"Senseiiiii!!!"

Yuji pops from the door with a cheerful smile, hands behind his back to conceal his gift for his teacher. It's not much, and something he spent his weekly stipend on just to get, but hopefully his teacher would be glad to receive something and knows he's very much thought about!

"Sensei! Here you go! Happy birthday to you! Congratulations on getting older!"

From behind his back is a Digimon plushie. He doesn't know if it's his favorite monster of the series, but it's the thought that counts right? Yuji's grin is wide as he passes it on to him.

"I spent so many hours trying to get this out of the claw game! But I finally got it for you yesterday! I hope you like it!" /Yuji

there's a bit of paperwork stacked on his desk, perhaps he's changed a bit as he scribbles along the forms. except gojo is more or less writing a crass doodle on the side since he knows those people will read it. he shouldn't take that long & even if he didn't finish it all, he would put it off until tomorrow. it's his birthday & he should be celebrating, a post on his instagram & a quick tiktok are what's posted on his social media about his day. he had texted a few people today about heading out to a yakiniku place that he's been wanting to try. head raises up once he hears yuji announce his appearance. ❛yuuuuuji! ❜ he exclaims back, echoing a similar jovial tone. it's nice to have a student that is rather open to gojo's shenanigans, a reminder of his youth that had long since passed.

❛older ? you mean younger, look at this youthful appearance !❜ gojo quickly strikes a modelesque pose, but he's not all that mad. he's not utahime's age yet, still one year away from being thirty. he puts his pen down to give yuji his full attention. he had dismissed class early today since he didn't feel like doing much today, but he's curious on what his student is hiding behind his back. head tilts until he finally reveals the baby evolution of his favorite digimon: agumon. azure eyes glimmer with excitement as he receives his present. thoughts of nostalgia drove in waves as he thinks about the time he'd binge watched the show with suguru, or even to this day he's open to playing it in the background in his own apartment. he takes the moment to keep agumon in his lap. his fondness of the plush quite apparent. gojo is unsure if he should take it back to his own place or keep it within the teacher dorms, or his office. ❛ is that why megumi was grumpy this morning ? ❜ there's a grin on his face before taking the moment to stand up. hand rests on yuji's shoulders to pat him, plush in his other hand.

❛ thank you, ❜ he's always been impressed by yuji & his aptitude to adapt to things, but knowing his student cared quite a lot about him made him know that this path is worthwhile. gojo knows how windy this journey would be & they might not be the same once they finish it, but they would make it. ❛ let's grab a quick bite, i'm starving. i can't stand those boring forms. ❜

Successful trip so see family, watch brother build his wargraymon and cuddled their cat in lue of my own. Compared buttrfree with an old friend and it was cold but all and all good and had good jams for the ride home.

A boat crashes on the beach near scuttle town. It looks a cargo ship, but there's whimpering coming from it.

Shantae, the Half-Genie Hero was going to visit her friend, Sky at the Hatchery in Scuttle Town, until she heard whimpering at the beaches and saw someone in the cargo ship.

"Oh no! I better help him!" Shantae exclaimed as she swam into the water and rescued the individual, and brought him into her Lighthouse to recover. She set him on her bed, waiting for him to recover.

Today, the Anime fandom has lost one of its own as the community comes together to mourn Michael Lindsay, known worldwide for his roles such as Kankuro from Naruto, Urahara from Bleach and known widely as Joe and WarGreymon from Digimon. Dreaming To Reality: Oneiromancy Chapter Twenty - 13

“What-!?” Demon gawked before he was rewarded for his shock with Tailmon’s fist in his face, sending him backwards away from Higashi rather unceremoniously.

Taichi smirked from where he stood on WarGraymon’s shoulder as his partner and MetalGarurumon loomed threateningly over the fallen Demon. “Surprise, asshole!”

Takeru stood off to the side where HolyAngemon had quickly dropped him and Hikari off, standing protectively in front of her. “That isn’t Zeed, is it?”

“N-no,” Higashi said, as he stepped back and tried to regain his composure as he righted his stance. “That’s Zeed’s most trusted minion, Demon.”

“But Zeed is here, right?” Yamato asked as he cracked his knuckles.

“Y-yes, undoubtedly,” Higashi said. “P-please be careful!”

Hikari scanned the area carefully, but saw no hint of where Zeed could be hiding. There was so much open space and many, many pillars to hide behind. It left her feeling increasingly uneasy the more she looked around. “I don’t see anyone… Do you, Tailmon?”

“No,” Tailmon growled, her ears flicking before she focused on Demon. “Where is your master?”

“As if I’d tell you, cat,” Demon scoffed as he got up to his feet, crouched.

“It won’t matter if you tell us or not,” HolyAngemon said as he pointed his sword at Demon. “Your plans end here.”

Hikari felt shivers crawling up her spine. Something wasn’t right here. Tension crept into her body, her instincts telling her to be ready for something, when a noise made her jump. A discordant chime came from her pocket, ringing out constantly with an air of urgency. After the initial surprise, she realized that it was the message alert noise from her DT2, only warped by Keiko’s power.

No sooner did Hikari realize this than something grabbed her from behind. She cried out in alarm and saw a flash of golden light surrounding her followed by darkness.

This was no ordinary darkness. This place was familiar, a place she saw far too many times in her nightmares. This darkness filled with screaming, mad laughter, crying, and the sounds of the ocean.

Fear robbed Hikari of her voice to scream and even her breath. She couldn’t see, but she knew she was surrounded by the souls of the damned. She was in the Dark Ocean, and they were coming to tear her apart.

The last thing Hikari saw was golden light, then she knew no more.

The headcannon and ficlet prompts are some of his favorites. Seeing his mun trying to figure out how to meet such interesting and creative prompts is something that always manages to bring a smile to Kakashi’s face. Possibly because he enjoys seeing the poor bastard mun suffer.

This is what they get for always being so mean to him.

They deserve this.

Plus, the stuff they come out with from wargraymon’s prompts is always sort of worth it
