Hope's Peak Academy, Hope's Peak Academy is a school for Ultimate Talent students for everyone to be welcoming, learning experience, and meeting new students of Hope's Peak Academy, You are probably wondering of who's this person talking, well I'll introduce myself to you, I am Y/n L/n, I'm the new Ultimate Singer, the reason why my Ultimate Talent is the Ultimate Singer is because I am a famous singing celebrity in my life, when I was 8 years old, I started singing an song that my parents started to notice me of singing, but I felt very very proud that my parents started giving applause to me and my singing voice, a few years later, when I was 10 years old, my teachers and my friends were really really really really surprised that they heard me singing for the first time, and they started giving me good compliments about me and my singing voice, and my teacher not only give me all Straight A+, but they give me a letter from Hope's Peak Academy itself, I went thought of how did Hope's Peak Academy know about me and my singing, how did they know where I live, how do they know my name, but when I read the letter of Hope's Peak Academy, it said that they got a good friend who had been hearing from my singing, giving me Straight A+ from every single classes, and explained everything about me, a few days, after I told my parents about my new Talent, they felt 100% proud about my talent and to me, but they felt that they are going to miss me, I started to comfort them and told them that I will always be your daughter no matter what happens or where I went into....

And that's when I 1st arrive in Hope's Peak Academy, but I feel very very exhausted, fainted on the floor by the grass. When I woke up, I was in the classroom, sleeping on the desk, I looked around my surroundings, and it seems that I am in a classroom and it is not a dream, as I was standing from the desk, and was about to leave the classroom, I heard an strange sound of a locker or 2, I turned around and saw 2 different people who got out of those lockers, I looked at the 1st person, she has like light navy green Straight and short hair,but her hair is blocking her 2nd eye, has light green/light turquoise/light gray eyes, wears an navy blue school dress, and is a little scared, I looked at the 2nd person, his height is almost an giant's height, he has like darker green, curly and long hair, wear circle round glasses, red eye color, and wears navy blue clothes. It became quiet for a few minutes later, until I spoke with a calm voice. "Hey, uh... are you both okay, you both aren't hurt, are you???" You said while looking at the both of them, at first when they looked at you and they thought that you are the intruder, but when they looked at you clearly, they thought that you are an trapped Ultimate, just like them. "Yes, we're okay, we're not hurt, thanks for asking....???" She said while looking at you with a polite manner. "Oh, I am Y/n L/n. " You said while introducing yourself to them. "Well L/n, it's nice to meet you, I am Kirumi Tojo." Kirumi said while looking at you with a shy smile. "Tch, Gonta is Gonta Gokuhara." Gonta said while looking away from you.

A/N: This is just a preview for an idea I thought up of based on a song plus some concepts I've seen. I only chose these characters because I don't want to have too much clutter. However, if you'd like to see the concept with any other characters, feel free to ask!

This building seemed like it could collapse on itself any moment, but given how long it's been around, the chances are slim. You only wonder what went on here before it was abandoned. A friend had told the two of you that it used to be a school, most likely for gifted students. You would think this place would have remained in tact, but maybe the staff didn't meet the budgets.

Though you were amazed with how much greenery had grown into the place. It gave you some semblance of how many years had passed since this school was in session. The fact that you're practically walking on grass and passing through branches tells you... Probably a decade or two. Even with it shutting down, why was this not something you ever heard of? Your friend had to look through archive files to even find out about this school's existence. Wouldn't this sort of thing have been made public?

A sigh escapes you. You were getting off topic. The only reason why you were even here in the first place was because your other friend was too uneasy to go alone. They had a fascination with searching abandoned buildings. At one point, you two and some other friends had went to an mall that had closed due to the major decrease of people coming in. It was fun, but right now it could've been better if all of you were here. Everyone else was either busy with their jobs or the amount of time their college courses demanded.

So it was just the two of you. Together exploring this abandoned school that you've never heard of. You don't even think there was a name mentioned.

"Oh? I didn't think something like this would be in a school. A vending machine, yeah, but this?" Your friend was facing something you couldn't quite see, so you leaned to the side to get a better look.

