The mourning Pokémon.

A deceased Pokémon filled with regrets. It is desperately trying to find its trainer again. Wispeons will try to grab the attention of humans to have them adopt it or guide them to their former trainer.

A turnaround of my ghost type eeveelution, Wispeon

A few fakemon concepts: three of the missing Eeveelutions. Besteon is a dragon-type based on medieval bestiary illustrations and it evolves when the player has at least 100,000 Pokédollars in their wallet. Wispeon is a ghost type based on a will-o-wisp that evolves when leveling up in a swamp. Ebeeon is a bug type based on a bumble bee, which evolves after using honey.

COMMON: 1d4 Rings and some pocket lint RARE: Sports Tape, This unique yellow spirts tape gives you a +1 to unarmed damage. EPIC: Diamond Cutter Mask: This mask once belonged to one of the infamous Diamond Cutters, a gift to Tangle from Whisper. It gives the user a +1 to ranged attacks and perception checks. It also comes with a night vision mode, allowing for the user to see in the dark. 

LEGENDARY: Elastic Whip: This strange whip, appears to have a large fist on the end of it. When employed the whip can stretch itself to almost any length, and counts as a monk weapon. When used by a Monk the Whip can be used to deal its Unarmed damage, giving you both range and high damage. It has a special attack which can be activated once per day, allowing you to grapple a foe with advantage. Once grappled the target must succeed a strength save with disadvantage to break free. When not in use this whip counts as a buckler, which can be worn on the arm.

COMMON: Chitin Plates, A simple Crafting material for insect armor. RARE: Office Attire: This Elegant office attire is simple in design and somewhat mundane. While in a Crowd you gain a +5 to stealth checks to hide in plain sight, and this outfit grants you a +5 to all Diplomacy checks, but a -5 to all intimidate checks.  EPIC: Bejeweled Helmet: This beautiful Ivory white Helm is made from the Carapace of an insectoid creature. It has two small antenna sticking out of the top, and shimmers in the light with a brilliant pastel rainbow hue. This helmet gives you a 25% chance to ignore critical hits, and blind sense when worn. However you feel a pain of guilt when wearing it and gain a -1 to any Charisma check when interacting with insectoid creatures.

LEGENDARY: A Diamond Engagement Ring: This Diamond Wedding ring, is quite large and looks to be worth a large sum of money. Though it has no magical effects, it does give you a +5 to diplomacy checks to ward off horny bards. Simply use the phrase “ No Thanks i’m getting married! “ To activate this effect.

COMMON: Sentimental Picture, An Image of a group of Mercenaries it likely has no value to anyone but the original owner.  RARE: Sneak Suit, This combat suit is designed to allow the user to remain relatively quiet when moving about. It confers advantage to all stealth checks and, a acts like light combat armor in battle. It does not restrict ones movements either, and is highly resistant to heat and cold giving one advantage on any environmental weather checks.  EPIC: Diamond Cutter Mask: This Mask once belonged to the Famous Angel of the Battlefield, also known as Whisper. It gives the wearer various vision modes, telescopic sight, and has a full tactical read out inside the mask. It confers a +1 to all ranged attacks, in addition by spending an action concentrating you can increase this bonus by +1, you can stack this effect up to 5 times. The Mask counts as a light combat helm giving the wearer a +1 AC.

LEGENDARY: Variable Wispeon, This unique rifle is a one of a kind item and may well be considered an Artifact of a new age. It counts as a long raged heavy sniper rifle requiring two hands to wield properly. The Wispon requires a Wisp (Vanity Pet) in order to use. The Damage of the weapon is increased by the Affection rating of the Wisp, in addition you may swap the wisp within the weapon as a free action. Each Wisp will change the Wispeon’s fuction and form depending on the equipped Wisp.

COMMON: Hair Band, a simple hair band to tie your hair up with, this one seems to be made of a stronger material for a thicker kind of hair. Possibly used to tie up ‘quills ‘ rather then hair.  RARE: Elemenatal Core(Lightning), a Rare Crafting Material used in legendary level weapon upgrades.  EPIC: Jar of Viral Compound: A Strange jar filled with a silvery substance, that seems to writhe about in the Jar. applying this substance to any wound, will allow the user to heal 10 hp per round, for the next 24 hours. It can regrow organs, repair crushed tissue, but can not replace lost limbs. As long as this effect is active the user if killed the user will return to life once there hp is above Zero.

LEGENDARY: Dynamo Cage, This artifact when is powerless when first acquired, however it allows the user to ‘ capture ‘ by force or by stealing any Wips they encounter. For each Wisp absorbed increase the users electrical special attack by 50%. You may not capture more then one of the same type of wisp, and once capture you acquire that wisps special moves to add to your own. WARNING! each wisp capture, increases your INSIGHT rating, once insight reaches a critical level nightmare monsters will begin to spawn. These entities can only be hurt and seen by the wearer of this artifact.

So I made another OC, this one is a mechanic girl named Dannibel- Danny for short. She's a mechanic of vehicles, Shelltur customization, and studies Pokemon mobility and transportation. I imagine she grew up in a family of mostly guys, so she's kind of a tomboy, but also very upbeat, a glass half full type girl, and pretty energetic. She pretty much always has a project going on.

Oh, and I updated Karden's trainer sprite. I noticed he was a tad short compared to the others, so I added some height to him and lengthened his arms, legs, and torso a bit.

As far as her relationship with the other OC's I posted as of late, I guess she's a friend of Karden and Sorrey- and Karden probably has a crush on her because she's always teasing him in some light way- she might feel the same in the future, but its unclear. Sorrey probably thinks she's a bit obnoxious, but at the same time would rather see her happy than sad. She's not fond of Tyron at all, despite the fact that Tyron more or less has a puppy crush on her- But the two do at least get along in the sense that she's the first one he goes to when he breaks his motorcycle... which is frequently.

Shelltur (Rock/Normal), her go to mobile home and also her favorite ol girl

Baakura (Grass/Fairy), her starter, best for rugged terrain

Wispeon (Ghost), one of the "guard dogs," also helpful for phasing in and out of an engine to get a part out. Very friendly though

Tauraro Arcanine (Water/Ice), the other gaurd dog that Danny likes using to traverse rivers. Also friendly

T Donphan (Fire/Ground). In truth, she actually has many of these, which she captured from one of the migrating herds that travel across the region.

T Serperior (Dragon/Flying). A pokemon that helps her study air based travel

Some Ghost-Type Fakeveelutions I designed a while back.

Morteon woudve been Gen 1 and evolved Via Stone.

Cadaveon: Gen 2, and evolve via Max Unhappiness at night after being KOd.

Wispeon would be around Gen 4-6 and evolve with high friendship when they are in a party of nothing but Ghost Types.
