I just love the idea of Gekko's creatures feeling, that there is something between Y/n and him, and them wanting to have your attention, help you or protect you... my heart. God.

The moment you defused the spike, you finally could let go. Your head felt dizzy, you could feel the gunshot wound burn on your thigh. The team would be there soon, so you sat under the wall, putting pressure on the wound, waiting for some help. Suddenly though, everything started to fade black.

Your eyes opened the moment you felt something poking your thigh, making weird noices. You've noticed it was Gekko's Wingamn.

"H-hey buddy, what are you doing there?" You murmured quietly. This little creature immidiately jumped closer to you, as it heard your voice. He was scratching your chest, as if he was trying to keep you awake.

It wasn't long after that when you've heard Gekko's voice. "Oye! Wingman, found something?" And when he noticed Wingman and you under the wall, he immidiately ran straight to you.

"I got you, it's okay..." He kneeled before you, scanning your whole body. You smiled at him, patting Wingman on it's head. "I'll be fine!"

There was a bit of worry in Gekko's eyes, but he could tell that you'll be fine. He hated to see you in pain, and seeing you there sitting, barely conscious, felt like hell. You were so important to him, he would do anything to have you safe and unharmed all the time. He only didn't know how to say it.

"Come on, let's go patch you up" He said, reaching his hand to you, and you grabbed it. When you stood up though, you faltered forwards, but Gekko has cought you in his arms.

"Easy... easy..." He said. Wingman of course tried to help you stand, by grabbing your ankle. It didn't support you at all, but the view of him trying his best was so adorable"

"Awww" You started, looking at Wingman "He's never done that before, what happened?"

At this question Gekko's face turned a little red. He knew that the creatures could feel his emotions and react to them. They perfectly understood who you were to Gekko, and wanted to support you as they support him.

"Brbrbrb?" It was Dizzy, who showed up behind Gekko's arm.

"She'll be fine guys!" He explained, grabbed you from under your knees to have you on his hands, making sure he avoided any hurt areas. "God, I thought you won't be this heavy."

"Yes Dizzy!" You both answered, which made both of you giggle. Suddenly though your head felt heavy again, and you didn't even notice making a quiet groan.

"Hey-hey, stay with me there alright? Let's go." Gekko then took you to the rest of the team, where you could get the help you needed from Sage. He held you tight, and you wondered, how come you've never been in his arms before.

Hours ago he left, and the only answer you got when asked was ‘Market.’ It seemed he was planning something as he would normally tell you, and even ask if you would accompany him.

This time though you were left in the dark until he returned. Which luckily wasn’t too long ago, now you had to endure him removing you from the kitchen for who knows how long. First he leaves you then bans you from your own house? What was he up to?

Well luck seemed to be on your side today as he was quick to call for you. Returning to see a bunch of packets on the counter, a closer inspection only showed Russian writing on them. Even with the images you had no clue.

Recently Iso had started noticing a few things. Such as candy wrappers, especially sour candy. The fruit bowls had more lemons and other citrus fruits then the normal ones, the pantry was similar.

Yoru presses your entire body against the wall, leaving very little space between your head and his, let alone his lips. Yoru grins when he notices the anticipation in your eyes and the cheeky smile you use to provoke him into action. With one hand, Yoru rests on the wall behind you, next to your head; his fingers curl slightly, nails scratching the concrete surface of the wall. Yoru’s other hand touches your face, his thumb brushing your bottom lip. You let him lead the situation and the process because you know how dominance turns him on. Yoru pulls your head closer to his lips, giving in until your lips meet in a kiss. Yoru can't resist, he braces himself with both hands on the wall behind you while your hands slide down his neck and back.

Phoenix smiles. His warm, even hot hands touch your waist, and then with a sharp movement he pulls you closer to his equally warm body. Being so close to him, practically burying your nose in his neck, you can smell the ash coming from him; the pine forest-scented cologne he uses to mask his scent, and the coffee he drank this morning, the taste of which still lingers on his lips. You smile into his neck and wrap your arms around his waist, allowing yourself to crawl under his shirt. The back muscles are tense. Phoenix scoops you up into his arms, allowing you to wrap your legs around his waist and wrap your arms around his neck. Phoenix kisses passionately, igniting your inner fire.