A gachapon machine?

"You would only see these in stores or the laundry mat. Why would the school have this?" They further examined the contraption as you spoke up, "I mean, given how the stairs look, maybe the headmaster has some sense of humor. Albeit a little odd..."

They looked over to you with a smile, "Wanna try it? I don't really play these things. It seems like a form of gambling to me." You chuckle at their words and almost laughed when they commented on how the people who made these things wanted to get the young ones to start early in such.

It looked to be that this gachapon used to light up, making you wonder if such a thing would still work. Especially with how old this school seemed. You shrugged and just hoped that this thing wouldn't eat your coins in the process. You pulled out your wallet and got a coin to insert. It was pretty simple how to use this, given how you've always begged your parents for some change in order to get a prize in the capsule as a child.

Turning the knob, you heard the clatter of the coin and soon saw one of the capsules fall through. Your friend made a noise of amusement. Even with what they said, it still looked fun to watch.

Carefully picking up the capsule, they asked, "So, what'd you get? This thing doesn't really have much pictures on the sides, just writing. Here, lemme just... 'The ever reclusive detective', 'The supreme leader of phantom thieves', 'The stone hearted affluent progeny', 'The.... "

The list went on as you listened to them read everything. It was probably characters you could get from the gachapon, but you couldn't wrap your head around what sort of show or game series had these type of characters. Two lucksters? Okay then.

You grasped the lid of the capsule. "Well, let's see what we got. You can't really see who's inside but it just makes this a little more exciting." With a small pop, the lid separated from the other half.

Nagito Komaeda

Even since the moment Nagito met his darling he knew it was a person filled with hope, a person with a bright potential and a future filled with hope, his admiration quickly grows as an obsession as he has the opportunity to see you more, an obsession that only grows more and more with each passing day

For Nagito it doesn't matter if you let him be in your live or doesn't even aknowledge his existance, for him is more than a blessing being able to be near you, and he wouldn't blame you if you don't want anything to do with trash like him

Nagito didn't mean to be pushy to enter in your life, but since he can't be away from you for too long and that need of being around you only grows with his obsession it was obvious that at one point you two will end up meeting. He expected for you to hate him for even daring to be around you but if you don't mind him being near you or even accept him he is shocked for it, and yet he will not dare to doubt you and just accept it

Once you let him enter in your life there is no way to get away from him, Nagito had swear to himself (and even to you) to be always with you and do whatever is needed to help you bright in an inmense and infinite hope and for that he become really clingy and dependent of you, doing whatever you ask him and accept whatever you say to him with a smile

Nagito just get used to you being cold and distant towards him, he doesn't expect nor think he deserve something else, won't even dare to ask for more, so when you start to open up more to him, even if is just a little he is incredibly surprised and even brush it off as if it was his imagination at first, but as you start to grow more and more comfortable around him there is no way for him to deny it

Nagito will probably try to deny it for as long as posible because he doesn't feel like he deserve it but it start to become more obvious in diferent ways, you had started to talk more, you start to express more of yourself and even smile, sometimes he is lucky enough to heard you laugh, and if he pay enough attention he can see your body language directed towards him, it was obvious that you started to feel free to open up to him

Nagito noticed your change but is too scare to accept it, so it isn't going to happen until someone else point it out (and even so it would take him a while, unless is you), and when he does finally accept that he is the one with who you feel the most comfortable he swears to himself that protect that feeling and never disappoint you

Your smile becomes his reason to continue living, and being the only one you allow to see it give him a boost of confidence, sudendly he feels special and important (but never more than you). Nagito even become more intense in every way posible, wanting nothing more to be with you and be able to make you happy, now he is even more eager to do everything in his power to make you happy and just fullfil your wishes, to help you reach the greatest hope

Also, Nagito never dare to question you anything he just accept you the way you are, so he never really pry into the details of the reason of your distrust and distant attitude towards others (he may actually wondered why but always brush it off as saying that is none of his business), he won't ask you even when you finally open up to him but if he get to know that is someone's fault because they had hurted you in the past it would be more probably that he will take things into matter because he hates the idea of you suffering, and he does it with the excuse that is because that bastard made you feel despair

