I sincerely wish John a lovely 73rd birthday, surrounded by his precious family 💖 I tried a more painterly style this time, dipping my toes into a royal AU for John's birthday. I used one of my favourite photos of him as reference (I'll ppst it down below) and set my imagination free for his outfit. I wish I had more time to polish it more and properly paint it, but I did this artwork during a very difficult moment, I wanted to challenge my art and life decided to challenge me back, I guess... but I still did my best and I hope you'll like it too 🥺🥰💜💕

I might've been drawing other stuff than Queen recently, but my love and admiration for John is still burning like a quiet but vivid flame. I'll always wish him the absolute best and I'll never stop being grateful to him for having shared his incredible talent and dedication with the world.

Helluva Redesigns! Woooooohoooo

I wanna take a sec to ramble about the design choices I made while working on em

SO first is Millie. Idk why but if I looked at her, I wouldn't even know she came from wrath. There's literally NOTHING to say she came from wrath other than the fact that shes.... Idk aggressive sometimes? But that's kind of it. I like the idea of Wrath having a cowboy theme to it, so I decided to, y'know, make her have a more country look! Also covered her in scars because she fights alot. I also changed her personality to be a lot more sweet than she looks, still has fiery attitude though. I decided to make Moxxie have a more greed look. My version of greed imps are covered in various jewels and sparkly stuff, hence all the gold. And since green is the main color for greed, I implemented more green into his design. His personality has a BIG change, and is more like his pilot personality. He isn't a sopping wet woobified nerd, now, he's a hardworker who can't stand his boss, and he doesn't take ANY of his shit. He'd probably quit if he and Millie weren't in a bad place financially.

Loonas design is probably the most changed. Whenever someone tells me to think of a hellhound, what comes to my mind is Cerberus, who I also imagine as a Doberman breed. SO I decided that all hell hounds are Doberman! Because loona looks like a fucking devaintart fursona, NOT a hell hound. (This isn't to say Doberman are evil btw! I love Doberman!! I made them Doberman because they're badass 😎) Also, Loona isn't adopted. She's just worked with Blitzo for a while, and him seeing her as a daughter is kind of one sided, but she's not as bitchy about it like she is in canon. She's more relaxed, but still aggressive. Blitzo's design is probably gonna get changed more, because I don't really like this result I ended up with :P anyways, he's still really crude, but he's also a lot more charismatic and sinister. He also doesn't want to have sex with literally every breathing thing, and he's unapologetically an ass. No sad backstory to make uo for all of it, NOPE! He's just a jerk because he wants to be!

The Dream

Carrie has never known sleep before. For the first six months of its existence, it resided in the body of an Astral Elf named Khloros. A series of unfortunate events led Khloros to betray Carrie, leaving it for dead. An Eldritch Lich named Noirak who was also left dying due to Khloros' betrayal fashioned a new body for Carrie in their final moments. Though hodgepodge and barely functioning, the body was stable enough to prevent Carrie's soul from disappearing into nothingness. This new body came with new powers, and with new needs-- one of them being the need to sleep. And thus for the first time, Carrie slumbers... ...and dreams. (17 pages total, more under the cut.)

20 years after their epic senior year streak across campus, these gents are returning to the scene of the crime. No one even knows who suggested it, but once it was suggested, the whole group knew, whether they liked it or not... They'd be getting butt ass naked and streaking campus once again. A CEO, a famous actor, a teacher, a retired NFL player, a banker, a librarian, a police officer, and even John, a photography professor at the exact all male University they attended all those years ago.

Some were excited, others were just in disbelief... How... HOW... WHY are they doing this? In the end... They all agreed! You only live once! Just as they were all down to their undies, they all looked at each other. There always has to be the ONE... The one to go the distance first. Just like 20 years ago, John was that guy! John drops trou and yells "Let's gooooooo!". With that, two things happened at once. All the guys followed John's lead and stripped off in their own way and began to streak.... AND many members of John's photography club came out of their hiding spots and started snapping pictures of the most epic reunion streak ever. Images captured and memories made!

John has a feeling these images are going to be perfect for the club's fundraising calendar. He even found the group photo of the entire group streaking together 20 years earlier to include. The club has a blast comparing and contrasting each of the guy's naked bodies. John kind of enjoyed the attention, but was still in disbelief that they did it AGAIN... Perhaps this should become.a YEARLY tradition?!? How can he raise the stakes next year?
