HELLFORGED

I recently put out the HELLFORGED SRD, the system behind HELLGUTS and HELLDROPPERS, and three games made with it! I’ll be talking about all of that in this post.

First off, the HELLFORGED Jam is live now! Come join it and make a HELLFORGED game or content for an existing HELLFORGED game!

Now for the system itself. HELLFORGED games are geared for providing badass, over-the-top results for rolls as multiple successes stack together. It was created with combat in mind, but I would be so down to see a system made that didn’t focus on combat while still providing big, awesome moments. If you want to, you could also make a HECKFORGED or an H-FORGED game and avoid the word “hell” in your game all together.

Packaged with the HELLFORGED SRD and also available on its own is the XHell. XHell is a one-page HELLFORGED alien invasion game designed to show off the basics of HELLFORGED and give designers an easily-hackable jumping off point.

HELLMECH is a HELLFORGED mech game! It’s unique spin is that you’re playing as a black ops mech team, taking on missions throughout the galaxy that you could be disavowed for. To add to the political intrigue is a system of getting advantages from your crew, but risking something dramatic happening with a crewmate in the process, including death and betrayal. There’s a modular system for mech building and lots of options for putting together your mech weapons. I think it turned out really well!

Finally, I just put out HellTrain as part of the One-Page RPG 2024 Jam using the optional theme of “transport”. I wrote it on a Twitch stream where I showed how to reskin XHell to make a game. It turned out being a pretty rad sci-fi/gunslinging game about defending a train from bandits, hellhounds, and giant rattlesnakes. There is also a whole thing with souls being swapped between clone bodies that becomes a kind of character selection thing.

His hands wring tighter. This would soothe if only a little. Everything might be sore and his head may be throbbing but he appears safe. At least, he was for now if nothing else.

“I ain’t a feeble princess or nothin’, you ain’t gotta treat me like I’m a scared kid. Hrm. If you’re headin’ that way. I’m usually round tha Vee Tower. Or, there’s tha hotel by the top of tha pentagram if you got trouble with the redlight district.”

He can’t really say he was acting especially cool with this guy’s help.

And as for the constraints of his deal with the father --Richard was forbidden on gettint too personal with the old man's spawn...nothing beyond the constraints of his Job-- which was basically to Protect and Serve-- nothing more. "...Let you off easy?" he spoke softly, "...What do you think this is...a kidnapping?" he sighed. "I ain't here to hurt'cha kid-- you looked like you were in a pickle and I thought I could lend a hand-- nothin'more" he said, "It's not like I'm expecting payment or anything...you don't have to sell yourself off to a total stranger like me." he stated, "That ain't why I did it...just--tell me where you need ta be and I'll take ya. I'll drop you off and we don't have to speak of it again if you don't want to." he said. "You can fahged'about me even...be like i was never there and it never happened..."

BTRTV sexuality headcanons

Except nobody is safe and everyone with a name gets hits by my headcanon beam (Also my headcanons change with the wind. Perhaps if I wrote this a week ago or week from now this list would look totally different)

Kendall is bi and invented bisexuality

Logan is tricky for me (today). Is Logan straight? Unlabeled? Transfem lesbian? Genderfluid + bi? Logan is too whimsical to put in a box 

Carlos is straight but I bet his parents thought he was gay at one point because of how affectionate he is with the rest of the boys (he just has a lot of love to give) ((but also he is pan when I want btr in an ot4)

James is either a metrosexual straight who takes being called gay as a compliment OR a gay man who when people ask if he’s gay is like “No?? I mean there's nothing wrong with that! But I obviously love girls-!” (he’ll figure it out in his twenties and be unabashedly proud and himself once he gets over internalized stuff) ((also all his friends def know and are just waiting for him to figure it out))

All the parents are straight 

Kelly is a lesbian cause i’m a lesbian and I say so 

Gustavo is hetero aroace (he doesn't know what aroace means but it's def what he is) 

Jo is a straight or bi and a transgirl 

Camille is pansexual (and she/they mayhaps?) 

Lucy is bi with a pref for men and maybeeee polyamorous (She lowkey wants to squeeze her way into Kendall and Jo’s relationship to no avail) 

Jett is straight but he has gay parents and he would got to fucking war for them

Guitar Dude is a straight transdude

Buddah Bob is straight but a fierce ally 

Freight train has a husband at home. Trust. 

Ms.Collins has a wife at home. Trust. 

Mr.Bitters is straight ace 

The Jennifers are all sapphic (Blonde - lesbian, Brunette - lesbian, Curly - bi) and are all in a Polyamourous relationship since nobody else is good enough for them. They do LOVE fucking with men and making them fall for them tho. Very fun pastime.

Katie realized she’s bi in like middle school (like brother like sister) 

Mercedes is lesbian and doesn't know so she serial-dates men waiting for someone to stick (she’ll realize in her twenties too)

简单步骤如下：

获取VPS登录信息：通常包括IP地址、用户名、密码和SSH端口

下载SSH登录软件：最常用的是Xshell软件

在XShell上面输入登录信息，连接即可。