Kazuichi Soda

It doesn't take him much time before falling in love with you, Kazuichi is the type that could fall in love at first sight, and when he does he does it hard, and just as quickly it is for him to fall in love it is to grow obsesive over you, in no time you had become the only thing that wander around Kazuichi's mind (not that he is complaining)

Kazuichi is delusional, he sees you as the peak of perfection and beauty, everyone most know and admire your beauty (but he doesn't concentrate on doing other admire you, he is more focused on admiring you himself and trying to give you everything you deserve), as well he doesn't even ask you or tries to win your trust before hand, he just came into your life and isn't planning to go away, one day he just came and talk to you as if you two already know each other from all your life (but with a little too much respect, maybe even as if you were royalty)

Although, even when he sees you as perfection itself he is unable to think that you don't like him, that posibility will break him completely so his mind doesn't even think on that, instead, when you act distant towards him he just doesn't believe it, it would take him a while to catch the idea of you not being comfortable or not wanting to share much with him, and when he does he is blaming himself for it, thinking that is probably his fault and he has to make it up for you

And just like that Kazuichi tries from all the ways he can think on to make you forgive him and to get in your good side again, he does everything he can for you, shower you with all kind of compliments and praises, trying to protect you from any kind of threaten (or at least, to anything that he sees as a threaten), Kazuichi is actually pretty open with his obsesion because he doesn't see anything bad in it, in his eyes everything is what you deserve and out of love

It will take him a while to notice that you had become more open and comfortable with him, and won't really notice it until it become more obvious, he doesn't get the little hints and just keeps trying to make it up for you, but when he finally does he couldn't be happier that you finally seem to be accepting him

When he finally sees your smile for him you had grow now even more beautiful! his praises and obsession only increase, from that day he just gets more determinanted to serve you and make you smile, it would take him a while to notice that you only feel comfortable to show yourself with him but if he does it only give him a boost on his ego and selfconfidece, someone so perfect like you shows him their perfect smile! obviousle he will feel honored! sudenly he feels incredibly special for being the only one allowed to see the smile of someone so special and perfect

Speaking of, he may don't brag about it with other but he will not shut up with his compliments and praises. As well, he is already pretty jealous but if he sees you smiling towards anyone else he wil be increadibly jealous, he thought he was special! he will never take it against you but it isn't probably that the other person will be safe (at least to his deadly glares and threatens)

Kazuichi doesn't pry for deep details, he asks more for superficial detais, personal details only when it comes to your likings and so on, so is probably that he won't exactly nor wonder why do you act the way you act, it is up to you if you decide to tell him or not, but if he ever get to know if is someone else fault that you don't feel comfortable being yourself he will be completely offended for what happened to you (like if it had happened to him), is more likely that he won't search revenge for you but it trigger his protectiveness, from that day he is keeping a close eye to anyone who dares even aproach to you, he had swear that no one will hurt you again in any way

Kokichi Ouma

Kokichi isn't the type who falls in love imediatly, for him is a slowly process, it started by a simple interested, your distant personality catches his eye and immediatly atracted to him but as the time pass that interest slowly and careful grows more and more, it reachs the point where he was so curious about you that wanted to know everything he can of you without noticing, becomes an obsession without him able to stop it

Kokichi is really smart and doesn't do anything without a plan, so even if he approach to you casually he has already a plan to get to know all your secrets, while in the outside he is just being goofy and childish in the inside he is getting all the information he can of you by all the means he needs

For Kokichi all of this was a simple game, he was just playing around with you, he planned to make you the victim of his silly jokes until he can get a reaction of you, however Kokichi didn't know (or at least he didn't want to accept it) but this was a game he was losing, the more time he pass with you and the more he gets to know about you his love and obsession done nothing but grow more and more, he thought he was the one in control when in reality he was already down bad for you, but he will not dare to admit it because he didn't want to feel that vulnerable

