Jake would never admit it, but he’d been starting to flag. He’d been fighting...monsters? Aliens? He wasn’t really sure what they were, only that they apparently didn’t have anything to do with Ancient Egypt, thank you, Steven. Whatever the case, he’d been fighting too many of them for too long, barely able to keep up with hoard of them, and they were just as brutal as he was. 

Crescent darts flew every which way, embedding themselves deep into the creatures’ hides, as he tried to keep the collateral damage to a minimum. Jake took down as many as he could from up close as well, jumping from one creature to the next, doing his best to keep their attention on him, but people were still getting hurt. Most had run screaming from the scene, too many hadn’t managed made it that far. Already he’d begun to hear screams from further away—the creatures were spreading out—but every time he managed to take one of the things down, it felt as if three more popped up in its place.

Where the hell were the Avengers?! Wasn’t this exactly their kind of crazy?

As if the gods themselves had heard his thoughts—and they probably had, the bastards, but Jake didn’t believe for a second that this was their doing—a star shot down from the sky and began plowing through the creatures. The star—the woman, it was a woman—was incredible. Ethereal. She was fast, fought like hell, and whatever those energy blasts were made of tore through the creatures like wet paper.

Jake was a bit of a fan, but he was also a professional, so he kept right on fighting while he openly gaped at her. The number of creatures had already thinned quite a bit, thanks to her, and bolstered by the feeling that they might actually win this fight, he took advantage of this second wind and punched and kicked with renewed vigor; sliced and diced until he was covered head to toe in black blood. Once he was close enough that she would hear, he called out to her:

“I thought you’d be taller!” Nice of you to join the fight!

I'd like the idea of Perry sometime (or actually, really often) serving as an "occasional assistant teacher" aka Mr. Platypus in Vanessa's class to prevent Doof from causing trouble.

perryshmirtz can’t exist obvi so the fandom makes human!perry and he even has a whole fandom wide (cartoon) design and everything. But what if Perry could switch between animal and human? And when he’s an animal then human Perry is inside his brain gushing about Heinz and stuff like that and it would be useful 4 traps and stuff where he needs to get big or small or swim or whatevs

around people cuz I’ve been thinking about this for way too long:

around the Flynn-Fletchers, he’d be a platypus, hiding that he’s a human, hiding that he’s a secret agent! So it would be double bad if someone caught him in his secret base as a human 😬 (also known as Candace being delusional in some way)

I think eventually they’d find out he can shapeshift, OR phin and ferb build a shapeshift-into-an-animal/human-device and they find out Perry is more comfortable in his human body than he should be or he’s just really bad at faking it (assuming he doesn’t disappear before they can test it out)

Two ways Heinz could go, non-perryshmirtz, I would probably say he’d be shapeshifting from the start, or randomly start shapeshifting when he’s in a rlly tight spot one day

if u want romantic tension cuz we all need more gay in our lives, Perry would randomly show up to Heinz’s door one day and turn into a human, (preferably when they’re more close/human Perry wants to show Heinz cuz he might have a crush) and Heinz would be standing there like *oh shit oh fuck he’s hot what do I do aahhh*

for owca, he shapeshifts around them normally too. Owca didn’t do it to him, he kinda just came like that. Not sure bout the other agents shapeshifting tho

You know Phineas and Ferb has several episodes that could just straight up be a different show. For a show so formulaic it has some absurdly distinct episodes.

Like a lot of them were purposeful sort of backdoor pilots. But genuinely you could show someone over an an hour of Phineas and Ferb episodes without actually showing them an episode of Phineas and Ferb. Several depending on where the line gets drawn. Depending on what 10 episodes you choose you could give someone a perfect idea of how the show formula works or not the slightest clue.

I love how the fact that Santa Claus does actually give Doofenshmirtz what he wants for Christmas (that being the ability to hate Christmas) seems to imply that Doofenshmirtz is somehow still on the nice list despite how many crimes he’s committed against the tri-state area and just like, in general. Like he could’ve just given him coal but instead he orchestrated a plan to make sure everyone’s Christmas wishes came true, including Doof. And look at how happy it made him! I guess the elves are right, Santa is very forgiving
