When I am thinking about it, Sevika probably was the only person who wrote Isha's name on those mourning papers. I think that Jinx told Sevika about Isha between her meeting with Ekko and the final fight in Piltover, because Sevika appeared there with rage. And why I also think Jinx must have talked with Sevika between those scenes is because Sevika has her arm fixed for the fight.