Once Kokichi knows everything he can of you the new part of his plan started, make you laugh. Kokichi wanted nothing more than have some fun, do some silly jokes and be consider funny by the ones he cares, even when he is terrible with expressing his true feelings, and since the day you catches his interest Kokichi had cling onto you and doesn't plan to let you go you become the one he wants to make smile the most

Kokichi is incredibly smart and is always paying too much attention to you, so he notice when you start to feel more comfortable right away, even if is only a little and there are only small hints of it that is more than enough for him to feel like he is starting to win the game, and to make him feel a boost of confidence on himself and his plan

When he finally manage to get a smile, or even better, a laugh from you is the point of not return, even if is something that lasted one second it was more than enough for Kokichi to fall in love all over again with you, that moment is what make Kokichi realize how beautiful you are, how much he loves you and how much he wish to see that beautiful smile again

Kokichi doesn't want to admit it, not even to himself (even when he has it clear) but he is quite dependent of his darling, he can say all he wants that he doesn't care for you and he does whatever he wants but in reality your opinion is what matters the most for him and he is desperate for you to love him the way he is, so when you finally smile for him, and only him, he becomes even more dependent, he becomes dependent of your smile and it becomes his purpose in live to continue making you smiling

It may wouldn't be so intense if it wasn't because of your distant personality, now that you allow him to be the only one you are able to express yourself freely and truly smile he is not willing to lose it, he is going to make everything in his power for you to never lose that smile and for you to smile for him and only for him. That honor of being the only one you smile at makes him even more possessive, it makes him feel special and it makes him want to be the only one to enjoy that pleasure

Kokichi already knows everything about you, so he already knows, or at least have an idea of what happened to you to become so distant from others, and if there is someone to blame for it he will make them pay without a doubt, they deserve it for trying to erase your beautiful smile

Amami Rantaro

It doesn't happen imediatly, it takes some time for him to happen, he falls in love first and then his obsession grows slowly but stronge, and even when he notice those growing intense feelings inside of him he just accept them because are feelings that grow out of love

It isn't difficult for Rantaro to enter in your life once he gets interested on you, even when he can be pretty misterious he is really charming and attentive, he appear to be trust worthy, he even openly accept if you don't trust him yet or aren't comfortable around him right away, or at least that what he says because inside is something that bothers him but stay calm reminding himself that is just matter of time, he will let you know that he isn't a threaten and you can trust him

Rantaro will be kindly pushing you to accept him, he understand that you prefer to be are distant to everyone and even wary but he isn't planing to let you go, so he just insist too much, but he do it so kindly and gentle that can go unnoticed or don't bother you at all

As the time pass Rantaro grows more clingy as his obsession grows, he just loves you so much that can't stay away from you and even when he isn't physicaly near you somehow he always knows where you are and what are you doing. He excuses himself by saying that he just want you to be safe, he had already lost all his sisters and despite everything he have done to trying to find them he haven't even find a trace of them and that lead him to be terrified by the thought of the same happening to you, he doesn't know what he will do if you ever go missing so he prefers to watch you closely to asure that you won't just disappear one day

Even when his unhealthy and obsessive behavior can be pretty obvious at times he always manage to cover up as being worried of you or even accidents, he is so good at covering up and finding convincing excuses that it is scary

Rantaro is a really observant and perseptive person, he is smart enough to notice when you start to feel more comfortable around him, even if there are just little hints like you getting a little more closer to him or starting to express a little more he notice it right away, and it makes his heart melt, Rantaro was used to your distant attitude and even when this was something he expected and wanted is still flattering, it gave him even more motivation to continue

Once you open up to him completely there is no way to stop Rantaro, he just feel like he is special for you, maybe as special you are to him, it make him think that you had fully accept him in your life and that would lead him to be more possessive and protective over you, he just had find out how beautiful your smile is and he isn't planning to lose it, besides he is really mature and is used to take care all of his sisters, he knows what it is the best for you and wants nothing more that see you smile

