the physical identity hate is a lot lately. it almost feels like some are afraid of us? or afraid of being like us? i see it a lot more on tiktok than tumblr (this is not a "tumblr is better than tiktok" post, because I've seen it here too)

idk its just disheartening sometimes. sorry to vent on main.

Our next topic.... Is a bite more effective than magick when it comes to becoming a shifter.

If you are bitten or turned by magick, both are effective in its own way. The bite is just more badass. Will it be more faster to work? It truly depends on what jumps in first, how fast it'll solidify, and how fast the spirit will take to manifest/work with you (or completely take over if you're not careful). Not to mention if whatever jumps in just wants to complete its own agenda and leave your body once it's done. In conclusion, no. They both work the same. It takes months to years to let the spirit manifest, shift, use it's abilities on command, etc. Just make sure you can remove the spirit Justin case something goes wrong with your body.

welcome to my corner of the forest ! i'm pantheon/theo/bear, a 20y/o werewolf nonhuman & holothere from europe. i'm a transmasc, and use exclusively he/him pronouns. engaged to the most amazing woman.

i was born in a small village by the coast. i've spent my whole life in forests and wandering by the sea, knowing that i'm a canine though i didn't have a word for how i felt until I discovered the community in 2019. years have gone by since, and i'm more connected to my therianthropy than ever before.

My identity is mostly psychological. i'm comfortable with it, and for the most part i openly express my canine identity in my day to day life.
