After an #emotional rollercoaster yesterday that ended in me devouring half a box of #donuts ... I'm done. My #eatingdisorder has been in remission for years. At least, I convinced myself it was. I used to starve myself to feel in control. Now I #binge to build my #armor instead. I'm tired of wearing this suit. I want to recognize myself in the mirror. I don't #purge the traditional way. I made myself #exercise for an hour last night, despite an injured foot & drank three glasses of water to try & flood the junk out of me. #foodisfuel not a #comfort blanket. No more #sugar except the junk in my one cup of #coffee . #bodydysmorphia will always be an issue for me, but I'm tired of my #clothes not fitting & refuse to buy bigger ones. Tl:dr?