He wants to spend every second of the day by your side only to be able to discover all your other beautiful expressions, but, as much as he loves that you finally feel comfortable to express yourself with him Rantaro wants to be the only one with the privilege to see that beautiful sight, he had grow a little bit depend on you so if he even see you starting to express mor with another person, even if is a little Rantaro will feel threaten, and if he is trigger enough he will do something about it (not against you, never against you)

Rantaro had tried to find out the reason of why you are so distant to others, and won't be calm until he finds out, one way or another (without hurting you, of course) and if there is someone to blame Rantaro will hate them with his life, he won't do anything against them (unless that person hurt you badly), but if they cross his path or dare to even look at you again he probably won't be able to hold himself back

Yandere Reaction: Danganronpa v3 boys with a darling who has the superpower of Healing/Resurrect

Shuichi Saihara:

Now he wouldn’t ever force them to use their power, but he is grateful when they do use them, especially when they’re in the killing game. He won’t stop them from healing anyone, in fact he’s just going to let them pick who they want to heal or bring back. He is going to keep an extra eye on them just in case.

Gonta Gokuhara:

He thinks their gift is wonderful and does kind of want them to use it more but then again, he won’t push them into using their powers If they don’t want to.

K1-B0:

Similar to gonta he’s really happy that they have this ability and would like them to use it although he will be a little bit pickier about who they choose although at the end of the day it will be their final decision about who they want to bring back in or help heal.

Kaito Momota:

He doesn’t know quite how he feels about them having this power that being said he will be in their ear telling them who they should and shouldn’t help and given the bond that he’s created with them there’s a good chance that he would have his darling listening to his opinions more than anything else.

Kokichi Oma:

He is definitely going to try to use their ability to his advantage Mostly by manipulating them, making it a sort of a game of who gets to live or who gets to stay dead.

Korekiyo Shinguji:

He is very curious about their ability then would like to do a few tests to see just how their ability works and what its limits are. This may or may not involve using the others as test subjects and seeing how far the rules can be stretched.

Rantaro Amami:

It’s more like he is picking who can be healed and who will stay dead more than his darling picking.  

Ryoma Hoshi:

He doesn't really mind either way and will just let them do what they think is best.

Ooooooh~ I really like your ideas for the alternative mastermind au, especially with them having a somewhat romantic relationship with protag Kaede. Would you have the mastermind (and this goes both for Rantaro and Kokichi (and maybe Saihara?)) become yandere-ish towards her, or would they have a different kind of dynamic?

Okay, so I looked though my stuff because I didn't think I had an alternate mastermind AU???? The only one I can find that might fit is Ricochet, from my fic title game, so that's one I'm using.

Recap, bc i'm too lazy to link: Kaede managed to accidently kill Shirogane in chapter 1, they discover she was the mastermind, and just when she thinks they can all escape, Team Danganronpa hits the reset on their game, but for some reason, only Kaede remembers the previous start and things are different. She's labeled the Ultimate ???, Rantaro knows his talent (adventure, not survivalist), Shirogane isn't evil, and there isn't a secret mastermind room. Kaede has to figure out what's happening and how to keep everyone alive.

So, this au needs a different mastermind if Shirogane is normal. Honestly, I think the best Team DR could do on short notice is make Keebo the mastermind, or at least a spy or agent while they scramble to find a different mastermind. They mess with his memories so he has a false memory of being in a previous killing game with Kaede where she made it to the final chapter (making her the Ultimate Survivalist in this game), so he's really nice because he considers them friends and costars.

I like the idea of Keebo being a yandere in that context. Like, during the day, he's super sweet and supporting towards Kaede, but at night he's brooding, trying to make motives that would manipulate the others that are interested in her and make them kill each other.

Kaede tries to stick with the people who have changed the least after the reset, since she's more comfortable with them and is worried she might do something that makes her look sus. The people who have changed the least are Himiko (who is my chap 1 murder vic), Angie, and Kokichi. Angie and Kokichi switch between being Kaede's love interest and foil until one of them gets killed (probably Angie bc I can't bare to kill Kokichi). The remaining one becomes overly protective, but not necessarily yandere. Border yandere, maybe.