You’ve been apart of the valorant protocol for about a few months now, just getting the hang of the guns and missions every week or so. Then came a new recruit, Gekko to be exact. When you met him, he seemed chill, but you did notice how he acted a little off towards you than other people. Since he came, you two have only interacted about three or four times. After that, you two have been quiet with each other mostly due to missions.

It was then a week later you had started receiving strange gifts left on your desk in your room, along with strange little paw prints next to them. It became almost a daily thing, you coming back from missions or training and finding either chocolates, flowers, or other gifts somewhere in your room. You were a bit concerned because how the hell could anyone get into your room unnoticed by anyone?

Over time you had an idea of who, or rather what had been giving you all this little token of appreciation. After coming back early from training after feeling a bit more tired than usual, you heard strange noises, kind of like little blob sounds from around the corner of the hallway your room was in, but once you caught up to it, nothing. You decided to look a little more closely at every gift you’ve been given, finding the same paw print on everything.

One day after a particularly challenging mission, you come back expecting to find a small little flower on your desk, but this time, a bouquet of flowers lay on your bed with a little note attached to it. You picked up the bouquet which read, “Gekko may be too shy, but I’m here to show you that someone cares about you more than you know” with a little smiley face at the end.

After reading that, your suspicions had been correct, it had been wingman sending you all these gifts either sent by Gekko or taken them to you himself. “God.. didn’t know his little creatures knew how to write!” You thought, intrigued by the note. A small warmth filled in your heart, does “Gekko actually love me?” You decided to figure that out on your own by confronting him.

You waited until Gekko had returned from his mission, asking to talk to him privately once he got back. “So… I found this note on my bed,” you said handing him the note given to you by wingman. Gekko stammered a bit, his face reddening by the second. “What do you think he’s trying to tell me?” You asked with a teasing look.

“Uh- well, my buddies, especially wingman have a.. mind o-of their own! Maybe he just likes making people…feel..special?” Gekko stuttered, caught off guard. You looked at him in amusement, “Or.. maybe he’s trying to tell me something you won’t?” Eventually Gekko gave in, “Alright, maybe he might be on to something, I may have caught feelings for you, but you know, haven’t got the guts to tell ya myself,” he finally admits rubbing the back of his neck.

In that moment, Gekko’s feelings were laid bare, his crush on you being revealed, Wingman came out of his little pouch cheering happily after successfully matchmaking his owner with the love of his life.

he spends those weeks without you in his lab drinking the memories away and trying to figure out what happened.

he just cannot function with the thought of losing you at the back of his mind at all times.

he knows he was caught when viper appears at his doorway with a concerned glare and a solemn looking sage in tow. he can't remember most of it, but viper was worried? about him?

soon he was also transported to sages infirmary. getting put on nutrients and oxygen. it was obvious he was not taking care of himself without your presence

when you wake up, he would be right there cradling your cheek with his hand. his mask nowhere in sight. all that matters was that you were safe now

with no word from anybody about your condition, he lay down on his bed and cried numbly. every night he would teleport into where sage had kept you to heal. he would sit in silence staring at your asleep face before always kissing your forehead goodbye. in hopes that somehow, you would wake up.

he went to your room and grabbed some sweaters of yours, every night he slept with them for comfort, clinging onto them as if they were going to leave him too.

when you wake up, he won't care about keeping his mysterious "badass" persona up. he will be at your side holding your hand and crying.

if its a minor injury, he will treat it (if sage and skye are off on a mission).

he isn't scared to cry infront of the others, when he gets the news that your mission went south he was crying into sages shoulder.

he would stay with you the entire recovery. sage had to keep kicking him out at nighttime but eventually she realized she couldn't stop him. she simply would bring meals for him whenever he would forget to eat.
