I just really wanted to give Sakura a fun and sensible outfit, and maybe give her some armor and a cool weapon because she deserves it. This one is such a classic, the atmosphere is great and theres so much charm, this is also one of the first games i ever played by myself?? (Also maybe the reason i had an interest in marine bio growing up?) The noise at the lighthouse was so ominous but in a very normal way and i just like existing in Snake Horse Harbor

oh! if you are a teen or kid and you are living in a household where an adult is buying the groceries and willing to buy you ingredients and will not get mad and hurt you if you mess up, then learn to cook (and bake~) now

ask someone to teach you or learn from cooking videos/shows. learn a few good solid meals that you really love. learn a few very, very cheap meals that you love (or at least like). learn some very fast meals that you like too. (memorise some if you can)

make a little recipe book with your favourite recipes and meal ideas. (you can write them down on paper or keep them digitally--just make sure you can access the recipes offline and have them saved in case the video/site you found them on gets deleted or taken down). make notes on the price in your recipe book. also on how long it takes to make. you can also make notes on what recipes 'group together' as in which recipes use the same ingredients and can be made for the next meal if you have left over ingredients.

it's best to learn now if you can so that you're not stuck as an adult paying all your own bills and buying groceries, completely broke, but you just ruined your dinner because you're only learning, and you can't afford anything else so you're stuck trying to eat burnt food or going hungry.

i have lost track of the amount of times that i've had a wretched, rotten week but i'll taste something i made and cheer up a little because no one can take being a good cook away from me and even with very little money i can have wonderful foods

the funniest meltdown ive ever had was in college when i got so overstimulated that i could Not speak, including over text. one of my friends was trying to talk me through it but i was solely using emojis because they were easier than trying to come up with words so he started using primarily emojis as well just to make things feel balanced. this was not the Most effective strategy... until. he tried to ask me "you okay?" but the way he chose to do that was by sending "👉🏼👌🏼❓" and i was so shocked by suddenly being asked if i was dtf that i was like WHAT???? WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY TO ME?????????? and thus was verbal again

Love the contrast between the Americans’ “Apollo” and the Soviets’ “Sputnik.” You got the Americans naming their rocket after a Greek god trying to communicate the grandness and importance of this rocket.