Rantaro will likely fill in after that death and Kaede discovers that he's a genuinely good person now that he isn't a walking mystery. Rantaro definitely has a dark side, though; he got to the final chapter of his first game for a reason, after all.

Team DR changes Shuichi to make him incredibly sus of Kaede, thinking she's the mastermind. He would treat her coldly bc of this.

Except he doesn't go and expose you like an asshole

Because he'll make sure you won't betray him

He is sweet to you, but VERY manipulative

Convinces you not to make friends with your classmates so you'll remain loyal to him

He never really cared about her, he just kept her because she was a naive, vulnerable anime nerd girl

She lowkey had a crush on him so she just did whatever he told her

Unlike you, she didn't feel bad for anything she did

But you lowkey felt guilty-

But you didn't know what else to do, so you stayed with him

Eventually, Rantaro just kills Tsumugi off

You're shocked and slightly saddened, because you guys were actually kinda close

To Tsumugi, you were her best friend

But to you, she was just an acquaintance

It still hurt tho-

At that point, you only saw Rantaro as a monster

You heavily contemplated betraying him

Once upon a time, in the middle of the forest is a medium village, on the mountains is a royal castle, and inside of the royal castle is Princess Y/n, Princess Y/n is the next Princess as heir to the throne as queen, Princess Y/n doesn't want to use her subjects as slaves to obeyed her commands, so she decided that she will have her subjects to work of jobs in the village.

In the next day, You went into the forest and started to have an nature's walk, during your nature's walk, you heard 3 different dragon snarls, you decided to investigate the noise and follow the noise, and then you spotted 3 different types of dragons, the 1st dragon is navy blue scale color, has navy blue eyes, has like swirled-straight dragon horns, and is not really taller than the Navy green dragon, but not really shorter than the dark purple dragon, the 2nd dragon is dark navy green scale color, has brick red eyes, has swirling dragon horns, and is really taller than the Navy blue scale dragon and the dark purple scale dragon, the last dragon is dark purple scale dragon, has dark purple eyes, has straight dragon horns, and is really shorter then the dark navy green scale dragon and the navy blue scale dragon, you almost never seen 3 dragons before.

The next day, you seen 3 dressed men. You were confused for a few minutes later, and you said "Hey, who are you 3?" You said while looking at them. After the introduction, you 4 started becoming best friends, however, you never know is that the male dragons are in yandere love with you, and wants you to be their future wife.

Oh, I love getting to do yan Rantaro he's a fav.

Naughty: How would they punish their darling?

"I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed." He won't ever harm his darling but he will sit them down and go over how their behavior was harmful for like, several hours, until their darling fully understands what they did wrong. He's a big brother so he tends to take on that sort of role, which means he's a lot more concerned with making sure they understand and protecting them than he is with a need for control or power or anything like that. When he does do more than a lecture, it's more a loss of privilege than anything painful, say goodbye to your gaming consoles for a week.

Love letters: How would they go about courting or approaching their darling?

Rantaro spends a lot of time around his darling, helping them out and just generally staying around them. After he feels they're close enough he'll just straight up ask them out to dinner, maybe even get you some flowers if they're the type to enjoy romantic gestures like that. it's very sweet.

Stigma: What brought about this side of them (childhood, curiosity, etc)?

It's a bit obvious that the loss of his many many sisters has led to quite the trauma for him. He can't afford to lose anyone else he cares about ever again, even if he has to be a bit more...drastic about their safety than he was before.

Tears: How do they feel about seeing their darling scream, cry, and/or isolate themselves?

Hates it so much, and will try and do his best to comfort them. If they want space he won't like, touch them, but he will sit nearby and tell them stories or sing small songs in a soothing calm voice. Big brother calming instincts on full alert as he soothes them and gets them water to rehydrate with. If they're okay with being touched he's absolutely petting their head and gently holding them.

Yandere Rantaro tricked Gonta into believing that Shuichi did something ungentlemenly to Kaede and he went too rough on Shuichi. Rantaro comforts Kaede as she cries over Shuichi’s death.

