I am hoping that one of the good things to come out of this utterly pre-apolcalyptic soured custard of a year is fuzzy toys. I want stuffed toys to come into their glory. I want them to be held in respect for all the unconditional phtsical affection they facilitate. They don't demand transactions or adherence to a set standard of behaviour or even that you brush your teeth before you kidd them. They just let you hug something soft.

I should make myself a stuffed toy in a non-person non-pet shape. Maybe my pillow isn't enough any more but I have never been able to bear people-shaped things in my space. I had to move out our coatstand because every time I woke at night I would panic.
