transformative Design Leaders Programme inspired by these 5 Bauhaus pillars, which became the layers of the programme: Being a better human, building better products, leading better teams, creating a better company, and working for a better world.
The DLX Future font, like the Design Leaders Programme, changes year to year with the next generation of DLX alumni adding their own glyphs after graduation.