General Yandere nonsense under the cut

If this happened in game Kaede not only has to deal with the fact that it was Shuichi who died but the kindest person, Gonta, was the one who did it to protect her. Rantaro would d a good job of convincing everyone that his plan was 'just a simple mistake, I saw them and couldn't think of a situation that made Shuichi innocent.' So not only does he get to comfort her over Shuichi's death, but he also get's to guilt her every so often and send her spiraling.

"Oh Kaede, its' not your fault. You had no way of knowing how the situation would look to an outsider'.

Note: Once again, these are based off my own interpretation on their personalities. One of the things I wanted to do when writing these was to slightly mirror these four off of their counterparts when it comes to behavior and traits as a yandere.

✧Harukawa, Maki✧

Maki was wary of these unhealthy feelings at first. She thought it'd stay innocent since she values you so much. Despite what everyone else says, you've taken your time getting to know her. Because of that, she fully trusts and deems you as a keeper. The friendship was innocent and some of the best moments of her life. She wanted more. Maybe it was selfish of her to daydream about holding your hand and you confessing to her one day. It was all just fantasy, right? It wasn't, actually. It was a longing.

You're the only person she hangs out with, and she's okay with that. You have her deepest secrets (not entirely...) while she has yours. Maki always promises to never tell a soul about what you've confided to her. What is spoken under your home stays there, after all. She'll take everything she knows about you to her grave. She doesn't believe anyone else would know you on the level she does. That's preposterous. They were never the shoulder you cry on, the one who knows how you like your breakfast or that you'd like a certain meal at a specific time of day...only Maki would know. She's stuck to you—by the hip.

It's no secret how much she detests people entering your life. Calm as ever, she tolerates them for the time being. You assume Maki is uncomfortable meeting new people due to her social skills. Your assumption is partially correct. She is uncomfortable around these new faces, but at the same time, she hates them. If they as so much as look at you in a way that insinuates affection beyond friendship, Maki's blood will be boiling. You're busy talking to this person, yet her mind is elsewhere. All she can think about is how this person can be snuffed out. It's so violent, the confines of her mind. She was someone who was into violent and bloody video games and stories, but...she never considered the possibility of it happening in real life.

It stays on the back burner for a while. Could she really have the capability to enact these gruesome thoughts? Maybe...she thinks to herself as she watches on intensely. It would be necessary, in her own words. Losing you would be worse than someone else losing a friend, son/daughter, or whoever this person is to others. Maki needs to ensure you're by her side for years. Just enough for you two to date, get married, and have a family. A family that she has always wanted since the day she played house as a kid. 

✧Yumeno, Himiko✧

Himiko takes much time to love someone as deeply as any yandere would. Even more so than the more stubborn ones. It's not like she doesn't care for others. She's just tired and always in some form of slump. She goes through life the same way without a shred of change. Just how she likes it. Himiko goes with the flow of things and makes no effort to form friendships or long-lasting bonds. Content with her life, she spends many hours alone with her interests. That is until she meets you, her darling.

You actually scare her. Almost terrifies her. Being in your presence makes her remember you're the embodiment of her life, changing its course. For better or worse, she doesn't know. It does not matter since it's still a terrifying thing to face. So Himiko avoids you for a while. There are moments when you run into her, and some part of her mind says to stay. She's very conflicted and isn't willing to get out of her comfort zone. That's fine. She'll come around. When she does, it'll be similar to Maki. Himiko would be attached by the hip and follow you around. She strangely feels safe rambling about her fixations to you. The amount of time she puts into them is unhealthy, but it distracts her from thinking about things in life. You're a distraction as well...she's happy with that.

She's excessively codependent on you. Which is why rivals frustrate and scare her to death. Himiko has this overwhelming urge to burst into tears when you show signs of 'favoring' this person over her. She wouldn't consider herself a crybaby at all, but now crying is something she feels like doing when your bond is threatened. She won't admit to having these fears, choosing to bottle up her true emotions until they burst. When that happens, she vents everything to you. Unintentionally guilt-ripping you severely since she mentions the bullying and thoughts of death. Sometimes life is a pain. It's not worth it anymore.

