Veganism may seem restrictive to some, but really, it’s replacing 3 types of animals with 500+ vegetables, beans, lentils, peas, nuts and seeds. I’m not starving over here. With such a wide variety of plant-based foods, it’s no surprise there’s evidence that a vegan diet lowers BMI and obesity, along with their accompanying diseases like cancer, heart disease, and diabetes. A very unexpected opponent at the @allstarsbjj competition last Sunday.
It was a great experience to share the mats with @tomhardy . I have a huge amount of respect for him. He turns up at this comps like any other dude, no special treatment. I get anxious before matches so I can only imagine how he must feel with all those eyes on him. He could quite easily just train BJJ and not compete, like many people do, but it just shows what type of guy he is 🙇🏽♂️
