I remembered eating a watermelon salad last summer but can't for the life of me remember if a) it was a recipe i found and made myself or b) i had it at a restaurant
Couldn't even remember whatever was in it besides watermelon xD
Anyway, i could have googled, but i'm lazy, so i just decided to free style it and my god it's delicious
So if you have about half a watermelon, half a red onion, half a cucumber and some feta?
You should definitely combine those together for a light refreshing meal :3