Himiko feels like you're the only reason she gets up in the morning. A reason to press on another day. She doesn't want to lose that since it would be like a part of her has died. So she makes sure you're focused on her a lot. You're not a cruel person; she knows that, so that's why it is safe to say that her mindset and unhealthy lifestyle will concern you. Himiko feels safe and comforted that you're worried about her mental health, and she'll keep it that way if that means your attention is solely on her. After all, she can't live without you.

✧Amami, Rantaro✧

Rantaro is another person who takes time before actually falling for a person. He is cynical and has seen the worst out of people left and right. He always assumes that people are only out for their self-interests. He hates the flowery words people throw at him for his looks alone. They’re so surface-level. So superficial. Just like his father. The only way Rantaro would ever fall deeply for someone is if the person is genuinely kind and isn’t looking for something in return. 

That is where you come in. Rantaro tests you after your first act of kindness. It has to be a one-time thing. He was actually caught off guard by your actions. You continue to surprise him, and in turn, he keeps you around. Oh no, don’t assume it’s for some surface-level bullshit like having you is a one-and-done thing. No. It’s permanent and something real to him. Anyone who thinks he’s that shallow knows nothing about him. 

He hates how people see him as a playboy, but sometimes that has its benefits. Using people he could care less for is pretty handy, especially when it’s for your sake. None of the words he says to them will ever amount to how he feels for you. If any of his admirers ever mess with you, he will confront them privately before destroying their self-esteem. Oh, and if he’s feeling a little sadistic about it, he will blackmail them. They really do have a loose set of lips to trust him with their secrets, huh? Just because they were wearing rosetinted glasses. 

The one thing in life Rantaro dreams of is traveling to escape his life. Now, he has you to share it with. He plans to take you with him one day when the time comes, but if you’re showing signs of not desiring such a thing…he’ll start small. You two don’t have to leave the country immediately, maybe in another city or a cabin somewhere out of town. You are coming with him one way or another. He will be frank when he says he is selfish because everyone else is. He has finally found something in his life that is worth his efforts, and no one is taking that from him. Not even you. 

✧Hoshi, Ryoma✧

Ryoma is pretty similar to Himiko in the sense where you are probably his only reason to get up in the morning. However, that'd be selfish to burden you with such knowledge. If you knew this, that'd bring concern. It's not like he hates pity or being cared for…it just makes him believe he's acting like a spoiled child. It's safe to say that Ryoma is a very selfless yandere. He doesn't see you in a bad light, nor does he accuse you of doing any wrong. Why? Oh, that's because you're the only person who was ever nice to him. 

It's a cruel world we live in and he has seen the worst some days. His appearance plays a big factor into how he's treated and the focal point of his insecurities. Ryoma does not feel capable of doing a lot of things because of it. Still, he does want to prove himself to you; that he deserves the right to stand by your side after putting up with him. Ugh, it makes him sick to his stomach how hopeful and clingy that sounds. He just wishes that he could be as cool as those guys he's seen in shows. The ones who are so unbothered but know when to take action; things he is not. 

Rivals scare and irk Ryoma. All his intrusive and self deprecating thoughts play in his mind when faced with them. It's awful. Why does he keep imagining standing above their corpses? He isn't capable of that—he can't even take a dose of confrontation. It's stupid of him to be annoyed by these rivals or your friends. You don't belong to him nor are you dating him. Still, that is a nice thought. 

Though sometimes these people get him in a depressive state and he never wants to talk about it. It would be attention seeking to tell you how much he craves death whenever things go wrong or when he sees you happily engaging with others. You don't need him, but he really needs you. That's the most selfish thing he's ever thought of. He wants to admit that yeah, you're the reason why he's still alive. Sometimes he wonders why he can't have this and then he looks at himself. Would it really be too much to ask for? Maybe, but over time he has come to see that he wants to live. So no one is going to take his very reason to walk another day. No one.
