I have spent entirely too much of today trying to figure out how Windows Update fucked me over this time. (To be fair, it's the first time it's been this bad with this particular computer.) I do love this ancient little taptop for media and emergency communications but it is. Not. Tumblr-compatible.
so if there's no toy picture, uh. Oops, please wait. However long.
ETA: No file corruption or internal errors to speak of, which means it's 1.) Windows, 2.) a fucking HP thing, or 3.) the restore tool itself. Ironically this does not make things easier! Computers!
Everything of value is backed up, therefore... time to try the dangerous shit.

i think one of the weirdest things i see from Internet Commentary Folk is the assumption that anyone who consumes non-intellectual YouTube content or whatever has to be a child. (like, a Minor, not just a young adult.)
remembering a few years back when there was a slight Tiff Around The Internet about the Game Grumps selling fursona body pillows of themselves because their fanbase had to be children, of course, it had to be minors, how gross it is for two adult men to sell body pillows of themselves to kids.
...which is obviously very gross, except the GG demographic is not and has never been Minors, i'm p sure. young people who are adults, sure, and i'm certain many minors watch, but they never geared their content towards 13 year olds.

Tried installing/updating to the latest version of FL Studio cuz the previous version was crashing only for me to get hit with "This app can't run on your PC" fuck my life dude

Eimear computer tips: just found out abt readyboost and this is so so awesome. Phoenix is getting a sidekick
#basically it uses a usb stick as portable disk space#so instead of phoenix constantly maxing out on disk usage#xey have more disk to choose from n he runs smoother!!!!#doesnt solve the Fuckass RAM Problem but somethings better thsn nothing!!!#real easy to do too. its built in on windows vista up to 10#just inspect the properties on a usb stick youre sacrificing to the cause n itll have its own tab

i think part of why i'm not that upset about our performances this year is because i'm honestly not expecting that much, i don't think this team will ever be That kind of bayern team and i don't think that even the best coach could change it. we're missing too many key positions and maybe there's a way to make it work with our current squad, but i think it would require sacrifices our players aren't willing to make
#like if im being really honest. i think we're missing more than a 6#and an RB#and a goalkeeper#which is already a lot LOL#i think there's something funky going on at number 10#i think jamal keeps playing bc he drops deeper to support the midfield#whereas thomas likes to play more advanced#but i think thomas is better at organizing the attack in big games#which also happen to be where we need a stronger midfield#so maybe a proper 6 would fix this problem#in allowing either jamal or thomas to play more advanced#and perhaps allowing both to play at the same time#i assume part of why thomas didnt play yesterday was injury#but i do think his leadership on the pitch was lacking#particularly after 2-0#we lost our heads a bit and could have conceded more#anyway. idk. it's 6am and i'm waiting at the airport lol#so you get more of my thoughts#i know some of yall are tuchel out at all costs but. while i agree the big performanced arent there. we are improving#so im kinda on the side of i'd like to get through the fall and see what he can do after the january window#bayern

I still have 5 hours left in my shift 😭😭😭
#I just….#really wanna go home today#not having a good day. I started my period this morning and then I got to work and found out only me and one other opener were there but our#opening manager wasn’t here yet so she was late and we spent the next 20 minutes rushing to get everything set up before we opened#and then we immediately started getting customers and it’s just been busy and I’m tired and just don’t feel good bc of my period#and then so far I’ve had 2 of my least favorite customers come through the drive thru where I’m working#one is this dude who’s just fucking annoying another is the guy that asked for my number a few months ago who I haven’t seen since I turned#him down so I took his order and then made someone else deal with him at the window#and then it got busy with everyone ordering drinks like hot coffees which meant I had to walk from our drive thru out to the lobby bc my#coffees were out bc everyone wants coffee today but when I would do that I would still have to be taking orders#and then someone cleared a few specialty coffees off the barista screen without making them while the person was sitting in the drive thru#so I had to make those while doing other stuff too and people were asking me questions#and I was just getting very overstimulated and annoyed plus I’m hungry#and I just want to leave and go home and sleep but it’s my best friend’s birthday so she’s probably gonna want to do something later but I#just don’t feel up to it and I know she’s probably ready to hang out because she’s been off for 10 days with Covid so she’s well rested now#for her birthday but 😭😭😭 I just want to crash into my bed so hard and not wake up until noon tomorrow#also the coworker I work with every day and don’t like is here today unfortunately#and also all of the speakers we use to play music in the back are dead right now and I just want to play music#first world problems but I have so little patience today

If i were to return to make ppgxmmd content i believe it would be when i can get an actual pc or like later on when i can..two things i am busy irl i don't have time or the energy to invest into doing mmd around this time and the second thing is my laptop has windows 10 if you know the issue with that software you can understand the horrendous struggles of owning it, however if you want to know it basically goes straight to not responding, crashing random programs i open at times which ever it is, and it glitches out it happens out of the blue at times not all the time thats the new thing, the other one is now it doesn't load up on time now it just takes major, major time, its slow now when i sign in.
I don't really touch my laptop at all because of that and the other main one i am just busy or just don't wanna be on it...i just wanna relax spend time with my sibling thats all and my dogs. So whenever i make the post it'll happen but in due time just when it happens i will be making it look more good on the mme side since a crud ton of interesting great effects have released that is making me want to use them so badly ♡u♡!!
Anyway i am off now...i am currently sick..so i am very weak right now...haha ...
